Once she enters team fighting, she is a bit more tame compared to live - but only slightly. Part of the reason why we are ok with diminishing her late game power is simply because by that point she is an incredibly safe carry with long range attack, long range jumping, and a massive targetted knockback. Also with CDR becoming easier to obtain for Marksman, Trist was specifically benefiting absurdly from the flat on hit CD reductions on her Q/E.

If the AP ratio is cool enough, the W Max Ap Mid lane Tristana might be fun. Or even the W Max AD Midlane Tristana. I don't see a W max happening bot lane at all though :P It would mean you've shifted too much power from E into W in my opinion

They reverted the Draven change, so they can revert the Tristana one too, right? I think it's just a bad choice, the extra damage from W when you jumped on a max-stacked E was pretty cool and the cooldown reducing interactions between E and Q were too

That's her niche, no need to say that she doesn't have one and try to make her a suicidal reset machine xD I think Tristana didn't need any changes, and the CD reducing interactions between Q and E were actually core to the character!

Why would you make a PBE feedback thread, which got triple the replies of ANY OTHER marksman feedback thread (even though Quinn is arguably the less popular of the reworked ADC's), have pretty much EVERYONE complain that it makes no sense to rework a kit by getting rid of a champions two most iconic gameplay and lore features (Valor and blind), and say that you don't care. You, ONE PERSON, can't listen to the HUNDREDS who are telling you they dislike the idea. Those HUNDREDS are your CUSTOMERS. Mostly are passionate Quinn players who main her (not my case). Be a man and undo the changes, go back to the drawing board and start again. Or just polish a few edges of the champion and let Quinn be. I know you have deadlines to follow and you were probably told you MUST rework Quinn, and it MUST ship with 5.21, but please reconsider these awful changes. Thanks

You can keep the Blind in a different spot: Skystrike. When Tag Team ends by auto-attacking or using Q or E on an enemy champion, Valor claws the eyes of said champion, blind him for 2 seconds or so.

I don't agree. I think it needs some kind of downfall to make it balanced. It's much stronger than Zhonya's. I think the champion who uses QSS should have his damage output lowered by 50% for the duration of the Crowd Control effect he cleansed
: What doesn't make sense to you? Seems fine to me, they gave 2 wards to everyone starting out, so the amount of wards that youre gonna see will be about the same. Sightstones still exist, so supports/junglers will be unchanged. They just made it easier for other people on the team to help out. Seems like a buff to the vision game. Pinks are cheaper, the pink on trinket wasn't very good anyways, now you can have 2 wards and a pink very easily.
Inventories get full, just like they used to. So, no pinks will be permitted once people are full builds. And since they are increasing the gpm and gold from all sources (something I completely disagree with), this will come much faster. The thing is, they don't have to make it easier for other people. Those lazy teammates just needed to BUY WARDS. They don't need babysitting

This is a lie. You sound like you are talking about Bronze Elo. Smart players and good players came back to lane with wards in their inventories. With this change, it will be impossible for you to have decent warding coverage while laning since green wards were what was used for that purpose. This change just rewards lazyness and babysits you through the game, and removes skill from the game

You can split the armor into base armor and bonus armor. just reduce the base armor by the ArPen and the bonus armor by the ArPen and bonus ArPen (which order doesn't matter as long as it is % before flat penetration). Then add the 2 again and you should get the rest armor. With 100 base Armor + 50 bonus Armor and 10% ArPen + 40% bonus ArPen +20 flat. Base Armor will get reduced to 90 (100 \* 0.9), bonus armor to 27 (50 \* 0.9 \* 0.6) leaving the target with 117 Armor before the Flat Pen. In the end the target has 97 Armor left.

: Why are all the AP items getting nerfed?
The nerfs are quite strange. In my opinion, the Mercurial Scimitar active is better than the Zhonya's active. Yet the best one gets a buff and the worst one gets a nerf? The game right now is already very unbalanced towards AD. Armour pen is much more abundant in the game, Armour got huge nerfs, while Magic Pen is less abundant and MR got huge buffs recently. They want to widen that gap even more? Make it even harder to succeed with AP champs?

I think it is only worth on Frost Queen's Claim supports. The active on that item is recognized as the worse of the 3 actives from Support items, so you can easily replace it with the warding active. For example, if I play Morgana Support, I would much rather have the Eye of the whatever (the spellthief's edge one) and buy another item (Rylai's, small slow, way more stats?) in that slot. But, with the Ruby Sightstone buff, and the amazing active from the Ancient Coin line, I don't think you would want to give up the extra stats and the active. Even if you bought, say, a Righteous Glory with the spot you freed to compensate the active, stat-wise it would not be worth, and the Righteous Glory active has a much higher Cooldown.
