Hmm I'm not sure how they do it on PBE but I wouldn't bother too much when not all of the minions have project skins :) I don't think it's a bug though.

There are no splash arts for chroma skins, so there would have to be made a placeholder image for those skins. Which is somehow inconsistent with how normal skins are presented, so I think this would be overall too much trouble for a relatively small issue. But let's see if Riot reacts :)

: I want to recommend making this feature be unlockable by the Mastery system. It is a small reward for SOME players, but since those players have a skin for the champion, I'm pretty certain they'll get a high mastery level on it from repeated play. Note: This will also have to work for Neon Strike Vi, Night Hunter Rengar and others that are like this.
I like this idea, it adds a little more depth to the meastery system :)

: The PBE Community Need's Some Detox
I understand your worries and I completely agree that there are far too many players using PBE not the way it is supposed to be used (mostly "free skins"). PBE is definetily not the place to play serious games but the place to test interaction between champions and items, especially unconventional ones. So it's hard to blame players using different builds and trying out new stuff. Regarding the PBE Tribunal: Riot is still working on the live server Tribunal to get back up so I think they are not planning an additional PBE-only Tribunal, this would just be too much work. What I really would appreciate though is of course the new Tribunal to come to PBE before going live. It's a hard task to keep PBE healthy and I really appreciate having access to it even though there are annoying players. So I'll keep an eye on this thread ;) {{summoner:2}}

It would be cool if there was an option in the settings where you could choose to automatically display things as stats, ping and all this stuff at the start of a game.

I think the chimes give enough xp when you consider that you can pick them up while you're switching lanes where you'll get xp from the minions. But it's true that Bard seems to fall behind in late game, despite his early game being average, which seems to punish him for no reason.
: Bard Champion Feedback Thread
First of all I wanna let you know, that I really like Bards design. His kit looks extremely interesting and I can imagine that there will be a lot of cool plays on that champ. Because of his high utility abilities I don't see him in any other role than support. And this is totally fine! As a main support I really feel that I am able to have an impact on the game, much more than with other supporters. But still, when I played him, I felt that he's a little too weak right now, especially in the late game. I think the chime collecting mini game is really cool, but this is also where Bard suffers from the limit on placable wards (3 + 1), more than any other champ in the game. Because collecting shrines is putting him in constant danger when he has no vision (especially when he uses his portal for faster travelling). When your team doesn't place a lot of wards, you'll have to facecheck a lot after you spent all of your own wards. Of course the blue trinket could provide additional vision but the cooldown is too high and the red trinket has a lot more value for a support. I thought about cv as a summoner, which seems possible, also because when Bard is roaming, exhaust is not that important than on supporters that stay in lane. Anyway, I have to try it out. To wrap it up I once again want you to know that I really like this champ and I'm looking forward to his release on the live servers!

After the first two games I played with that champ (1 normal, 1 twisted treeline) I think he can be extrem strong in the right composition. With a support that can protect him during TF and some cc like Jarvan, Orianna or Amumu he can deal tons of aoe damage without getting too close to the action. Even if you punish him in the early stages of the game when he's weakest he can still do ridiculous amounts of damage as soon as he has {{item:3115}} . I think when the players learn to play him, learn to position the champ himself as well as his sand-warriors, his strength will have no limits. The mechanics are great and after some training time you are able to pull off some cool combos. His ulti though seems a little "out of position", it doesn't quite fit into the rest of his kit. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a very cool idea but it adds still another mighty tool to Azirs inventory. I wish it could find it's way into the game in the kit of another champ. His tower is a little but very cool ability which I think could remain exactly as it is. It's nothing that helps him in fights (most of the time) but adds a tactical component never seen before. I'm looking forward to some cool ways to use that ability :) I guess I'm not the only one who mentions this, but his ability to push a tower without getting in range is too strong. But you will find a good alternative Riot ;) My first impression: a cool champ with a unique kit that is fun to play but hard to master.

I think you could scale its length with the amount of health he has, this would support the idea of his Mega Gnar form as a big, tanky cc master. It doesn't feel right when you build a lot of ad on him and then do tons of damage additional to his enormous cc abilities in the Mega form.
