: Changing runes is always bit of a nightmare. I'm not going to touch them at the moment (and making more mandatory runes is something we tend to try to avoid just due to the massive player pain it usually causes).
So, I take it that means that the spell vamp quints will live on till another day if you won't be touching the runes at all as you say (no rhyme intended)? Though, I still hope that my idea will be of service to you if you ever do decide to touch the runes in the future. Also, there won't be any reworking for the spell vamp part of the physical damage heal from items like Elixir of Wrath or Death's Dance (not trying to give you any ideas tho XD ), right? I mean they are just physical damage, so they shouldn't run into the same Vladimir problem. I think I already know the answer to that one. If you guys originally made it physical damage, then you've probably already thought about this. I feel like I am talking to myself, lol.

Will you be keeping spell vamp quints in the game? If so, might I suggest combining lifesteal and spell vamp quints as a single quint similar to the Vampirism mastery, because neither the spell vamp nor lifesteal quints are being used.

: Been playing Jhin a bit more and watching a few streams. What are your current thoughts on the amount of bonus AD he is getting? He seems to be getting into the 400s within 30 minutes and by 6 items hits 750-800 AD. Is this something you guys feel might be a bit on the strong side? Or is the overall DPS with his reload time still make him on par with other carries late game? Cause at the moment you can hit 100% crit chance with 700 AD which can get pretty damn insane.

That being said I feel that he more plays like a mage than a marksman, (or some weird combination of both). This could possibly lead us to seeing him Mid more often than bot. The question would be do we feel like Jhin being a bit worse at pushing towers is a necessary weakness, given the strength and scaling of the rest of his kit?

Jhin's kit is fine for the most part. The only thing I would say doesn't make sense is how his W applies spell effects to the single champion target as AoE instead of single target. Deathfire Touch keystone mastery should apply for 4 seconds, but instead it applies for only 2. Deathfire Touch applies to only champions, and Jhin's W can only hit one champion. Basically, let Jhin's W apply to minions as AoE and to single target champion as single target damage.

I feel like we need to bring Sword of the Divine back to the game just for him :P R.I.P AD Malphite with Max W, SotD, hydra, IE, LW, and jungle armor pen item or Yomuu's. So much AoE damage people didn't know what hit them when I ulted in and got 3 free AoE crits. So OP. So, ultimately we need to bring back SotD for Jhin and AD Malphite. The damage potential there would be insane. Totally balanced and fair though, not OP at all I promise ;)

I personally love this new rework, but I would have liked to see this as a new item instead while keeping the original black cleaver (while of course making the passives unique so they don't stack). > it makes you good at killing, well, anyone, since it gives strong burst tools through flat armor penetration, along with tank-busting power with armor shred (anyone remember League of Cleavers?). Generally, with champions that build as an ad caster, you could take flat pen and ad runes and just build straight into a brutalizer (pairs well with exhaust's flat reduction too if you chose to take that summoner) because early game armor values are pretty low making flat penetration the superior option at that point in the game (even against champions who would later build into being tanks because they aren't tanks yet). Then you could build into another brutalizer (flat pen on flat pen on flat pen), and then once armor values are actually higher you could start thinking about building a last whisper and much later (like last item I'd say) finishing your black cleaver. PS: The new black cleaver icon looks sick! That should stay regardless of what changes make it through :)

Well, I've been able to block Mystic Shot before (I main Sivir, so it doesn't take me long to notice these things), and the Ezreal wiki says it's blocked by a spell shield. So, I'm pretty sure that it is a bug. Gangplank's Parley is block-able by spell shield as well, or at least it's been that way for me in the past. Maybe it's bugged like Ezreal's Q as well. I got to go check now.

Idk if recording with LolReplay is(n't) possible, but Riot did have something against Third Party Programs so they did something against that

Also Kalista's ult does no damage and depends on your oathsworn being there just to use it. It seems like a less useful Malphite ult. Maybe Riot can give it a passive or something to make it more worth while to invest into. I do got to say though that Kalista's ult is good for saving an ad carry for when Kalista goes support. She ults the ad carry making them untargetable for a few seconds, then ults them to safety (like an escape).

I'd prefer for Riot to keep this too, because you do lose out on some of the local benefits of oath sworn by choosing say your jungle to oath versus your support. Seems like a fair trade off to me, and this actually gives Kalista players a viable choice. Although Riot's current stance on this ability is actually: "Kalista’s Oathsworn must be within 1400 units for her to cast this ability."
