I believe it was changed, but maybe a middle way in between to give her more life and make her look more demonic. * I guess she used too much hair gel. Doesn't look natural and fiery at all, opposed to the splash and concept art (the flame VFX help a little though). But it's not puffy enough. Would be nice if her eyes look more like in the concept art. Her face is really emotionless. * Yeah, I know it’s too late but it would’ve been really cool if she would sit on a throne in her recall. Like in the splash art. In general, I don't think the in-game model is doing justice to the skin. It's not doing a good job at delivering the concept. It looks off to me. What I mean by it is that, not everything is doable in game, I totally understand that and I also understand that these skins can go through a lot of change while in the making. But I thing both in this skin and the first one that was chosen (Resistance Illaoi) the arts were quite deceiving. Like I said, they will of course go through changes, but isn't it wrong to change things that were the reason why people chose that skin in the first place. I can't talk for everyone, but I thing the reason why Resistance won in the last one was because of her robotic-hand-tentacles and it was removed (because it would cause problems I guess?). I personally really liked the idea of slamming people with those huge hands. I didn't vote for that though, but that was what made the skin pop-up imo. And with this skin, since Tristana already has a fire skin, they were changed to blue, which is perfectly understandable. But I thing the reason why people vote for it was because they liked it that way, and it got changed a lot in the process. There's two things I'd like to address here: First, is the goals of Player Choice skins. I think there's a disconnect between what we on the skins team think our goal is, and what the goal is for players. For the skins team, one of the goals of a Player Choice skin is to give players a "behind the scenes" look at how a skin gets made. We've written a series of articles that goes step-by-step to explain the process behind why we make the choices we do. Part of the process is the concept art changing during development. On Skins, we don't view concept art as a blue print that we follow _exactly_, we view the main purpose of a concept as an alignment tool or a "proof of concept." But it's not surprising that players view concept art as "this is the final skin." In this case, we really _ did_ do a concept that was almost as far "finished" as we could do. We normally work with much rougher concepts, some which aren't "complete." Could we make something even MORE finished and not-changing? Theoretically yes, but one of our steps in making skins is to [validate whether or not a concept works](https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2019/04/little-demon-tristana-splash-art-vfx/). Sometimes we have to pivot and make changes because something we didn't expect happens, maybe it seemed good in 2D and looks weird in 3D, maybe when you run around the animations clip, maybe the VFX cause too many issues. For us to show players an even more complete concept, we'd essentially have to make 3 skins and vote on which one we're releasing first. That's something we could consider, but there's opportunity cost there so we'd have to be okay with doing less of these, or only doing very popular champions, or doing more simple skins that we know work so we don't have as much to validate. The more unique the skin, the more it will diverge from the concept. I hope that helps!

The problems I (and some of my homies) is that: * Her hair's ombré is kinda strange- I think the roots of her hair should be more white, with the tips being engulfed in that azure flame that makes the skin pop. I think that LD Trist suffers from the *opposite* issue that Sweetheart Rakan did last year. https://i.imgur.com/bQrZXCw.png Being just white, his hair was too plain for the skin and subsequently was coloured and had some shading and depth added to it. In this particular case, seeing as how LD Trist's hair is already flaming blue, it would look better if her hair was just white, just like Demon Vi. The ombré and shading seems almost cluttered with the glow on top of it. * Her eyes should probably look more like the splash art. https://i.imgur.com/uQGBBrF.png See how sharp and evil these eyes are? Right now, the eyes on the model are very akin to that of base Tristana, and to be honest it's kinda offputting. I (and a lot of other people) were hoping that the eyes would be just like in this concept art: https://i.imgur.com/V6oQudx.png They are still yordle-esque but they POP and make her seem real evil and mischievous. * Her fangs are weird as HELL. It looks like they're resting atop both her top and bottom lips, like they were glued to her face with her mouth closed. https://i.imgur.com/MbnLtrk.png The fangs should probably be a little smaller and get tucked underneath her top lip a little neater. * Lastly, I think her skin could be a little deeper of a hue. All of the concepts and the splash art make you think her skin is going to be a vibrant, hot pink, but she just seems...bubblegum-esque. Hopefully some of these things get seen, cause otherwise it is a fantastic skin and I cannot wait to use it.

: Kinda off topic, but I hope the Star Guardians skin can be all in one set. It feels weird that they are separated between two seasons when that's not the same with other thematic skins.
In the future, they'll be arranged into Universes. So even if they're in different sets (which is primarily for people who like to collect), they'll still be listed in the same Universe (for people who like lore).

Thanks for the suggestions! We do have a lot of these currently in sets, and some of your suggestions are great. There's a few things that might seem mis-categorized or forgotten, i.e. Dragonblade Talon (actually a Lunar Revel skin, iirc) that will be going into future sets.
: Just leaving some opinions on what bothers me with this skin, So I'm leaving my feedback beneath. I'd just like to swap the 3vs3 Chroma and the Normal chroma around a little. It feels like they got messed up in the process? - The Purple doesn't really match-up the colorscheme of the previous skins in a cohesive way. (E.g. Victorious Morgana, Elise and Maokai all got this key-elements in blue - and here comes graves with purple?). The Blue version would fit the VFX better as well. - Swap the 3v3 and ''non-chroma'' version around. Purple for me relates to Twisted Treeline's colorscheme in a better way, which in my opinion is more related to darkness and therefor the mystique elements of purple. The Blue colorway would be better to make the skinline more cohesive, as mentioned above. Maybe I'm a little bit biased due to living in a nordic monarchy myself, and therefore feel like red and blue is a better way to represent ''royality'' and ''victoriousness'' the skins are supposed to envision. - The Purple tint of the skin is kinda strong, I'd tint it down a little. - The Blue one I'd up the contrast a little, more sapphire-like than this darker marine.
Hi, thanks for your post. Regarding the purple: we made a conscious decision this year to evolve and solidify the direction on a number of skins that previously lacked cohesion and identity: Challenger (now Conqueror), Championship, and Victorious. Championship and Victorious have historically always been confusing to players, so these were the two we thought about the most. With Victorious, we identified the golden laurels and Tyrian purple as ceremonious, regal elements we wanted to focus on. Sivir had these elements (and Maokai to some extent), but we wanted to strengthen that. We added the lion motif (which we intend to use going forward, not just for Graves) as another nod to ceremonial attire (Roman inspired). The team vision was that they should feel like triumphant champions attending a medal ceremony in ceremonial/formal armor. Nonetheless, we're currently working to address the cohesion between Victorious Graves and Sivir so some of the changes we've been making (and are making) include: - Toning down the brightness on the purple - Texture polish on armor and gun - Adding some more blue gem elements - Adjustments to VFX colors
