: Skarner Rework Back on PBE
**my opinion so far** passive: befor i think his passive shoud increace a little maybe a .7 in miniions and 1 to 1.2 sec in champ.. but with this change i think its ok for now.. Q: with the attck speed in Q i think from what i experience is in lane its quite good even without the slow cause of the attack speed,in jung clearing a camp is a bit faster i think.. again couse of the attack speed.. now the slow over the attack speed, if your skarner you cant do the think before where the enemy need to flash to get away from you, if your the enemy its much doable to get away from skarner now from before even skarner have the new E(the slow).. so if roit want to balance skarner i think its a little bit OK.. W: so far nothing much i can say, the reduce CD is ok cause i think the 18sec even with the passive i a bit long CD.. the move speed increase is GOOD because the slow in Q in E now with 14sec CD, for scaling of the shield and ap is again GOOD, cause your get a little bit tanky and the cause of the scaling maybe this can open up a new build with skarner.. E: in E in not realy sure but in mana cost i think its necessary cause the slow is with E now.. but the CD increase, for me i think its a little bit too mcuh, cause its a slow, sometime i need and i want that little bit of slow again in team fights but i cant cause of the 14sex CD or maybe im just use to mundo slow.. now for the Missile width reduced 120->60 for its ok cause i use quickcast but maybe for those who uses the nornal cast i think its somewhat hard cause of the thin line but in quickcast i think its ok.. in Missile range increased 800->1000 and Missile speed lowered 1800->1600 for me its both ok.. R: all good still the trademark of skarner.. and even though some people may think the VO is not important that little bit of change is a very nice touch.. overall i think a new game style is need with this rework of skarner and even you guys miss the sticky skarner cause of the slow in Q and the sustain in E this rework is good if they plan to balance skarner for both sa user of skarner and the enemy to both have fun in the game.. cause sometimes, when your about to die and you dodge that E with the slow of skarner or you miss just little with skarners E in a running 100hp enemy you will both say "almost" and you both LOL.. :) so if its for the balance and having fun playing or against skarner i think its very good so far, and im planing to try/test skarner more so i can give more feedback.. sorry in advance if i have wrong grammar..

WOW!! just about 15 hours ago the Xerath rework are back now this?? VERY NICE!!! time to try/test the new Skarner.. btw as far as i can see even i haven't test it yet i have i feeling that this new skarner in PBE is much better and more balance than the skarner in LIVE..

**my Impressions/opinion** **What we're particularly looking for in terms of feedback:** **Does the ultimate feel good for Xerath and for his enemy? Is it overly stressful to try and dodge it?** as Xerath, yes it does, cause in the game when you use the E-DFG-W combo, specially in teamfight almost surely one or some of your enemy is trying to run or to disengage then use your ult.. now as his enemy its not, cause even when your very far from him the interval of the shot is short plus the the speed before it reach you even in the end of the range is fast cause the speed of the missile or animation, making it a little bit hard to dogged it.. so its a little bit hard or stressful to dodge it but if the interval of the shot is increase a little bit even the fast missile/animation is fast i think its very fun to dodge it but on the other hand this may cause some prob in the that uses Xerath.. so i think more testing and feedback from other player is really a must.. **Does Xerath ever hold shots in his ultimate or does he always fire them off rapid-fire?** i think in my opinion and when i try the new Xerath you can hold and fire it as fast as you can.. it really defends in the situation.. a little exam, when your going to it to a running enemy try to hold and time it correctly to hit, now if your planning to use this to damage the enemy from afar in teamfight you need it to fire 3 of them as fast as you can to damage the enemy or to help you ally, cause most of teamfight happen very fast.. so you can both hold or rapid-fire his ult defends how you need it or to utilize it effectively **How safe is Xerath in lane?** i thinks with this rework its pretty safe cause of the stun and slow (or if you want do the E-W combo to harass) that you can use if the jung is trying to gank.. also with a good interval of the use of the skill your can nearly spam it always even early game.. this is all can say about this question so far.. **And finally, what about Xerath in odd positions? Jungle Xerath? Support Xerath?** i haven't test this yet, but in my opinion with the stun you can go top, and do your usual mid lane playing style.. in jungle, again with the "stun and slow" and the buff from blue i think its pretty doable but im having a send thought cause of the damage of the W(the slow), but then again you have your other skill plus you can use the stun to gank.. and for the supp, i think you can, with passive you can sutain you mana so you can go for "ancient coin" for a little bit of hp regen instead of the spell thief or which ever you want.. :) now for the skill (like the other supp) you have stun and slow or maybe use your Q for poke.. btw im going to comment later after i test this and im not going to troll.. :) P.S. for the other aspect of the rework so far, i think its GOOD.. and i going to post about it later.. and sorry guys for wrong grammar or something like that cause im one of those whos not good in english.. BTW im from the philippines.. :)

the looks is very nice, but like sir thegaming4ever and the other say, its a bit empty now.. maybe you guys can somewhat get the diamond a little bit bigger and a little bit wider "league of legends" logo, and maybe add a somekind of a history that can scrool down in the ticker or info box or something like that.. :) anyways GOODJOB GUYS!!!

i experience this too, at first i thought its because im playing music.. then i close the music then check the sound tab in option, but there's no prob, all option in the sound tab is at 100% and not mute, so i ask my teamate's if they hear the "welcome to summoner's rift" and they said "no" so its not just me.. now because of this playing LOL without this sounds feels like i little bit borring in my opnion.. i hope this bug that will be fixed with a small update or with some other update soon..

this bug is CONFIRMED.. and i notice even the animation for the Q is gone when the Savagery is not active but this is not just a visual bug.. from some of my test, if the icon of Savagery is not active the damage also doesnt apply.. so this is not just a simple icon bug.. or maybe riot is planing to change the savagery of rengar from 6sec to 2sec.. but they havent change the description yet.. btw there a little bit of diff when you active savagery in NA SERVER from beta.. and i did some test about this bug and this is the time i can add, i did this bug at level 1 then cause of the bug the damage that smite in lvl1 show which is 390.. next i lvlup to lvl2 now the damage should be 410 but the number in flash icon still indicate the 390 damage from lvl1 where it should be 410.. then i try it again, but in my second time the damage indicator of smite change as i level up.. btw i did this test 8-10 times and i get both result.. so maybe SIR Evilader is right "something in the coding went wrong" now as far as the "Smite gains charges over time" i think RIOT is going to do some change in smite, cause when i see that Smite gains charges over time the first thing came into my mind is that maybe there going to add something like "CONSERVATION" effect in smite so they can improve the money flow of the junglers.. and another thing, i think the reason why the damage of smite indicate in flash icon cause they want to show the "Smite gains charges over time" and "Smite's damages" in this order (9/390) or something like this but i doesnt fit in the box of the icon so the damage of the smite go in the next box which is the flash icon.. but then again even when you put the flash in "D" the smite damage still shows in where the flash goes..

well sir Propitious in my case in my first login i logout right away then log in again. after this im lvl30 already then next i play costom vs AI then right after that i receive the 40k RP and 100K IP.. now in your case, im not 100% sure about this sir but try to w8 until sunday.. then try it again.. i realy hope that this will solve your prob btw sir sorry if im not good in english.. thanks.. :)

hi there everyone im also a first timer in PBE and what you guys saying are all true.. its always happen to me too.. lets just hope that in a few months riot remove the toxic player in this batch..
: In-progress Lunar Revel skins on the PBE
i only try the lunar revel skin of diana.. what i can say in diana's lunar revel skin is quite ok at first cause i use this the fisrt 2 skin of diana where she seems into darkness.. but then again this skin is base on a Chinese moon goddess "Chang E" so now because of this i think sir IronStylus did a very good job about this skin.. and here are my reasons.. first, Chang E is a Chinese moon goddess so that chinese clothy (good thing its not the long clothy chine women wear) is very good.. for the animation of the skill from the Q to R with flowery or fetal thing is very nice.. also the violet color of the skill add's a very little bit touch of the usual bitter resentful diana.. and since diana was born in the solary i consider this as the solary ver. of diana the counter part of the usual darkness diana.. so overall for me this skin is very good.. THANKS sir IronStylus for this skin.. btw im not very good in english so sorry in advance if there a mistake in grammar or something..

: Kha'zix Visual Bug [Minor]
i also test this bug and maybe just like SIR insanity414all said its the new flash animation is the cause this bug.. cause i notice this happen while kha'zix has the flash animation and right after the animation kha'zix return to his evolve "R".. this bug happen very fast, about .5 to 1 sec.. here my SS of the bug while i test it in my rank game.. http://imgur.com/a/6VBA2
