Hey y'all, sorry we've dropped the ball on communication on this one. I'm looking at our open bugs being worked on, and there are two recent bugs open and being worked on about the game disconnecting. I'm going to add a link to this thread so the devs can see, and they'll come in here asking for logs, if needed. Thanks for reporting, it helps a lot.

Hey there, the engineers seem to have found the problem. The solution is being worked on right now. In the mean time, they say if you all turn off low spec mode, that should be a workaround to the issue. You can do this from the log-in screen. If that doesn't work, please let us know. Are you guys still experiencing these massive ping spikes? Please post which server your main account plays on and how long ago you finished your game.

something something something over 9000? Not sure what kind of stats you're interested in, nor what I can really publicly share. I work in capacity management of game servers, so here's something decent about CPU... One 5v5 pvp summoner's rift game costs WAY less server CPU per player than Ten 1v9 player vs bots game. This is why we limit custom games to be at least 2 players when we are experiencing capacity issues.

We're looking into this; we've been looking into it for a week now, sorry for the drop in communication. I think we might have just caught a big reason why this was happening, which has to do with a configuration of one of our game servers that you are playing on.

Yes, we are aware there are player behavior issues on PBE. But reporting just like you would on live, helps our player behavior react appropriately. In addition, as PBE can experience instability, like crashes. Some players look like they are AFKing, however, they are really having trouble connecting. I know it's frustrating, but please use your best judgement in reporting, and our systems will do the job. In addition, reporting inappropriate names to player support directly works wonders. : Two separate icons to differenciate PBE and Regular LoL ?
Hey there, I like your idea about the different colors. Very recently, about a month ago, our team responsible for those LoL.exe actually went through and changed it so that PBE.exe is labeled as, "PBE" It used to be "League of Legends", same as live, which was quite confusing. It was a big upgrade just like you are saying. If you don't already have it, you can download the new installer here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751904#h1q2 Ofc, folks can also just change the sub-name for PBE, just like you've done in your photo. Changing the icon takes another piece of work, and just personally, I'd rather the team who works on this focus on some juicy tech upgrades, instead. :)
