: I had it same problem from EUW. I was in an ARAM play, it say the same: reconnect. I click in it but a few moments later say retry or cancel. I say retry first, nothing. I say cancel, hoping it come back but the luncher crash the game and close all. That game not was in the match history and never it come back. Never happened before this. I have a 1GB internet connection with 145ms ever. So, I don't know where was the problem.
Sounds like a similar symptom but under very different circumstances. That most likely sounds like a communication problem between your computer and the servers

This type of issue is likely very difficult to solve, largely because I assume it is related to the path your internet takes from your computer (in LAS) to our servers (in western US). There are some pretty complex steps I could ask of you (involves downloading a program called wireshark, configuring it, getting a capture of it when you try to connect to a game, and sending it to us), but even then there still might not be much we can do to solve the issue. If you want to give it a try regardless I can help walk you through the steps, but it would be pretty specific and has no guarantee of working. Sorry that we can't more easily solve this problem =(

I can confirm that the changes my team is working on are not related to your connectivity issues (which appear to have happened from about a month ago?) Where are you playing from? (outside the US?) It is possible that something changed with how the internet connection between you and the servers works, which is more likely the farther you live. I wish I had better news to share with you, but from the logs I am looking at, it appears your internet is simply unable to communicate with the PBE servers for some reason.

: Hi ! I got this bug a few hours ago. I was playing JarvanIV (with Dark Star skin) top lane and red side in a Normal Draft. I first picked Q and then, while I was lvl 2, I've CTRL+E to learn the skill. The arrows (to lvl up a skill) turned grey and I didn't get my E. As soon as I reached lvl 3, I got 2 skill points available. The exact same thing happened at my lvl 6 with my R. If it can help you, I'm from EUW Also, the Arcade Hecarim (jungle) of my team seems to have had the same bug. Unfotunately, I don't have any record of this game as it has been interrupted by the maintenance. I hope it was still usefull ~

: Hello. I encountered this bug whilst playing a Lulu game. I spawned, everything was normal, bought items, reached the jungle (red side blue buff) and tried lvling up E with hotkey, but it didn't, then I was clicking the lvl up arrow above the ability, still couldn't lvl it up. Other abilities worked fine, used hotkeys and the arrow, it was just the E that didnt want to lvl up for some reason. Still won that game xP

: I encountered this bug with bard if I remember correctly. It was at the start of laning on red side and I cant quite remember anything too special tbh. I leveled it with ctrl+Q. It's been a while ago and I cannot find the game or the replay tho sadly. Idk if its important but I also tend to recenter my camera alot with spacebar. I might have also just placed a ward in the botside bush (with T). Thats the only thing I could think off that I might have pressed aswell.

Looking through your match history it appears you have been able to connect to and complete games. Are you DCing more than usual and needing to reconnect, or am I missing something else?

If this is occurring on both Live and PBE it is more likely that there is some issue on your end. There is some stuff we have enabled on PBE but not on Live, so if you are experiencing issues on both we can rule out the stuff we have enabled on PBE
: Same here 1:Hyeonwoon 2:Champions: zoe,evelynn, blitz.. normal draft mode games. It doesn't let me load the game .. it always says Unable to connect to the server :( .. Seems like all Mac users have this problem .. :/ I hope you can fix it .. my friend also tried to play a game it worked for him because he's using windows .. :/ can't find my R3D log .. Mac user here
Update for you guys: Looks like this issue isn't related to the network changes my team has implemented (we disabled our changes and the issue is still occurring) but we are still aware of this problem and working on getting it fixed

**Thanks for all the responses! We have all the info we need for now, and will be working on getting out a fix. Again, this is a pretty complex issue with high risk associated with any changes, so unfortunately the long term fix might take a bit for us to get in.** Hey all, this is something that I believe we have a fix for. The TL;DR is that this is likely related to an issue where some of the first packets aren't received. Without going into too much detail, it basically prevents the game from starting. The fix for this is pretty non-trivial, but we would like to ship out the fix in the near future. If this happens again, getting your r3d logs would help confirm that we can fix the issue. To get your r3d logs follow these steps: 1. Navigate to the folder where you have PBE installed on your computer. For me it is: Local Disk (C:)/Riot Games/PBE 2. Navigate to Logs 3. Navigate to Game - R3d Logs. For me it looks like this: Local Disk (C:)/Riot Games/PBE/Logs/Game - R3d Logs 4. Open up the most recent text document (you can sort by date modified to find the most recent one). 5. Copy the text document to your clipboard (hotkey shortcut is press ctrl+a and then ctrl+c 6. Paste this to pastebin. Go to https://pastebin.com. Click in the text box just below ‘New Paste’ and press ctrl+v 7. Click the ‘Create New Paste’ button towards the bottom left of the screen , and then copy the URL from your browser. Here is what an example url will look like: https://pastebin.com/t1t93uZK 8. Wanted to give you a mini update. Thanks to your logs we were able to track down a bug that was causing some of the failure to connect issues that you ran into. So thanks for taking the time to put this together! Really makes things a LOT easier on our end.

Thanks for this info. Few follow up questions if you remember: Did you see other players in the loading screen? Did your loading % tick up? Did you see the blue swirly circle in the bottom right corner? If you can't remember that's fine, but anything extra would be super useful.
: To clarify, are these the disconnects that happen *during* a game (such as the Spirit Udyr crash) or the ones where everyone crashes as soon as they hit loading screen just after champion select?
Good question, these are different from the Udyr ones. Not crashes either, it's the type of thing where it looks like you lag out, maybe get dropped from the game, and are asked to 'reconnect' (or the 'attempting to reconnect' message pops up in game). These are the types of disconnects that these changes might impact.

Hello! Reports like this helped us track down the issue. Only certain combinations of bots were affected by this issue, and the offending bots have since been punished by the tribunal. It appears that these bots have learned from their errors and will no longer rage afk at base!
: This sounds great, but one thing I think we need is updated builds for bots too.
This is definitely something we want to address. In the short term view of things, it will be nice to get some feedback on just new bot behavior as opposed to new builds.
