In the meantime you can check the locale you have set in RADS/system/locale.cfg, eg: * en_us is NA * en_gb is EUNE and EUW * en_au is Oceania

I thought as much, but shouldn't they at least be labelled as such? I mean if you bothered putting different language packs for the different regions, shouldn't they know what is the best for them? Just saying :D
: Sorry I completely disagree. Yes, Diana originated as a symbol of vengeance but that doesn't mean you cannot have a skin that provides a counter image. The Justicar skins ({{champion:266}} {{champion:134}}) , King {{champion:23}} (he's a barbarian yet this skin he is formal), Arclight {{champion:110}} , Nightblade {{champion:39}} Dread Knight {{champion:86}} {{champion:75}} (Infernal too), and others show us characters that are counter their primary thematic. The Lunar New Year is generally a very happy time, out with the old in with the new, festive, and all around joyous event. PhoenixFSU points out the various other thematic elements that solidify the reasons for this skin. This expands her presence as a person. She has a life before going rouge and she probably did enjoy the Lunar celebrations (honestly who wouldn't?). These skins are the ones that help tell the story of a character beyond just back story X. Diana feels more like a person, someone you want to meet at a lunar reveal party. Its a great skin and I really hope we see more that explore other facets previously unseen of notable champions.
I have to agree. For me the {{champion:131}} skin seems okay, i mean i consider it more of a ceremonial skin like something she would wear for a special ceremony. And if you tie that with the notion of Lunar Revel, it makes the skin quite fitting. As far as i am concerned the {{champion:131}} Lunar Revel skin is beautiful.

Well i have seen the same issue in other games as well. Its not easy when translating greek and try to adjust its size. They can change the size of the font, even use a different font or change the wording. It depends what Loca will think of.

I bought the bundles and although the store froze for a bit(5-10 seconds), it didn't crash for me. And i connect from EU with 200 ping average.

Just for thoroughness' sake, other delayed abilities tested (that do **not** give extra stacks) include: - Gragas' Barrel Cask (his Q) - Ziggs' Satchel Charge (his W). - Leblanc's Distortion (her W). However, there are also others which give 8 mana by reactivating 'delayed abilities'. So far tested: - Janna's Howling Gale (her Q) - Lissandra's Glacial Path (her E) And also, for absolute thoroughness' sake, I also tested the champions that don't use mana. - Riven's Broken Wings (Q) do, each, give a stack of Tear, up to a total of 12 extra mana. - Renekton's Ruthless Predator (W), gives 2 stacks of Tear regardless of whether it's empowered by Fury or not - (i.e., 2 or 3 hits if Fury-powered) despite the new tooltip. Is this a feature or a bug? There's no mana expenditure for the second cast in most delayed abilities, so that shouldn't give Tear stacks, I think.
If you read the text from {{item:3070}} you can either assume that * it grants stacks when both a spell is casted **and **mana is used * or when **either **a spell is casted **or **Mana is consumed. I personally thought it was the case with the latter. Maybe the bug isn't with {{champion:34}} but with all the rest of the champs, where you don't get double stacks with delayed abilities.

So it should be able to grant you 2 stacks when you re-activate the Q to let it explode. According to the wiki, the re-activation of Anivia's Q is considered a second cast. **Anivia's Q - Flash Frost** **First Cast**: Anivia unleashes an orb of ice that travels in a line, dealing magic damage to any enemy it passes through. At maximum range, Flash Frost will detonate automatically. **Second Cast**: Anivia detonates the orb, dealing magic damage and stunning enemies in a 75-radius area for 1 second. : Can't access store page
So i was yesterday in game when EnglishLanguage1 reported that in chat and i had the exact same thing. I went to the store page and it was completely black, couldn't access anything but after i went to the main page and went to the store again, the store page loaded normally even if somewhat unresponsive. But it still wasn't working for EnglishLanguage1. I am in Europe and have a ping (in-game) of at least 200.

I got the bundles to have some basic champions. And i still have plenty to spend to runes and pages and stuff. Why is everyone having problems with RP/IP?

I have to agree. The new style seems pretty empty if there are no new messages. At least now you have a nice decorative place holder. But i like the idea with the different headers for the different classes of messages.
