occurs in a random way. For example, one game, the enemy couldn't hear the sounds on one of our allies (nida, I think) but we could hear it. the other thing happened to me where I couldn't hear Lissandra's sounds while the others did

I'll try to restate what you were saying: Sometimes when a champion has 4 stacks of bleed (Darius Passive) and you kill them with an AA they won't get an extra stack of bleed even though they should because the max is 5. if that's what you were trying to say, then I have a question How can you damage someone who's already dead? you can't add a stack because they died! there is no blood in them to bleed out. Please correct me if I misunderstood

I made a little experiment just to see how things go. here are the steps I took during a custom game with Kog'Maw 1- Bought Cull 2- Noticed the stacks at 99 (same as before) 3 -Refunded Cull 4- **Bought Cull again** 5- Noticed the stacks number is at 100 now 6- Killed 100 minion 7-Noticed **no reward** (300 gold) 8- **Killed one extra minion** 9- Noticed an **increase** by 300 to my gold

But you didn't receive the gold, or did you? (I mean the bonus 300)

hmmm. I didn't try it with Lucian, but I did try it with Kog'Maw, Yasuo and Caitlyn and it was bugged with all of them. Thanks for the tip about Lucian.
: I have a similar problem. Cull does not start with 100 stacks either and instead I start with 99 Stacks, which probably affects if I get 300 gold or not

: Not quite exactly the same issue that some people have reported already on this tread but I will post it here. The passive for trap & Net still pop up normally for me, there is the range indicator and all, but although opponent is in the range Cait just walk to him and attack him with her normal range.
That's the exact same thing happening, you see the animation of the range indicator. However, you are unable, like most of us, of shooting with 1300 units range or the headshot.

: Central Feedback Thread for Viktor Gameplay Update
Hello there everyone first i won't say that i play Viktor very often but I do play him and i enjoy doing so, but I've always thought something isn't fitting and i think its fixed in this rework so lets begin 1- first foe the abilities flow; i think they go too well together,and you can make so many good combos with it, for example you can use your evolved Gravity Field to position your enemies together, lay down your ultimate with guaranteed huge aoe damage and you can even follow up with your Death Ray and they are pretty much done for. so i approve that his abilities work well together 2-for upgrading the Hexcore, I would try to buy the first upgrade asap and then focus on some other utilities, and for the abilities I would go with upgrading the death ray first, unless I'm having a hard time laning; i would go for the Siphon power and the Gravity field always last (unless if you play support Viktor) 3-I think Chaos storm is much better now especially with the speed toward Viktor being high is really good, and the damage interval is much better than before. However it seems too buggy and doesn't move correctly, so until this is fixed i would give a better feed back on it 4-The empowered auto attack is good in most stages but not that good early on, but once you get a Lich Bane and some good ap it becomes way too powerful (damage reached ~1100 with ~600 ap) so during late game its really strong 5-Viktor seems really strong once he get two augments and at least 300 ap , at that time you can really work things out , in addition. once he reaches full build and augments he can be really scary even in a 1v2 match up (skill required) Overall I really like the rework and i think its going to impact the way people think of viktor Goodluck everyone "Evolve or be reborn!"{{champion:112}}

But ( yes there's a but :p ) when you type /dance (or CTRL+3) he automatically turns toward the top left corner of the map and dances. Like, if i put him facing "me" and /d he will turn around suddenly and dance. Dunno if anyone else noticed that, thank you.
it is made to face that direction intentionally even in his classic and highnoon skin he always face the same direction

i like the idea of it having metal gear rising theme and the recall is pretty much like Raiden's way of fighting but i would prefer adding more effects to the ultimate like a floating Japanese writings of somehow or something like that. Also I think it would be amazing if the spin he makes with the E-Q combo will be done with the blade in his foot just like the way Raiden do it and its even more clear in the recall animation. However i really loved the skin and I'm buying it as soon as it goes life
