It's 400 range blink. Shaco also has highest base ms of all junglers with stealth pre 6 (350). It's a strong ganking ability and strong escape ability.

Eve has no cc pre 6 and has trouble ganking from behind, Rango's stealth is mitigated by 150 CD (being an ultimate) and range indicator at lvl 1. I'd say he's the opposite. His 400 range blink is unique. Akali's stealth lasts for a while... but ONLY within the shroud. Press Q, mini-flash + invis. That by definition is control. Decent CD is decent, lol. About right imo. The point is, stealth is extremely strong in lol (esp on junglers). It just doesn't seem like the paradigm of controlling it's power is applied to Shaco.

Hey Rito! Whenever the spinning axe return animation is in play, my FPS drops by about 20. I have also noticed that the retrieval markers are bugged (like most people are mentioning). I can catch an axe before it actually "lands," or sometimes I'll be standing on the marker and catch nothing. Sometimes, the marker appears to go in the opposite direction I'm running as well. However, this may be due to the FPS drop. I have tried lowering the graphics, but that has no effect. I don't experience ANY of these problems on Live. I'm running Yosemite btw.

Three kills giving him 70% attack speed is insane. That's like a long range jinx. He could easily get ~37% AS from killing minions. That's a lot man. I guess it would make more sense if the bonus after the first kill would give a percentage of the 40%/20%. For example, at 1.0 AS, one kill would give him 1.4 attack speed. Another kill would give him 40% of the .4, which adds up to 1.56 AS. 3 kills 1.62 AS, 4 kills 1.65 AS, and 5 kills 1.66 AS. Something like that would be cool.

Guys, just give up.... It's clear it's Riot's nerf season. Lol! Hexakill shouldn't warrant changes that affect SR or Ranked. On SR you don't constantly fight enemy champs every 10 seconds. It was damn near impossible to stop snowballing champions in hexakill because snowball champions are favored by that game type. It isn't as balanced as SR, nor does it need to be. Riot... Why nerf Kat when *everyone* is banning Akali, Zed, and Fizz's stupid strong selves? Kat has NO cc, and is absolutely dependent on a team not knowing how to land a stun.. It's no fun if you get a full channel off that doesn't do 💩.

I don't think so. I think it's beyond Kalista. I've been having this issue on both PBE and Live since yesterday. Game continuously crashes (even the patcher). I posted a thread already about it. Issues may be related.

It may have something to do with Pando Media Booster. I noticed that when I last opened PBE, it asked to remove it. I get it too sometimes. I usually have to restart the application and it fixes itself. Running a Mac btw

: Talon needs his silence.
Yas isn't actually all that bad. What's ridiculous is Fizz and Zed. Escapes for DAYS, TOOO much damn utility! (Why does Fizz ult have such a strong slow, radius of attachment, AND knock up). Hell, one Q with Lichbane just about melts half your hp. Zed can ult in, deal all his dmg OR just pop back to avoid interruption, then go back in to deal basically 1.5 x total dmg dealt. If he has botrk, there's barely any escaping him.

Riot once again ignoring the majority of the player base. They've gutted a character they aren't so invested in (like Zed >.>) only to revisit him ages later. I try to be understanding, but sometimes Riot is so inconsiderate when it comes to champs like Talon.
: Talon doesn't kill in less than 1s...it's even hard for him to kill someone if they could take all combo (of course i mean with both at full build) Talon can't do more than 2000 real damage to adcs if they have GA. Other assassins do more damage. The nice part of his combo was given by silence because enemies couldn't dodge the first part,but silence didn't allow him to kill someone during this second. If they are afraid of that 1s silence they can pick cleanse. if they think it's not worth to pick it maybe the silence is not so terrifying Ahri's charm lasts 2 seconds and in 2 sec she can kill you since her damage is more than Talon's. Ahri's charm is a skillshot?? yes but it has 975 range while cutthroat has 700,it doesn damage and damage amplification is always 20% (not 3/6/9/12/15) and lasts for 6s and not 3s.
In addition to what you're saying, Talon is also melee... AND he has no escapes. He used to be compared to LB, except he has no "free" gap closer. Hell, it doesn't even do dmg (really). His isn't what's broken. His Q scaling is probably just a TAD bit too high.

Nah, the purpose of the silence is to interrupt casting. 1 second is a looong time in League time. I don't know why they didn't just reduce it to .5 seconds like the current slow... There's room for counter play (flash, Zhonya's, heal, barrier, you name it). Talon's Rake skill is already a strong slow. He doesn't need another slow. Changing cc gives TOO much counter play to the point that Talon won't be able to do much significant damage at all.
: I think they should just reduce the silence time, if they want to nerf him. This way he can still fight mages like {{champion:103}} {{champion:38}} {{champion:134}} etc.. without Ahri ulting away and charming, Kas ulting away, Syndra using knock back and bursting him instantly. If they just give him maybe a .25 or .35 second silence, he would only have time to start w and about to q.
They should nerf its range too.

I think they just need to nerf cutthroat range and rake scaling. Talon has too much range for such high burst dmg. I like what you're suggesting on paper. I don't think it'll play out too well though. He'd work too well with virtually anyone.. since most people have slows. What would you think of, Talon's e silences if the target's back is to him... or (with the kit you propose) if the enemy is running from him. The issue is his lack of counterplay. At a certain point, he hardly even needs all his skills to execute insane dmg. That's what needs to be addressed. I think his kit isn't really all that bad as is, just needs tweaking.

99% slow at .1 seconds doesn't do anything.... You literally cannot do cast anything in his kit in .1 seconds. High Tenacity after cast (like 75%) Maybe bonus AD and MR like kat.
: This change is idiotic. 0.1 second slow, no matter how powerful, is next to useless because the duration is way too short to actually do anything. Besides, his W already slows. I don't understand why Talon's silence is compared to what Kassadin and LeBlanc previously had. They were ranged, had way shorter cooldowns and had a longer duration and at the same time it put neither of them at a real risk because both Kassadin and LeBlanc have short cooldown blinks on their other abilities. Talon's Cutthroat is his only direct gapclosing ability, it has a rather long cooldown and the silence lasts only 1 second. Not to mention that it deals no damage by itself. If he uses it, he puts himself at risk because he has no way out because he's now in melee range of his opponent(s) unless he uses his ultimate to escape, and if he does, the second damaging part of the ult will most likely miss while also not being able to use basic attacks, so as a result the enemy probably survives because he didn't deal enough damage. The above part doesn't apply so much in 1v1 scenarios though, because in those situations Talon rarely needs to use his ult to escape as he, and most assassins in general, can kill squishies because that's kinda what their role excels at; assassinating lone targets. But the thing is that generally, their purpose is to kill and/or be killed due to their natural squishiness. In team fights this is especially apparent because a single mistake will probably result in death, and well, because Talon has no real escapes unlike some other assassins (Zed, LeBlanc, Kha'Zix, Katarina to mention a few), he can't easily jump/blink/dash away back to safety (sometimes after a kill). So he's similar to Rengar in that way. However, unlike Rengar, Talon has no defensive tools like Battle Roar to help in surviving in the fight itself. Talon is different from most assassins because he has that silence (well, in addition to having better AoE damage than most). Removing it would make him similar to Zed, Rengar, Kha'Zix and the like in the way that all of them have a gap closer, a slow and high damage. Do you, Riot, really wish to make all assassins the same? Do you consider those three the definitions of an assassin? Why do you think assassins shouldn't have any interrupt abilities, like most of them currently don't? Is that considered as "toxic" and "unfun" gameplay? If you think that assassins are bad for the game, why don't you just remove them then? From what I've seen, usually assassins are looked from the viewpoint of a squishy carry. That the poor little carry can't do a thing because the mean assassin bursted them. What about assassins? Have you thought about how they feel? When they can't do their job properly because suddenly, the carry activated their Hourglass while their team instantly destroys the assassin, or they jumped on the carry but they die because they get knocked back and CCd to death while the carry is protected by shields and heals. The whole thing about assassins is that they are a "high risk, high reward" role, meaning that if you do well, you should be rewarded for it. But that doesn't always seem to be the case because some others can obtain just as high reward with less risk. If an assassin gets behind, it's hard to come back because they lack tools to do other than kill champions. About there being "not enough counterplay". If you are against Talon, or pretty much any other assassin for that matter, you can simply buy Zhonya's Hourglass and use its active to instantly invalidate burst combos. Talon jumped in your face? No problem, activate Hourglass and watch as he either wastes his ult to escape or get torn apart by your team while you chill in the stasis. No Hourglass or it's on cooldown? Use shields and/or heals to survive while you use Exhaust/CC on the assassin and see him die in a matter of seconds. Stealth? Throw a Vision Ward on the ground or use Oracle's Lens to see the enemy. As you can see, the counterplay clearly does exist. It's your own problem if you are too ignorant to use it.
I agree with you man! I can understand why riot wants to remove the silence, but I don't think it's a wise decision. Lack of counter play is an issue... But with the amount of knock ups, stuns, and roots in league these days... lack of "play" is becoming an issue for assassin like champs. I don't think a 1s silence is even that strong, especially when there's no way for Talon to get out (carry a pink maybe? Get a Red trinket maybe?) Zed has a gap closer, easy escape, TONS of physical dmg and slow stacking, and even a dmg amp. It makes sense why he doesn't need a silence... Escaping bad situations is really easy for him.

Well, I would strongly discourage Riot from completely ridding talon of a way to deal with ANYONE with remotely ANY cc. I think that if they want to remove the silence, then they should apply a strong slow, plus temporary tenacity (and maybe temporary bonus mr). In this way, Talon's burst can be *mitigated or slowed down* without being absolutely shut down. We've seen what happens to similar champions once the "safety" is COMPLETELY removed. Let's take Leblanc for example... She simply can't do anything against other ap lanes without getting seriously interrupted or just bursted down. Kass is a different story because he has a passive and shield to compensate for the loss of his silence. Also, Kass was made to be a harass with q, then go in for kill type mage. Also, the fact that Kass gets his shield *immediately* after casting q helps him trade. Talon does not fill that role right now. He can't harass efficiently with Rake since it has a high mana cost early and it's range is rather low in general.
