I'm getting bugsplat error when any game starts like after the countdown in champ select, or if i que for a tft game, i just get kicked and bugsplat error message can't play anything :/

my friend got the exact same thing happen to him, and we are both having trouble with bugsplat, the error appears everytime we try to enter a game and we can't play because of it, tried re-installing and restarting and nothing fixes it for us.
