: I like the Sona changes so far.
I think it's great compered to live but the two attempts before hand were much better and make these changes look a little lack luster in comparison. 1st attempt 60% cdr on ult at rank 3 and with 40% cdr e had no down time plus it was a one point wonder but she was mana hungry and needed a tear or you would run out of mana too fast. 2nd attempt e got a longer cd so it wasn't permanently on but still was a one point wonder. 3rd attempt the ult only has a max of 40% cdr and e has it's base movement speed downgraded to where it could be worse than live sona e where rank 1 e feels lack luster and putting more points into it makes you want to punch yourself in the face because of the little benefit you get out of doing that due to it's power lying in it's scaling and not it's base stats. (note) I haven't had the chance to test the 3rd attempt yet but based on numbers it looks a bit disappointing compared to the hype that i got from the first two attempts.

also it should tell me if they have played that champ in other lanes to because if i see a top lane lulu who hasn't played top lane lulu before but has 200 games as sup lulu with a +60% win rate that info would be very useful for a jungler

: Yeah but its just going to be a 50 coin item, This is going to end up being the Most Overpowered Item in the game if released without any pre-item or something to make sure its not easily abused while tossing out pink wards making them useless.. I'd say have them be on a 30 second timer or increase the price of it so its not completely abused. but I believe this item is highly experimental.
i haven't used one yet but it sounds like it pings when a stealth champ walks past it it doesn't detect them meaning pink wards still have a place i think this item is to release the pressure on lanes vs stealth junglers due to pink wards being expensive early meaning you either risk not buying them or waste early gold just to keep you save which wouldn't be to much of a problem if they weren't visible and easily destroyed. it also might lead to buffs to eve

1st dragon 10% movement speed + 10% increased duration on jungle buffs 2nd dragon 5% AD/AP + all jungle monsters apart from baron/dragon gain 40 armor and mr plus 5% more damage when vs the other team 3rd dragon 5% armor/mr + 5% damage to minions 4th dragon gives your nexus towers 10% more damage and 20% more attack speed and baron gains 50 mr/armor plus 10% more damage to the other team 5th dragon gives dragon buff which triples all other bonuses I think something like this would be interesting might make teams fighting over dragons a bit more instead of only worrying about 5 dragons due to 5 and 4 dragons being quite powerful and an early 2 dragon could cripple the other team jungler meaning wards and dragon pressure would be important. i'm not so sure on the numbers

that would be broken think if a 5 item ap caster decided to buy that item for a 6th item then the enemy veigar ulted that ap champion he would 1 shot himself. i was thinking more along the lines of reduce magic damage by 10% or something but i can't see them doing something like that due to riot not liking late game mr items that's why force of nature was removed and due to that lots of ap casters where nerfed in season 3 due to that

i agree that there needs to be more mr items for tanks visage is good but if i have no healing then i feel like i'm wasting gold same goes for the ad/ap/armor mr items if i don't need or want ap/ad/armor then it's a waste of gold. i want a tank mr hp item like 50mr and 500 hp or 100mr maybe with a cool passive that helps with ap teams in saying that with the remove of dfg it's became a lot better but i still would like a new item to counter feed ap casters like thron mail is for feed ad champions
: Honestly, I've never really had many mana problems with him. Just don't use Q if you don't have to. If you want some farm, and the enemy is hostile, just put on your W, bait them into you, they take a ton of minion damage, you take almost nothing and get that farm. Also, I buy the flask 2hp pots, and a mana pot every time :\

the problem i have atm with annie is that tibbers is useless sure the the burst is good but after that he's just a useless minon that walks around wacking people much like a weaker no cc sunfire voli and even after that he doesn't stay around long enough for what he offers. even thou i do like the changes to annie e due to it giving less stats to anine which annie isn't meant to be a safe ap caster and the movement speed and more tank stats to tibbers is a greet idea but it doesn't go far enough now tibbers is a useless tanky minon with a speed boost Thronmail passive and sunfire passive. what i'd like to see is for riot to hard nerf the scaling of anine ult so flash tibbers is used more for the aoe cc rather than the damage so they can add that power to tibbers to give him more scaling so tibbers can scale up to becomes a very strong ap bruser that can run at you when annie uses e jump on you stun you when annie stun is up and kill you also tibbers will priorities champions hit by q. late game tibbers can should be able to 1v1 any 6 item champion even at master so the other team has no choice to kill annie or tibbers will kill you also i think that tibbers shouldn't have a time limit but because he's based on dark magic he steals 2% of annie maximum health each second plus 20% of annie maximum health to summon tibbers plus another 20% of annie maximum hp to revive tibbers back to fall hp if he should fall in battle annie has no choice to pay these cost so if tibbers falls in batte annie will lose 20% of her maximum hp it's not a choice there is no limit to how low she can go so tibbers can kill her if she's not careful and if annie dies so does tibbers. tibbers can return to being a teddy again by pressing r again but then it goes on a long cooldown tibbers should be some like the tibbers in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uURX8xD3ud0 to jump to the part with annie go to 10:05

I think that the galio biggest problem atm is that he runs out of mana to easy early game he needs the mana cost of his q to go down so he can spam it due to it being his only way to farm/poke in lane. as far as the aoe on his q i think it's fine it's a skill shot after all

sona is mostly good atm even after the nerfs but i would like the mana cost on the w to be dropped a bit because atm sona q at max rank costs less that w at level 1 so if i'm forced into putting points into it early due to a hard poke lane eg cait lulu i'm only going to put me and my adc more far behind due to me running out of mana fast i'm better to max q so i can do more damage when my jungler ganks which isn't how it should be. if level up q it because i want more damage (aggressive) w is to keep my adc alive (defensive) vs poke lane e is for pushing (pressure) which they all do there job but mana is a problem for her early and her w mana cost is to high at level 1 and 2

i do agree with you but taric doesn't need a rework even thou he is banned almost every game. The champ that need the most love is {{champion:6}} but for him to be good riot needs to make 1 or 2 good ad armor/tank items and also make urgot q hit all targets hit by his e instead of just one plus a buff on his ult range would do him good

i do agree that the ap scaling nerfs should be reverse but she's far from dead you just need to max q after e and use your w just before the 4th e stack for the burst i don't know what they were thinking. ap tristana hasn't been a thing in the lcs and if it was to be too strong that it became a must ban then they should nerf it then not on the pbe even rek'sai who is broken to the point that he's comparable to the old olaf, rengar and pre reworked sejuani somehow made it to live without been heavily nerfed

i agree graves shouldn't even have attack speed in his e to be honest i don't think graves shouldn't even buy attack speed. my idea for him is that they change the attack speed on his e to a q reset also have his e on a much lower cooldown and buff his ad ratio on his q. i'm not sure if it would work but it would be fun jumping around the map shooting shotgun blasts at people every few seconds also this would create a adc that isn't auto attack reliant because graves would only have to auto attack to cs lower his e cooldown and to get extra damage in between spells and to maybe proc trinity force passive
