: Gangplanks Parrrley doing reduced damage on sheen proc
Gangplank Q was bugged yesterday to not be benefiting from skill points (always doing rank 1 damage) which I believe explains this. Let me know if you're still seeing any issues with Gangplank, Sheen, or Trinity damage today.

: LAUNCHER NEED ADMIN (BUG)
Hey Ciso08 - Thanks for the bug report; we've actually identified the issue and pushed out what should be a fix. Unfortunately, Windows may now consider that PBE installation to always need your Admin approval, even after the fix. You may need to re-install the PBE to permanently remove the prompt.

Hey Tom Keen! With the Open Beta coming soon, we're not quite ready to say goodbye to the legacy client just yet. When you upgrade, there will still be legacy client files on your computer - there's no way to independently install the updated client quite yet. When those files become unnecessary, we'll be cleaning them up for you automatically. Let me know if you have any further questions!

Hey LemonSoda - It looks like your account might not own 16 champions, which is currently causing the client update's Play button to error when you click it. Try purchasing at least 16 champions and give it another go.

We disabled both ARAM and SR blind over the weekend, which makes the Alpha client sad :( But those queues are back up now! Happy testing!

Hey folks! This was our bad - we had Normal queues disabled to get some focused ranked testing in over the weekend. Unfortunately, the Alpha client doesn't communicate this very well (yet), so this manifested as a broken Play button. ARAM and normal blind are up and ready for testing once again, so testing is good to go again! Thanks for your patience.

Cross posting my own comment here - this is the correct place for this post. Ack! There is a bug here. The Alpha client shouldn't allow you to accept a non-ARAM game invitation at all. We'll get it fixed! In the mean time, I'd recommend not accepting Summoner's Rift or custom game invites - they'll take you through a very unfinished experience. Otherwise, you are correct - Profile, etc are disabled features, and hitting play should take you directly to an ARAM lobby.

Hey Cafa, This may require a bit of trouble-shooting. Here are some things to try: 1. The initial installer you downloaded may be in a bad state. Try clicking the installer link from your email again, and running the new Alpha Client Installer you download. 2. Try creating a new folder in the path from your screenshot (C:Program Files/(x86)/PBE/RADS/projects/) See if you have any trouble, either digging into that path or creating the folder. Double checking for permissions oddity. 3. Delete the PBE install you have, grab a fresh PBE install, then install League Client to the new PBE location. I know this will be a pain if necessary, but should narrow down if the installer itself is having issues, or if something's corrupt about your current PBE install.

You can find them in [...\PBE\Logs\Game - R3d Logs] With the '...' being wherever you have your PBE folder on your compy. Each file appears like this: [yyyy-mm-ddT15-40-03] _r3dlog.txt, where yyyy-mm-dd is the date of the match played, so you can figure out which one to attach.

Heyo! Thanks for the report, as well as a shoutout to earlier threads who reported these crashes as well. It's helped in investigating this! There seems to be an animation issue between Pool Party Rek'Sai and Twitch (any skin) when he stealths or unstealths, that's causing crashes for folks - not necessarily just those two champions, either. Apologies for all the testing disruption this has been causing. Also, please continue to report crashing issues as usual, especially if they occur in a game without Twitch or Pool Party Rek'sai. As always, as much detail as possible helps - including things like a list of champions/skins that were in the game. Thanks all!
