: It's an automated system that narrows down reports and occasionally provides punishments.
The tribunal was a system that operated by player voting. The instant feedback report is a completely different system that is garbage at doing it's job.
: Report them, block them and move on. Contrary to what many people believe, we have a Tribunal system that works. So make the best of it and use it! I know it may feel like sending a ticket would be faster, but it just makes the support team add a report manually. You should only do it if you couldn't report them in-client for whatever reason, such as your client crashing.
Wasn't the tribunal removed in place of a an automated system
: Not sure if name shaming is allowed
Or if there's a place to send in a support ticket that's cool too

: You did? Because I, nor several other people, have not been able to save a mastery page with more than 30 points. Also, my post was purely informational and the tone was neutral. I apologize if it came off as rude.
I did send in a bug ticket And no problem b
: First, you can't save mastery pages with more than 30 points, so thankfully it isn't an issue. Second, this is a temporary effect, since any preseason changes won't be shipping to Live this cycle (such as uncapped levels) and we will be getting Runes Reforged back soon. And finally, please report all bugs in the "Bugs" section of the Boards, regardless of what caused it.
I did. Just thought it was funny. Someones on their period -_-

: This also leaves the Domination tree open to Supports; just like how Sorcery, Resolve, and Inspiration are open to them. The Domination tree is hardly only about damage, it's about asserting pressure over your opponent. If you're a Top-Laner Ghost Poro can be vitally important if you need constant vision early in top side brush & river. Utility or Bruiser Jungler and Supports are definitely ones looking to use Zombie Ward. Assassins would definitely not mind having Eyeball Collection. These are all going to be used in primary and secondary pages. Why have these Runes in other trees? They wouldn't fit the theme of any others. Trees shouldn't be - "Oh, only ADCs use this primary and nobody can use it as a secondary. Oh, only Bruisers and Assassin go in this tree and tanks sometimes secondary. Etc..."; They're meant to be diverse and allow for experimentation and it's silly to say that vision skills are solely for Supports when it's a team effort. Runes are replacing two systems and it shouldn't be that each tree is made for one role and one class. Runes encouraging the purchase of items or certain playstyles with Champions is the point, just because it isn't immediately obvious who these Runes are for doesn't mean they're useless.
But why. Domination is described as a "burst damage and target access" gaining buffs by denying vision (something an assassin was already going to do) isn't innovative design. Part of the problem new runes are supposed to solve the problem of the paths and trees not following what they were supposed to do. (as in right now on the live servers 6 of the 9 keystones are meant for damage output.) IF ANYTHING we should agree that summoning a fucking poro shouldn't be in Domination.
: The domination tree is toolkitted for high burst, and even has options for people who have mobility, or to increase their mobility further (Predator). This is clearly made for assassins. The number 1 thing Assassins want to do, is take control of an area (often through vision) and roam. Vision is HUGE for assassins. Knowing when they can safely go in on a target or when they need to make an early retreat because of unforseen backup coming in is essential to their success at removing a target and getting out again. Unless you're Zed, LeBlanc, or Fizz. Buy a red ward when you plan to roam with an assassin, and I assure you you'll have consistently better success at finding potential targets.

I don't disagree that vision control is an important aspect of play for assassins. But the problem is that the first 2 runes are about _obtaining_ vision instead of _denying_ it. 1. The first rune grants a bonus for killing a ward by other means. Meaning, you were already going to kill it and the rune did nothing to help deny vision. 2. The second rune is has no purpose other than gaining additional vision without using a trinket so it has nothing to do with denying vision. 3. The third rune is the same as the first in the sense that it grants a bonus for killing a ward, something you were already going to do. If your line of reasoning for creating a vision centered secondary rune for a damage dealing tree is that "Assassins need to deny and control vision to properly assassinate their targets," then why are 2/3rds of the runes in that slot have a design that would better fit supports. And to address the second point directly of taking {{item:3364}} You still have to take it to receive the benefits of the first and last rune, not to mention that mid laners were taking this anyways so the rune effectively changes nothing.

: We get those notifications on PBE. However, you only get it if the game which you were in and reported this person in triggered the penalty.
Yeah i knew that part. I just figured that he'd get some kinda of punishment for all the crap he was doing.
