Amy is correct. We have disabled the General Feedback and Champion feedback boards as of today. You can still go read the old posts on those boards but you can no longer interact with them. This was done in an effort to funnel posts into into only two spots so less gets lost and so it's less confusing about where to post. Thank you for the report though!

oops, meant to edit, not delete. "This sometimes happens if you have a poor connection. It won't show up in match history because you were never able to connect to the game or transition out of champion select. League Client logs can often show what's going wrong." I should clarify this is _often_ related to your connection. The error "Could not connect to server" is generic and can indicate a variety of things are causing your connection to the game to fail, be it packet loss, blocked isp, game failing to start, DX9 Drivers crashing, etc. Because the error is generic, it gets reported consistently with no single cause. League Client logs could point us in the right direction of what is causing the issue for you, if you can provide them. This was not a dismissal. It was a suggestion of the most common cause for reports of this nature and to look at your logs so we can figure out exactly what the issue is. http://pbr.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/pbe/en_BE/bugReport/create You can create a bug report here and link your logs from when you experienced the error. Ah, kk, we are tracking this bug :) Thank you for the info! The bug as we understand it only happens if you die before 20 mins and revive after 20. We are working on a fix.

Did you by chance die before 20 mins and then respawn after 20? Was the effect also permanent, so after dying again you would still not get homeguards?

This sometimes happens on live as well due to a tiny bit of lag. Usually playing a game or re logging will adjust it back to the correct value.

So, i'm going to go with they're not wrong for reminding you not to spam. Multiple posts about the same thing everywhere is super unhelpful. Some of that is a result of too many different boards, which we will be resolving here soon. There are mods on here that have been helping longer than you have that don't have Riot tags by the way. If you make a nasty response, telling someone off for trying to help and get a sarcastic remark in return, i'm not surprised. Its easy as saying "I did my due diligence and looked and didn't find one." The first rude comment here is yours.

: Yea my pc is a Laptop. I fixed it with my Catalyst Control Center. My Laptop has 2 Graphic cards and switches between amd radeon and Intel i5 and says their drivers are up to date(laptop Aspire e1-572G). I think i once restored to Factory Defautls cause i sometimes have fps problems (my tabbing out or random) and read that in the Riot Support Fps Guide. Still i find it curios that i got with this Crashing games on pbe while on Live i could normaly farther play. And i played with factory Defautls at the begin too. So changing and restoring back while i think maybe old and new client structures both are still on the pc could be here the problem. If all old clientfiles willl be removed (i read riot wants with farther patches make this automatic?) and client gets more stabil i think it will work again better/easier to solve these arts of problems.

Hmmm this is also occurring on live for some players with very old intel graphics drivers for windows 8. Try updating your drivers to the latest ones available and let me know if that fixes it. If you still bugsplat, give us the crash and we can pull your r3d logs from there :)

We have had a number of PBE's services down for maintenance the past couple days. You may have caught one of the maintenance windows. If you can give me your PBE summoner I can look into what happened. Player support has also been unable to process account requests during these times. We're doing our best to restore everything, please bear with us.

Likely a current shop issue. Items have been removed in the past (a year ago), but nothing recently.

: Tested this out a bit more, Seems like every time your champ comes into range or view of a jungle camp or even just walking around in the jungle crashes you immediately, also after you crash your abilities seem to glitch out and become highlighted. This has happened for about 4 games, each time I come in view of a jungle camp I get an instant bug splat. I am on a mac, didn't happen for friends on PC though. Hopefully a fix or something comes soon.
Can you give me the crash ID for your bugplat? Will help narrow it down :)
: Can confirm, had multiple games playing ARURF multiple bugsplats each game. Tried fixing the client and got a bugsplat also, Only started after the patch today. Unknown if its only on the mac client or not. n
