: If target champions only is changed as you suggest (to include attack-move command) it would be a massive change to the game mechanically. It would actually make ranged champions MUCH easier to play. To ADC's this would be a massive buff that would allow them to never miss an auto on a ward or minion during a team fight. Riot has surely considered this "quality of life" change and decided that while it seems like a small mechanical change, it would actually have massive impact on game play and balance. P.S. Target champion only does work for spell casts commands.
This makes mages with targeted spells buffed as well. It kinda swings both ways. P.S. I noticed, but didn't want to state the unrelated.

: >I've never saw two same champs in opposite teams. If algoritham is really random this would happen at least once, No it wouldn't. A simple example: There is a box with 121 balls inside with numbers from 1 to 121. There are 10 Summoners who are going to draw blindly one ball each from that box. You draw your ball first and its number is 45. Now, you have that ball, it means that it's not in the box and other Summoners who are going to draw other balls won't be able to get ball with number 45. = In ARAM they can't get the same champion as you have. League of Legends let us choose if we like that ball or not. If you want to try your "luck" again and get other number, you put your current ball aside, take a new one and put ball with number 45 back into the box. If you still don't like your ball with a new number, you can try to do the same as previously, but now there is a possibility that you are going to draw ball with number 45 again. = ARAM reroll option. > > Random means that in infinite amount of time I would get every champ the same number of times, but this is not the case. For example I got Karma seven games in a row. This hardly seams random. Now, with every new champion selection you will always need to take a ball from that box. That means, there are 121 balls everytime you enter champion select and there is a possibility that you are going to take ball with number 45 again. That possibility is very small but it's possible, even 7 times in a row. = We call it - luck. Sorry for wall of text, mathematically it's much easier to write this with numbers and other stuff x) > Algoritham should take into an account a number of healers, ranged and super-poke heroes. What you are suggesting is going to make ARAM not random anymore.
> Now, with every new champion selection you will always need to take a ball from that box. That possibility is very small but it's possible, even 7 times in a row. = We call it - luck. There is no such thing as luck in math, and I do not need wall of text to prove that :D But all that a side, I've actually taken note of champions I've got in ARAM either by entering the game or rerolling. I didn't take into account the trades, because those are not a result of the random algorithm. Keep in mind that I don't own all of the champs, just 106, but that's still plenty. So these are results since February 2016 to the half of May 2016 (today): Champion Sum Master Yi 6 Rek'Sai 6 Renekton 6 Veigar 6 Annie 5 Braum 5 Lulu 5 Rammus 5 Twitch 5 Yasuo 5 Ashe 4 Kayle 4 Morgana 4 Olaf 4 Shaco 4 Singed 4 Skarner 4 Soraka 4 Taric 4 Trundle 4 Urgot 4 Vi 4 Viktor 4 Warwick 4 Akali 3 Ekko 3 Fizz 3 Gangplank 3 Gragas 3 Jax 3 Katarina 3 Kha'Zix 3 Kog'Maw 3 Lux 3 Orianna 3 Ryze 3 Shyvana 3 Vayne 3 Yoric 3 Ziggs 3 Ahri 2 Amumu 2 Caitlyn 2 Cassiopeia 2 Corki 2 Elise 2 Evelynn 2 Ezreal 2 Fiddlesticks 2 Garen 2 Gnar 2 Graves 2 Heimerdinger 2 Irelia 2 Janna 2 Jarvan IV 2 Kalista 2 Karthus 2 Kindred 2 Lee Sin 2 Malphite 2 Malzahar 2 Nami 2 Nasus 2 Nautilus 2 Nidalee 2 Nocturne 2 Pantheon 2 Sion 2 Sivir 2 Tahm Kench 2 Talon 2 Tryndamere 2 Twisted Fate 2 Udyr 2 Wukong 2 Xerath 2 Xin Zhao 2 Zilean 2 Alistar 1 Anivia 1 Azir 1 Brand 1 Cho'Gath 1 Jayce 1 Jinx 1 Karma 1 Kassadin 1 Morde 1 Dr. Mundo 1 Poppy 1 Riven 1 Sona 1 Thresh 1 Tristana 1 Volibear 1 Zyra 1 There are only 97 Champions here, and I don't own Jarvan IV, so 96 from my pool. I guess he was on weekly schedule. I've never got: Blitzcrank, Illaoi, Jhin, Maokai, Miss Fortune, Nunu, Shen, Swain, Teemo or Zed. I've got Jhin fairly recently so you can count him out as well if you like. Now here you have the numbers, so you can do the hard math. Do they seem ok to you?
: when its the same champ every third game for a month straight that's not random, especially when the other 2 champs are only pulled from about 5 of the 59 other champs
First of all, you are talking about permutations of 10 different champ, I am talking about 5. My pick shouldn't affect the opposite team. It should be posible, although highly improbable, for both teams to get same 5 champs (f.e. fiora + sion + garen + lux + lulu). I have a pool of 70+ champs and I get Nasus or Alistar almost 30% of all the games. It's not even interesting any more. There is also a much higher probability to get champion from that week's rotation, then from your pool. If you want to throw "math" at me, you should know that there is no such thing as luck, just poorly written random generators :)
: The way random is calculated might not be the best way (and this could be an issue), but the map is supposed to be played with random champs, so whatever the match-ups are, they don't have to be "balanced" in any way because then random wouldn't be random anymore.
I've never saw two same champs in opposite teams. If algoritham is really random this would happen at least once, however in 500+ games I played it didn't. Random means that in infinite amount of time I would get every champ the same number of times, but this is not the case. For example I got Karma seven games in a row. This hardly seams random. But that is besides the point. Algoritham should take into an account a number of healers, ranged and super-poke heroes. It hardly seems posible to win a game with Nida + Janna + Maokai for example. Their poke and heal alone will make game nearly imposible to win.

: > It can be used both ways, that's true, but it is rarely in the spirit of the LoL to hide spells. It's simply not cool :) > Unless you are Nunu ulting in the bush, then it's cool :D Interestingly enough Sion can Q from brush
Last I checked Q is visible from brush.
: > Sion's W is same as bloodthirster's shield. This makes it hard to see if W can still be activated to explode or not. Perhaps there is a situation where a player would like to activate shield in a last second. > So I took the time out to get some picks on this and yes it is confusing. > > So there is Sion with BT: http://imgur.com/UZIWuo8 > > Sion with BT and early shield: http://imgur.com/1IAkZeG > You can see the small shield in the big shield. > > And finally Sion with full shield: http://imgur.com/s6UR5d1 > You cant see BT at all. > > I have no good solution for this visual problem, but I hope that Riot can find one. WAIT....................................cant you use this to your advantage so the enemy doesnt readily KNOW when your shield is going to explode?
It can be used both ways, that's true, but it is rarely in the spirit of the LoL to hide spells. It's simply not cool :) Unless you are Nunu ulting in the bush, then it's cool :D
: I don't think you got it right. There's no problem with E caused by Azir's movement. There are still 2 problems with E which occur in more complex scenarios which may include moving or not. Those problems can be found in my thread [Azir Latest Bugs](http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bugs/Fe7xHpsn-azir-latest-bugs) as issues no. 2 & 7. Also about "there is a bug with Q while moving" I think it's just your impression as I'm not able to reproduce it.
Today I found what was the issue. You have to have your cursor over the soldier in order to dash to him. And for Q, you have to be in range. Unlike Orianna's Q where she'll move in range and then cast, Azir will move soldiers as far as range allows, no matter where you click.

: Blue kill sweetspot
I am aware of the AI limitations, and camp limits. We all saw the ridiculous Sindra videos of monster tossing :D Still it seems unfair that ranged champs get buffs easy with no HP cost. Can't say I have the solution, but still something to think about.
: [bug] Homeguard boots effect still there for 10 sec or so, after the boots are sold
Well, look at it this way: Say I took Hecarim. I have the homeguard but I need to xPeke the game. There is a ward at entrance base. I sell the boots, I buy the ones with alacrity cause they have steady speed boost. Teleport to the ward and still have my homeguard boost and damage, and speed untill it runs out. I win the game before enemy can even teleport back. I just don't see it as fair, and correct behaviour.
: [minor][bug] Shortcut for summoner spells bug
Still I did get it to be a summoner spell shortcut. Also the whole point of remap is that I can use what ever keys I want.
