I think the design of the skin would be complete if Leona had a full helmet, rather than the mouth opening. She's meant to be the most armoured of all the PROJECT skins after all. I feel like her Q lacks impact, it's meant to be a whack that stuns the enemy, yet the stun effect looks too soft and like she's tapping her target lightly instead. Perhaps have a blasting effect appear from her shield? EDIT: Actually the skin's effects don't feel strong in general, like she's attacking with soft, non-lasting pew-pew holograms. I also think Leona's Sunlight passive isn't as obvious in this skin, it could be made larger/brightened up. EDIT 2: Also, I love the yellow/white/grey colour scheme of this skin! It's bright yet cool and nice on the eyes.

Riven's legs are really bare, along with the colour scheme this skin looks like Pool Party Riven at a glance. I dunno, those shorts just seem wayyy too short with the fact she's meant to be wearing bits of armor and a vest, it just looks like she's prepared to go swimming or has really cold legs.

I don't really like the look of the weird shark teeth things hanging from Quinn's head, from the splash art I thought they were just the ends of her tied up hair (it even looks to be her hair in the art), but ingame it's these out of place, Nidalee-esque dangling white things that clash with the rest of her design.

I'm worried that the squid hat looks too similar to {{champion:105}} at a glance, due to the colour, tentacles, big googly eyes and Lulu's staff. You can barely see Lulu under it.

It doesn't interact with crit at all right now. It's just bonus AOE physical damage added onto your total damage. (don't think it procs lifesteal either)

It's just a change to his scaling and itemization, he never had any abilities to scale off his AD anyway. Bonus flat physical damage is better early game, while bonus %AD is better late game.

I think you're overlooking how much this actually buffs AD Malphite's early game, maxing W scales your damage faster than before and lets you stay in lane for longer without needing items. What I'm more concerned about is if the bonus damage can crit, if so {{item:3046}} would be awesome on him. If not, then this really is an overall nerf.
: You don't really burst anymore anyway because the shiv crit is much weaker. It's better to go PD to maximize the 5 second Q steroid. The passive running out after you hit an ult is kinda an issue but I am not sure how much it matters.
I guess you're right about Shiv on Ashe being weaker, my real issue is the new passive not scaling with her ult's stun. It just doesn't synergize with it.

I really feel this is important and something that's been overlooked. For example, Ashe wants to get her burst crit (with or without {{item:3087}}) in while the enemy is stunned and unable to respond, but stopping and using Volley first (in the rework's case to mark the target again because the passive ran out..) will likely cause the stun to wear off before she is in range, and thus make her in risk of being counter-attacked or avoided. Also, Ashe won't always have enough mana to use Volley after ulting, so if she pulls off a clutch ranged ult, not as much advantage can be taken of it by herself compared to live, especially with the lower % attack speed per level. Not being able to burst someone after landing a long range Crystal Arrow just isn't right, for me it is/was the most defining part of Ashe's kit. I don't know why Ashe's new passive would apply on her ult yet have a fixed time.

It applies, but it doesn't scale with Enchanted Crystal Arrow's stun time, so a nice engage can be soured by her passive wearing off too soon.

: Volley should be about the same range and width as you're used to, though I think did update the old range indicator which I believe is just highly inaccurate on Live. The small nerfs to the width are somewhat made up for by the fact that the individual Volley missiles are now wider.
I just tried the new Volley ingame and compared it to the old version, you're right, the range and width is basically unchanged! I think we're missing one of the biggest issues in ARAM here, and that is.. The shopkeepers should **stop talking** after your Nexus has exploded. A lot of the time your Nexus is destroyed while your team was aced, and you respawn while it's blowing up, where your respective shopkeeper starts blabbing about things that you couldn't care less about as you just lost the match, and have to rush to the results screen to shut them up. It's really frustrating that they just don't give a damn about what's going on outside their shop.

This isn't about stacking, it's about which passive is used, as they're different. Though The Black Cleaver's Rage seems to be better than Trinity Force's in every way, does that mean it will take precedence?

You can't really have the ability give situational full spellvamp, as the skillshot doesn't know if it will hit a second target until it reaches its maximum distance and disappears, while spellvamp heals the moment you damage an enemy.

I really don't find the "mandrake" part of the ward thematic at all, unless enemy champions that walk near the ward are actually able to hear it.

I brought this up a couple days ago, but it didn't seem to get any notice. I thought the idea of the skin in the first place was the music changing depending on what Sona's doing, so what's the point currently of letting your teammates hear, when they can just download and listen to the song itself and get the same effect? It feels like a missed opportunity and not what I expected when the layered music aspect was previewed, I hope it's just incomplete at the moment.

Is it too late to ask for Tristana's VU to not have an earring on all her skins? Understanding it's probably impossible to remove from her base look (because the people working on her would say it's her identity now), I really, truly wish there was at least one skin I could use that has her without the earring. Other champions like {{champion:12}}, {{champion:115}}, {{champion:13}}, {{champion:16}}, {{champion:105}}, etc. have skins that remove their piercings for those that are bothered by them. I adore playing {{champion:18}}, but I don't want to go anywhere near this new part of her character, it's a touchy issue.

I feel like Battlecast Skarner's eyes are too tiny and close together, while on a flat area. It just looks off and unlike his usual design {{champion:72}} , I even thought they were glowing nostrils at first. His head silhouette feels thinner than usual as well, maybe widen the design to match up with the plates on his back? It would let his eyes space out a bit, too.
: Soraka Rework Feedback Thread
Not wanting Soraka to be forced to be a botlane support and trying Soraka as a solo laner, I have to talk about her E and Q. E * First off, her E is so hard to hit offensively I've been having to force enemies to accidentally walk into it, however it's easier to avoid than a Cho'gath Q, and Cho'gath gains a lot more from hitting people, both in CC and damage, and 9 second cooldown at all ranks. Soraka's new E just doesn't feel satisfying in the slightest to use, so much so, that I actually benefitted more from not putting a single point in it and loading all power into Soraka's Q. Q * Soraka's new Q (Starcall) feels amazing to use, and is so much smoother than the old Starcall, where Soraka would constantly stop all movement to cast an AOE effect around her, the old Starcall just felt clunky. I also like the ramping cast speed depending on range from Soraka. * I feel like the base damage on the new Q is crazy, and when Soraka starts getting her mana items and rushes magic penetration her poke in lane gets ridiculous. It feels very satisfying to max Q first for a solo Soraka, but... once it hits rank 5 Soraka's damage falls off incredibly hard minute by minute, the ratio on Q is very small, thus Soraka has to be a lane bully and shut her opponent down early, or be screwed over come mid-late game, where she just wouldn't be able to outdamage her opponent in a fight. * Not to mention if health is bought against Soraka, since the AP ratio on Q is lacklustre, all she can really do is buy a Liandry's and hope for as many direct hit slows as possible. She just feels very weak lategame and turns into a healbot for the team even if she had a great laning phase. I'm curious if Nashor's would work well on her, but it doesn't change just how hard her damage falls off, Q being her only damage ability. On a side note I like how Soraka can't directly heal herself with W (or grant crazy armor anymore, for that matter), it makes things more fair for her opponents in that they don't feel like all effort damaging her is a waste. Since she can only heal herself directly with her ultimate now, I think it'd be worth upping the ratio on her Q (even if it means lowering base damage). 35% AP (52.5% if direct hit) is just so weak. All this is from the perspective of solo lane Soraka remember, who would like to be building for more AP than her support counterpart would.
