: Dark Harvest Bug - Dark Harvest gains stacks from most champion clones timing out.
I feel it shouldnt give a soul if you let it time out but if you manage to outright kill it normally then it should. This way you arent just getting a free soul cause you used E. Lets just hope they dont take away the 50% on vessel as well. Edit: Also as an illaoi main the rest of these examples sound like straight up obvious bugs considering dont have to do much of anything to get them with the close exception being mord but even then you shouldnt get anything just for it timing out/dieing. Now illaoi is a special case where you are essentially killing a champ and the requirements for such can easily be mitigated by attacking her. They should def remove the timeout giving a stack but for killing I disagree.

Hourglass doesnt let him get his reset but I do agree that he has a very unhealthy playstyle. Thought we learned from pre-patch kat, that resetting ults arent fun to play against. Especially when that ult has a execute function...

: Fighter Items on PBE for 8.12
Will Spear of Shojin's passive work with Illaoi's E. A lot of other things that list champions do and at the moment it doesnt seem to be working. Wanted to get confirmation if it is a bug or not.

It would make more sense to have the new mastery in Domination since assassins want their movement speed, especially those like Diana, Talon, Zed, Fizz, Akali, Evelynn, Pantheon, Nocturne, etc. Look at mages you have Soraka, Karthus, Orianna, Annie, Brand, Viktor, Azir, Anivia, Lulu, Janna, etc all of which if they are already in range to use their ultimates no longer need movement speed and none of these ultimates make sense with movement speed.

Why wouldnt a mage want MS after an ult? Positioning is key for mages and this allows you to do so. Viktor especially as he wants to stay close and there is no way to besides Q assuming its augmented and W assuming you can get someone in it. He would love to have this over UH because the CD you get from it is negligible at best on most champs. This opens up the pool of champs that can use a keystone. Raka wouldnt mind having this because she can position better and get to her targets even faster if need be. Karthus is one of those exceptions but it seems karthus mains are happy with it going to dom as electrocute seems to be what they prefer and going prec second. Ori is one of the cases where she could use it well and I can see her using it alot better than some of the other champs you listed. Annie/brand/janna/lulu for positioning but both have short ult cd's so UH didnt do much for them. UH was good on a smaller field of champs and even those didnt have to take it and would be fine.

ER doesnt seem to be working at all atm. Every champ I try it on doesnt activate it.

Essence reaver has become a non crit option. Lucian in particular will benefit from the passive greatly. With 40% cdr and the passive from ER you will be able to E AA and have E go on a 2 sec cd. With 45% cdr it becomes a .5 sec cd. Its literally urf for those 8 seconds. Lucian already doesnt build crit usually and prefers to go more of a shredding kind of build with BC and BoRK. He still cant compete with the late game adcs but atleast he has more time to do something before those adcs ramp up. Cant say much about ashe or sivir since I dont play them.

: You do realize she has the SHORTEST auto attack range for an ADC in the game right? Vayne's passive damage is really big too, but she has it on 3 attacks instead of 5. Kai'Sa would have to attack Vayne 10 times to get 2 passive procs. Vayne could get 3 procs in that time and be 1/3 of the way to another(actually 2/3 most likely because she attacks first due to having 50 longer range. The thing about Kai'Sa vs Vayne is she literally can skirt around that 50 range with no way of Kai'Sa hitting her with anything except W, which has a long ass CD. Literally every ADC outranges her except for Lucian, who has the same range, and he relies mostly on his abilities.

But even then she has an AS steroid that can become a kha ult with enough AS. W does good damage and applies stacks. Q when against a single person does great damage. R shield is dumb. She also scales with both AP and AD which means she is always going to get damage from whatever she buys. Her numbers are not bad and if she had any range longer than 500 then i would be scared.

: Kajsa's Q is too uninteractive.
Not everything in someone's kit needs to be interactive. i personally am happy to see something simple be done. Just pressing an ability and it does damage. Is that too hard to ask? Why must every move come with a "if this X hits, Y will be dealt extra damage but only based on Y's health."
: Remove True damage from Conqueror
Its based off of how much dmg you do. Tanks dont do alot of damage. It seems like that because they are taking extended trades and have the stats to negate your dmg most of the time. The true dmg is there so fighters/bruisers can deal with tanks. The ad you get from it isnt a huge amount and there would be no reason to pick this over any other rune if all this did was give ad.

they said it temporary. They are gonna leave her like this for a bit so they can figure out where to rebuff her at.

True dmg is weird. Since it cant be mitigated by resists or any other means why does E do it? If you have 2nd elder buff and attack the clone with 583 ad you do 45 true dmg to it with no dragons but the person is taking 43. The spirit is taking true dmg but this seems fine. The bug must be that the clone isnt taking the true dmg cause otherwise it would outright always deal more dmg than it should cause the person would be taking more dmg than the clone is receiving cause the true dmg is not procing for both. If this isnt fixed then killing with E becomes a legit threat with enough ad. Before it wasnt possible to kill with E in a legit game cause you could never get the opponent low enough without touching him to get the E to kill. Now with them taking the true dmg and not the clone, they will almost always be lower than the clone later in the game. In a way if this gets "fixed" then its not really a nerf as we will be able to kill vessels faster cause they will be affected by true dmg. Then again riot could fuck us and just make the ability not proc off of E at all and fuck us.

Its a thing riot put in so people dont accidently sell their items without noticing There is a small window where you cant buy after selling so incase. Its really annoying and wish there was an option to turn it off.

Well lets see. Swain does poorly against long ranged threats. Viktor has his laser and once its upgraded he outpushes swain easily. He is also somewhat of a burst mage and if u didnt get mr then expect to get bursted regardless of how fed as he can poke you down. 2 kills ahead doesnt matter if you eat his full combo trying to trade against him when you dont have the range to. From what it sounds like you expected to dominate him in lane and got caught off guard by his damage and payed the price.

Im fine with it. It gives any character a similar playstyle like veigar or nasus although not as drastic. Its fine, they nerfed it a bit much recently but it is still a strong keystone that gives some added power for late game. I dont like grouping much anyway so this is a fine addition.{{champion:420}}

Riot just wants to change shit for the sake of being "fresh".
: dark harvest nerf
It just means you have to actually build offensive similar damage to it before. Weaker early somewhat the same late game. People like shaco or illaoi who can kinda consistently proc it (or were able to) could still go it. They just need to fix the change they did to illaoi where she doesnt get souls from the e pull which wasnt stated in the patch notes and wasnt talked about at all.
