Hi there, I took a look at the crash report you mentioned above. It seems like you have software installed on your computer that is interfering with League of Legends. The specific piece of software that's causing problems seems to be called "xunyount.dll". It's in the following path: C:\Windows\System32\xunyount.dll My guess is that it is related to this [VPN service](http://www.xunyou.com). Can you try uninstalling it and seeing if the problem is fixed?

Hey there, Without a memory dump, it will be tricky to troubleshoot your issue. I will need to try to replicate the problem. Let's start with some questions first: 1. Are you attempting to run the game in a virtual machine (e.g. VMware, VirtualBox, or QEMU)? 2. Can you temporarily disable or whitelist the League of Legends.exe in your antivirus program? The latest PBE build can be found here: C:\Riot Games\PBE\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.5.242\deploy 3. Can you try to close any third party applications that may be interfering with the game launch? Things like Discord, Overwolf, OBS/XSplit, Razer Cortex, etc... could cause issues. 4. It looks like you have Windows 7 installed, can you open up the "System Information" program (msinfo32.exe) and export the data? You can do this by opening up the Start menu and typing "msinfo32.exe" in the "Search programs and files" box. When the program loads, hit "File" and then "Export". Save the file somewhere on your desktop and then upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar file sharing host. Then link it here so I can take a look.

: I was able to find several articles on the subject on the Internet. Looks like LOL is encrypted & deeply interfering with the system now. I am not a good programmer, but if I understand it correctly Riot could whitelist Wine though. But that's probably gonna take a lot of work. Would be absolutely understandable for me that Riot does not go for this step... But in these various forum posts you can already read that the "professional" cheaters already have solutions against the new security updates. Hi Mper, There's not really a way to "whitelist" WINE because we don't ship both unpacked and packed executables of the game. It would be a very big security risk to do so. The overhead for providing Linux support is non-trivial. We're always re-evaluating the system requirements for League of Legends and we appreciate the support of our players in the Linux community. We do not actively intend to break these tools, but we're also not actively supporting them. Specifically, I can confirm that our recent game client security changes weren't designed to break any compatibility on Linux. If they break compatibility in any way, it's a completely unintended side effect.

In particular, it looks like you're running on an ASUS laptop and we recently fixed an incompatibility with the ASUS XONAR sound drivers. : (did this testing in a bot game so I didn't cause much pain (team still won)) Programs- Program 1 - Overwolf: Overwolf overlay and programs cause the game to force shut down or what ever term it is this is caused when they are loaded: - before game - before reconnecting - and during the game (after a small delay (guessing it checks every so often)) If you force shut down the overlay processes (as shown in the picture) and leave the "overwolf" process open, then try to reconnect it will force close because on reconnecting over wolf tries to reopen the overlay https://imgur.com/gallery/VZ8bH Overwolf App's: Replay-HUD is part of Overwolf's Overlay (I use to replay combos to see how I mess up in game. And any other replay reason) Mobalytics also has a Overwolf App (No Overwolf Apps were running during my testing. But they won't be able to be used if Overwolf can't be used due to them being in the same overlay) Program 2 - Plays.tv: Plays.tv overlay works and records in game gameplay. its bookmark function works aswell (all I use it for) League is fine with plays.tv being started / launched then you reconnecting (I assume it will work on first load in and it would work if launched while in game) These are the only programs I use and therefor did testing on.

: You should really call out OBS and XSplit and get them patched asap as they're the most used Broadcast softwares out there.
We have confirmed compatibility with most third party software, in particular OBS and XSplit. Are you running into any problems with these tools and League?
