: 0.75 would be too low I think, but quite a few people seem to agree that the 1.5 second delay is too high to make her feel like a fluent assassin.

Actually, no. The outcries of the vocal minority you see and adapt into your mental framework to reinforce your cognitive bias towards the issue is not representative of "everyone". It doesn't even represent the entire PBE playerbase. I'm a diamond player and I've been playing Leblanc since Season Two. The delay is fair.
: Won't that make it super confusing for people playing against her? I understand LeBlanc is all about fooling the enemy but that would kinda push the limit.

I understand LeBlanc is all about fooling the enemy but that would kinda push the limit. Yea, it would. But pretty much all magic tricks are designed to confuse the heck out of you until you realize what's going on.

: [Assassins] LeBlanc Feedback Thread
Hello again! As promised, here are my final thoughts... http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/yd6m0NPK-20thcenturyfaux-a-s2-hardcore-leblanc-mains-thoughts
: Post it [here](http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/x4tgmm0s-assassins-leblanc-feedback-thread) instead. Every new champion, skin and other big content has their own bug and/or feedback thread in one of the subboards. It is recommended to place bugs and feedback there.
Thank you for your concern, but formatting and length is the reason I deliberately posted it outside of the thread.

: [Assassins] LeBlanc Feedback Thread
Hello again 20thCenturyFaux, Just checking in again. After a few more games with Leblanc, I think I can make a more accurate judgment with this 2nd iteration. I'll make a final, detailed feedback post after I play her sufficiently to taste. **Sigil of Malice (Passive):** This passive is incredibly strong. After toying around a bit more with Leblanc, I have to say I'm impressed. I really enjoy the freedom that comes with not having to use Q to mark enemies for damage. If anything, I think the cooldown is a tad bit low - it's a bit strong. **Shatter Orb (Q):** My opinion on the name is that it's still lackluster, that part hasn't changed :^). However, having tried leveling Distortion, Ethereal Chains, and Shatter Orb first, I think my initial judgment of the ability was that it was too weak. This isn't the case. The ability may be a little bit boring since it's just a ranged point and click, but it's one of the most reliable burst clicks in the game. The bouncing effect that occurs when I shatter orb a minion wave marked with sigil of malice is just absolutely incredible. I can't express how much I love the orb waveclear. **Distortion (W):** I would really like to see more intuitive W mechanics - if the Leblanc that cast the Distortion is visible, then the W return is visible; if Leblanc isn't visible, the W return isn't visible. Currently as it stands, the moment an opponent sees Leblanc once, the presence of a W return is instantly revealed for the remainder of its duration (which isn't very intuitive or clear - I had to test this out a while back with a friend in a custom game to find out). **Ethereal Chains (E):** ... **Mimic (R):** Her ultimate ability is really strong, and I like that. W into QR used to be my favorite combo - its power level was plain sadistic for a champion that could launch potentially the burst from 1300 units away. Having played this reworked Leblanc, I can safely say that I can see you haven't removed her ability to perform this combination. You simply added a 1.5 second delay to it (which is great btw). The problems with this ability that I outlined in my preliminary post remain relevant, however. I would like to see that the summoned clone **does not** move on its own, and that I can cast Shadow of the Rose even while the regular ability is on cooldown (given that Shadow of the Rose is off cooldown, of course). If it weren't for the delay on the passive, I would've probably noticed the subtle but profound change right away - what you actually did was open up her ability to combo different spells in different orders (by allowing the mimic of any spell as opposed to the previous spell cast). That's something that I've wanted Leblanc to be able to do for years. Holy crap. Thanks for that, seriously. The number of spell combos she can pull off now has just expanded exponentially. I feel so free. **Summary** - Leblanc's new kit is great. I love it and it's fantastic. I do think it's a bit on the strong side, however. Her passive has a really low cooldown. The R also gets quite clunky because I'm not able to cast Shadow of the Rose while it's on cooldown, even if Shadow of the Rose isn't. A sound effect for activating the ultimate also wouldn't hurt (perhaps something like the sound when you reset your abilities as Katarina). I'd say this is a big step in the right direction for Leblanc, and I'm overjoyed that she's finally getting some love. **Back with more later**, Cardi P.S. Woops. One more thing. If i'm not mistaken, I believe what you did was use Leblanc's old code - I feel like her E's tether isn't updating as fast as it should be updating (the tether reminds me of Leblanc's old tether that persisted even if the tether was broken for about two frames).
: [Assassins] LeBlanc Feedback Thread
Hello 20thCenturyFaux, Leblanc main since S2 here. Preliminary feedback after playing around with her a bit in a custom game. This is not going to be a full write-up, but just some quick thoughts before I get into spamming her for some more serious feedback. **Attack animation:** You smoothed her attack out, just letting you know it's appreciated and noticeable. --- **Sigil of Malice (Passive):** It was a bit confusing to get the hang of at first, but I think it's a functioning passive with lots of gameplay potential. Biggest problem is likely the unique target cooldown - it feels a bit too low. The reason for this is that Leblanc has a lot of other things going on in her kit already, so managing individual cooldowns of ~5 seconds in a teamfight feels like it could be a bit too much (taking attention away from things she could otherwise actively be doing, such as looking to deceive her opponents somehow). It'd be much clearer if the cooldown for the passive were higher (think ~20 seconds) in exchange for something more interesting on the Q. --- **Shatter Orb (Q):** Visual effects are great. I can't say the same for the gameplay and name of the spell, sadly. Shatter orb as a name really doesn't convey a sense of magic and wonder, something a magician like Leblanc seems to promise. Spectacular Orb or Conjuring Brilliance would perhaps sound more stage-y and awesome. With the second part of the Q damage moved into her passive, there isn't much of a reason to level up Q because of the **extremely** small boost that leveling up the spell gives. It feels really, really empty because of that. It doesn't do anything, except apply a small bit of damage that could possibly activate her passive from afar. I'd love if the ability had a charge system - (2 maximum) and summoned a controllable clone on her next spell cast (in place of her ultimate). That way, she would be able to (Q+Q, Q+W, Q+E) to summon a clone (instead of casting her ultimate to summon one). It would also give players an incentive to level up the ability early (longer clone duration, shorter cooldown, etc.) --- **Distortion:** Not much to comment on here, I believe you nerfed the damage slightly if I'm not mistaken. --- **Ethereal Chains:** With the passive, I'd definitely level this ability first for massive single-target damage (assassination). It procs the passive itself. It's incredibly powerful. --- **Mimic:** I believe I can't cast Mimic(R), which is the AI controlled clone, after having mimicked Q, W, or E, even if the Mimic(R) is off cooldown. This can be a bit frustrating if I'm trying to pull something tricky off. The summoning of a clone upon cast for one second is incredible, but doesn't allow Leblanc as much control over her acts of deception as I'd like it to. The reason is because when I Mimic(W) in place, I may not want to summon a clone (but I have to because the spell auto-summons AND auto-inputs a movement command to it). This is most noticeable when I go from patch of brush, A, to patch of brush, B like so... W > from A to B > Now at B At B > Mimic (W) in place > W back to A Upon using Mimic (W) in B to create a possible exit path, the clone tends to move out of the patch of brush, which wouldn't be *as* big of a problem if the global AI controlled clone could be cast while Mimic were on cooldown, or if the controllable clone didn't move without any input on my part (please do this, auto-moving the clone is really counterproductive in certain situations). This means I can't trick anyone who knows how my ultimate works, which sucks. If for example, I could Q something in advance in order to summon my clone, the situation would go more like this... W > from A to B > Now at B with the clone also in B At B > Mimic (W) in place > W back to A while showing my face (the clone) in B (walk out of B, walk back in) Clone vanishes (duration expires) in B, while I show my face in A (real LB) Opponent goes for A > Mimic (W) back to B > Escape successful I'll post a more in-depth feedback once I get quite a few more games in, but these are my preliminary thoughts. Thanks a ton. Yours truly, Cardi
