: PBE Bugs & Feedback Thread: Little Demon Tristana
I think the tail would look better if it was either entirely black or of the same color as her skin but with the tip black. Also, the fangs look kinda weird from the front view, but I don't know exactly what gives me that feeling.
: Blackthorn Morgana Feedback (PLEASE, FIX THE SKIN!)
I strongly disagree with the color changes that you're proposing (I'd rather keep the current ones which are the same as the original Blackthorn Morgana), but I do support the demands to touch up her vfx and reinstate the old death animation.
: Marksman and AD Itemization Changes coming to PBE shortly
Riot Axes, why don't you lower to 25% the crit chance of {{item:3046}} {{item:3085}} {{item:3087}} {{item:3094}}? Wouldn't multiples of a quarter feel more natural to the player than multiples of 30%? Also, are there any plans to change the numbers of {{champion:23}}'s passive?
: Sejuani Dawnchaser Chrona named Rose quartz that has her riding a pink lion. That is all.

: [PBE - Jungle Notes] Notes on updated Jungle for 6.22
I think it takes too long to kill Krugs and Razorbeaks, which means that the two sides of the jungle have a different clear speed.
: 30 second cd anyway, so dash should be good enough.
It's rare that you manage to dash on top of an enemy. Most of the times, the Q lands you in front of your target, so you can tag them with W's empowered auto, slow them with E and then apply W's aoe to them.
: > Locket seems underwhelming, though. I understand that the shield is strong - and I love the decaying change, as it promotes skillful use of the active - but the loss of both health and, what's more important, CDR, is going to hurt some tank supports. CDR loss is pretty impactful, I agree - but it was a major contributor of the 'man, every support build seems to overcap on CDR' issues. While it does lose a large chunk of health (and thus reasons to get the item early) - it has +30 Armor, +15 MR in comparison. Armor + MR on the same item mimics a % Health boost to a certain extent so the loss isn't as bad as I think it might be. Does hurt it in the dedicated anti-magic space - were it not for the fact that it'll have more MR than the live version. The shield active is actually crazy though. I think the best shield I've seen blocked 2700 damage in a team fight. (It has a little tooltip tracker on it displaying the damage you've blocked and your best shield.) > Redemption is great. Everyone who hasn't done that already, try it on Bard. It lines up perfectly with your ultimate. I like how it doesn't have CDR, as it's not an item to rush in lane. It.. it does have CDR. It builds out of Spoopy Idol which has CDr innately. > I believe one of the following changes would help: > CDR on Eye of the Equinox CDR on EoE might be interesting in the long run. I'll think about that for the future. > Glacial Shroud or Kindlegem in the build path of Knight's Vow When we tried Kindlegem on Knight's Vow - we found that we made an item that top laners mostly got. While not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself - there were playtests were there were essentially more Knights than people to bond to. :p > Zeke's Harbinger Amp Tomes replaced with Aether Wisp Harbinger is kind of a terrifying item when strong - so we're being cautious about it. We also have to watch movement speed creep as we've just added one more major form of it in Knight's Vow. > Buff Ohmwrecker (just get the supportanks a good Kindlegem upgrade) Yeah. Our reworks for this item keep failing or other things keep succeeding better than it. >_< > This would be pretty much my one and only question here - are supportanks not supposed to get CDR? Zeke's Harbinger doesn't really suit most tanks and with both Locket and Knight's Vow not having it, tank supports are going to have a really hard time getting there. We want to push support tanks back into considering Frozen Heart as an important pickup for them - hence the cost reduction. They share a lot of CDR itemization with other roles - but Warmog's (Health), Frozen Heart (Armor) and Spirit Visage (MR) should be their three primary CDR options outside of things they get innately like Face of the Mountain. While that may be fairly limited - Banner is also retuned to act as a CDR source for them if they want to aid their team in pushing.
I feel like if you want to go with these {{item:3190}} changes, you need to put 10% cdr on **Knight's Vow**, making it build from {{item:1029}} + {{item:3801}} + {{item:3067}}. {{item:3401}} + {{item:2045}} + {{item:3117}} + {{item:3110}} + {{item:3190}} + KW = only 30% cdr
: Not the main designer on those - so I can't give you much more context outside of specific details: The CD is 30 seconds. It does not apply to soft CC. The shield lasts 4 seconds and scales with your maximum health.
: [League client update] Testing loot, clubs and (soon) ranked! (Updated 9/7/2016)
I would like to make a suggestion. Is it possible to add to the new client a **key fragments counter**, showing us how many key fragments we've found and when the reset is going to be? Something like this: " X/12 [key icon] reset available in DD days "

: First of all yor clearly dont know that downvotes are not intended to work for your opinion...read the summoners code, so...coming from a tester who at least doesnt understand that simple mechanic of this environment, Im not surprised of your acting. And I said this to explain to you how to use the votes, not for ego, your point of view is valid as the mine is it too. 1- As I said with the just not smiting or use cc on the crab you could still kill it and get vision while still having control of the vision. Then if you kill both crabs, the result will be the same as not taking any of them. 2- the mechanic is indeed complicated cause the crabs are kinda useless... I MEAN they offer vision and gold, but they are irrelevant, you dont need them to win the game, you dont need to prioritize them in ANY point of the game, and good warning usually is better and solves the vision problem on these ALTERNATIVE objetives, cause you can win without Baron or Dragon. So, Increasing the difficult on the decision of killing or not the crab, or even having to take both is a good way to give them some weight in the way a game is played. 3- Same as before, the game need choices, again the change makes the crabs another reason to be prioritized, which is not the case on the current game, and if youre a new player, you will take the crabs anyways or not, since they re no priority even less for a new player, again, the control on the dragons is not really a massive change, only teams and high ELO players will take good use of it, but as I said, is a minor change which would make the dragon buff more intuitive, and not just a bunch of random unneeded and strange stats.
These are the universal rules of the boards: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/site-feedback/QMLzFo0N-universal-rules-updated-6242014. Rules about upvotes and downvotes are never mentioned, because there is no need to do that: logic says that you upvote something you like or agree with and downvote something that you don't like or disagree with. Therefore your ad hominem attack is completely pretentious and wrong. Anyways, let's talk about the topic. >1- As I said with the just not smiting or use cc on the crab you could still kill it and get vision while still having control of the vision. Then if you kill both crabs, the result will be the same as not taking any of them. But what if I need smite to steal the crab from the enemy jungler? What if I need to smite because I'm low on health and I need to get out asap from a dangerous position? What if I need to smite because I have to go help a lane that has been ganked and I need to immediately kill the scuttle? You **cannot** introduce mechanics that can possibly make a jungler feel bad for smiting a jungle monster. Not all junglers have cc and you shouldn't force them to smite krugs in order to have their buff. Why should I waste all the time needed to kill both scuttle crabs if I have more important things to do on one side of the map? Why do you want to force junglers to control the top side scuttle in order to have more control over dragon? Why do you think it's reasonably acceptable? >2- the mechanic is indeed complicated cause the crabs are kinda useless... I MEAN they offer vision and gold, but they are irrelevant, you dont need them to win the game, you dont need to prioritize them in ANY point of the game, and good warning usually is better and solves the vision problem on these ALTERNATIVE objetives, cause you can win without Baron or Dragon. So, Increasing the difficult on the decision of killing or not the crab, or even having to take both is a good way to give them some weight in the way a game is played. So you're conceding to my point. Scuttles are relevant because they offer vision control, which prevent the enemy team from roaming freely across the river and sneakily killing dragons and baron. They **are not** useless at all. League of Legends has already enough objectives that you need to focus on (3 lanes with 2 rows of towers each, elemental dragons and rift herald, baron and elder dragon). Giving more importance to the scuttle crabs is only going to make things more complicated, not more fun. About the 3rd point, you've not answered to my criticism, which is that the mechanic that you propose is **completely unintuitive**. >the control on the dragons is not really a massive change, only teams and high ELO players will take good use of it, but as I said, is a minor change which would make the dragon buff more intuitive, and not just a bunch of random unneeded and strange stats. What are you even talking about? This is my last reply to you. I tried to let you understand why your idea can't work and it's just a really bad design, but you're free to think what you want and have your own opinion. Goodbye.
: No, it still does, but you can not see it, as you seems to not understand how the "point system" +1 or -1 works too, since it seems you only downvote all which you dont like.
I downvote what I don't agree with or find irrelevant and upvote what I agree with or find relevant. Is that a problem for your ego? Still, you haven't addressed any single one of the points that I've made. Let's reiterate: 1- Your mechanic prevents junglers from taking scuttles for their gold and to get vision control over the dragon and baron pit 2- Your mechanic is overly complicated 3- Your mechanic is not intuitive, therefore it's really hard to understand it if you're a new player
: I think its the point Guinsoo only get AS from stacks, like the old two. Maybe they will change the item path.
The problem is that it feels bad to initially lose AS when you buy an item that is meant to boost your AS.
: COPYPASTE: Consider that the Dragon is already random from the start, so taking that into account you could kill the crab anyways since you didnt had control of the dragon from the start... But, anyways, in the case you point, you could prevent the reseting adding an extra 2 mechanics - 1- "You can prevent the change of element if you smite the crab when you damage it to take it." - 2- Or "you can prevent the change of the element if you kill the crab without using CC to reduce the resistance of the crab". Simply as that, in the end is all decision and tactics, and leaving the crabs is the same as choosing to take Baron, Dragon, a tower, a nexus or a Kill, so having to choose leaving it live would be a valid decision too. Then with those simple adds your problem is fixed... Read all the comments, all changes can be managed and problems can be solved before saying if something is good or bad.
Your "answer" (that I had already read before posting my comment) doesn't answer any of the points that I've made. Try again.

: Suggestion: Killing Scuttle Crab will manage the element of the Dragons.
Absolutely no. Junglers need to kill scuttles in order to get vision control and gold. They shouldn't be prevented from doing that because of an overly complicated mechanic with no in-game readability that switches the type of elemental dragon.

: Wow! A whole 1/4! And it cost her half of her spells, which are her entire reason for existing. That'd take an ADC, what, 2 auto attacks to accomplish the same thing? Here's the thing. Let's say this Syndra deals 1/4 of your HP with her Q + E. Then she uses W and R and deals another 40% of your HP. Now you're still alive with 35% HP, and the Syndra is now completely useless. She burned all her CDs on a tank and didn't even kill them. Her only further contribution to the fight is going to be a Q every 3 seconds that deals less damage than an ADC's autoattack. If you think of it in terms of damage per second, her DPS is absolutely atrocious compared to every ADC in the game. A burst mage has to actually kill someone with burst or they become less desireable than someone who has sustained damage, and blowing half your combo on a tank is not how to accomplish that.
Yeah, but if I had any less hp or mr, I would have blown up even if I were tank Zac. That's why I said that "immunity" is a strong word.
: [Planned - 6.9] Mana x MP/5 x AP x MR Item Pass [Updated - 4/11/2016]
Have you thought about adding some HP into {{item:3001}}? It would help both mages in lane that have to survive magic damage burst and tanks like {{champion:113}} {{champion:32}} {{champion:154}} {{champion:111}} in the top lane or jungle.
: Health doesn't counter AD because lifesteal exists. If your defense is Health versus an AD champion - they will simply drain off of you and live to fight another day. Health, however, **does** counter AP because AP is non-sustained and non-renewable. So there are actually two primary ways you can negate magic damage - Health and MR. Because of this dichotomy - almost every Health option is powerful versus mages - including some of the items that have Armor on it. Basically, a 5000 health characters with no MR or Armor is already magic immune, for the most part. However, that guy is basically just a walking HP sack for an AD carry. This also means that Regeneration is also a very effective mitigation type versus magic - hence the push for more regeneration on Visage.
>Basically, a 5000 health characters with no MR or Armor is already magic immune, for the most part. The other day I was playing a full build Zac jungle with {{item:1401}} {{item:3065}} {{item:3001}} {{item:3083}} {{item:3143}} and the enemy Syndra was still able to chunk more than 1/4 of my total hp with just her Q+E combo. I would say that "immunity" is a strong word.

: New spell for replace garrison
Please, limit the discussion on the **PBE boards** to **PBE content only**.
: PBE Bugs (heh.. bug.. Kha'Zix) & Feedback Thread: Death Blossom Kha'Zix
Katey, why is Death Blossom Kha'Zix only available through RP purchase on the PBE? Usually the new content is available at the price of 1 IP.
: When you get a gem from a chest, you also get more content from it - not just a gem. So the actual cost is not 10 chests and keys, you always get more rewards from gem chests anyway. It is potentially 10 eq pieces but if you want an Annie skin - which is a very specific skin mind you - it's well worth it. Those 10 random pieces of eq may very well be nothing you want and end up disenchanting it anyway, resulting in just essences gained for potentially more content to craft in the future.
That is clear and it's not the point of the discussion. I'm arguing that those 10 rare gems can be made into 10 chests and keys, which can contain content that has a value much higher than a 975 RP-tier skin. My point is that the exclusive skin shouldn't have a "cost" so high that it appeals only those who play Annie extensively. I think that, to have a fair and reasonable trade, the value of an hextech-exclusive skin should be slightly higher than its cost, which is, in this case, 10 pieces of content that can possibly be rerolled into very valuable skins (like legendary and ultimate ones), or, as you suggested, disenchanted into essences to upgrade shards into permanent items. When you reroll, 3 skin shards forge a permanent skin, therefore 10 rare gems would have the value of 3 random skins. If you upgrade instead, it usually takes the cosmetic essences of 3 or 4 skin shards to forge another shard into a permanent skin, therefore 10 rare gems would have the value of 2 skins of your choice at your disposition.

There's roughly 1/10 chance to find an ultimate skin.

: Some people use it for good reason such as: AFKS Trolls
I've never met a troll on the PBE. Anyways, I don't see how equalizing could help when the game is actually a 4v5.
: Dude thats what makes PBE funny to play
This is why I want them to remove it. The equalizer is a feature that could be used intelligently to test, for example, the late game performance of champions that struggled in early/mid, but players instead use it only for shits and giggles.

: The PBE or Lack of Communication
You have to understand that the playerbase on the PBE is very small and at diffent skill levels (you have unranked players like me playing against and with players up to challenger). It's hard to exactly grasp how powerful an item could be on live servers, because testing relies on how the testers play the game. We're just the second step of the balance process, so please, be patient. If they find that the item is unbalanced on live servers too, they're going to nerf it in the next patch.

: List of champions. The order people were in the loading screen, basically. That's obviously assuming simultaneous damage (some AoE "expand" like Sona's ult or malzahar's wall).
Thank you for the explanation!
: I think this is intended, because they wanted to do something with champion shard dupes. Might come next patch (will be thursday February 11th), so stay updated, I suggest. Good idea posting this though.
I wish Rioters were more active on the boards. Many times questions are left unanswered.

: Most likely the person lowest on the list. Damage is resolved by participantId, which represents the order of the champions (basically). This is also the same reason why Luden's Echo on Karthus will always proc on the first person alive on the list of enemies when you use Requiem. There is no way to alter that order btw.
Sorry, but I fail to understand which list you're talking about.

I'm not going to find it right now, but they stated they were not going to remove any legacy or limited skin (in fact, many other legacy and limited skins I had were not taken away)
: Thunderlords applies to damage, not spell casts or autos. Champions like MF or Morg deal consistent damage so it procs the thunderlord
Yeah, we already know that. That's not the point of this thread.

: still have both.. did you rebuy both champions? and are you positive you had them?
100% sure. I also noticed that other skins (like Feral Warwick) have been removed because I found them again by opening some hextech chests. Riot is doing a bit of a messy job.
: why i lost my cs riven?
I lost Santa Gragas and Magnificent TF, I feel you. {{sticker:zombie-nunu-bummed}}
: Christmas skins are limited skins.
I think they're legacy, not limited. Anyways, Riot has stated that they were going to remove only the non-legacy skins from the accounts, in fact my other legacy Christmas skins (like Snowerdinger) are still on my account.
