: I think the Zac rework is extremely fun. His Q is a little awkward to use, but once you get the hang of it, it's really useful. Would be better if they made it a recast ability, rather than a empowered AA though. And his ult is simply great. It may not have as good of a visual impact as the old one, but it's really good in teamfights.

You do know what you're giving up for E+Flash right? Not only do you not have E up now, you also dont have flash now, so you can be focused down REALLY easily. It's a risk/reward situation, and considering how easy it is to dodge his E in high elo it's just an unnecessary nerf.

Something I cannot allow is his E's bonus Q damage at max rank. A Ryze is going to get CDR, mana, and AP in their build, and with 45% CDR, his Q and E have Really short cooldowns (don't remember if E is affected by CDR or not). A normal AP Ryze build is most likely going to have 40%/45% CDR, maybe 600-700 AP, and about 3,000 Mana if they buy mana items like {{item:3040}} . Now due to the scaling of his Q, he would do around 600 damage per Q, which is fine. Then you add his E into this, which puts his Q at around 1.1-1.2k damage per Q to someone with 0 MR This doesn't seem fair at all, especially since Ryze can root you for 1 second (or 2 if he used E first, in which he would instead get his insane shield). I think lowering the E bonus to at least 85% would be better.

Sure Cinderhulk is only around 1625 gold, but it only offers health, while Sunfire offers armor and health.

There is way to little MR itemization in this mode, so you can pretty much run a 4 AP champ comp with one AD and wreck. It's not fun being bursted down every 30 seconds.
