: You clearly don't understand... And RNG damage spikes is the whole point of critical hit. Ashe's autoattacks use the same crit chance rolls as everyone else, I'm not sure why you expect the behavior to be different. Although Ashe's flattened crit-scaling damage model is indeed broken by IE and could definitely be modified to interact differently with it, the mechanic is currently exactly what you'd expect.
Not sure why you think I don't understand? Like I said, I know how Ashe works. Instead of creating a whole new behavior, they likely just multiplied her bonus crit damage by 0 or force-set it to 0, then coded her Frost Shot passive as "when target status = frost shot, add multiply damage by (crit scaling variables)." I have a reasonable idea of *why* it broke, but that doesn't change the part where it broke. I'm not saying it's unexpected, but that I'm assuming it's an overlooked or unintended behavior due to it running counter to Ashe's nature. While her main niche as an ADC is utility, she's designed around consistent and predictable damage. It seems strange to undermine that, especially such that it creates a major nerf to champion that already has pretty meh damage for her class.

This thread is asking a unique question of the playerbase and offering a solution (albeit a bit of a redundant one). I understand your frustration with the cacophony of complaints, but "you're complaining, you're whiny, you're bossy, you're crying, it'd take a Christmas miracle for Riot to change anything, don't like it, don't play it" doesn't provide much of a counterpoint. I recognize that it probably looks more like looking down on the children from your point of view, but from mine it looks not much different from the other side. Do you have any reasons why you think SB ARURF is a good thing? Or do you only care about the complaining, independent of SB ARURF?

I'm having the same problems, but also the animation for opening chests doesn't work and is replaced by ~3-4 seconds of blank screen (that is, nothing but the loot background, top bar, and friends list). The items are still shown as normal after that brief non-animation.

I'm not, though. I played 8 matches and tried to make myself keep testing, but... at this point, I'd actually have to be paid to keep playing it. It's just not fun. I never expected to want to play normal League over URF on the day URF was opened, but here we are.

I think #2 needs a lot of visibility. I foresee a lot of in-team fighting and toxicity in solo queue especially when some ADC clears a wave with a Zoe bubble on it right before a fight and kills her opportunity to use one of her abilities in the fight. I feel like that definitely needs to be addressed.

This explains so much about my Morg games earlier. I did notice Manaflow never seemed to be up, but was too distracted to actually keep track of the time to see when it should come up and assumed I was just burning it accidentally while trading.

That... is the point, yes. Squishies are supposed to feel sad about assassins. On the flip side, personally I feel _amazing_ when I outplay an assassin and they're forced to watch their own slow, agonizing death. {{sticker:sg-jinx}}
: Kleptomancy Consumables
Yeah, Kleptomancy is super-strong. Of course, the flip side is that you have no combat keystone. There's also not a lot of champions who can proc it consistently enough to make it worthwhile, since you have to be able to both spam abilities and consistently weave AAs in between casts. That in turn usually means you need ranged AAs. Ultimately, there's only about half a dozen champs that can proc it consistently, and only a couple of those can afford to take it instead of another keystone. It's very niche, but very powerful.
: Part of this problem is that it has a fairly high CD compared to other runes, there are even keystones with lower CD. An indicator of any kind would probably help a lot, but I think we need a lower cooldown or a way to reduce it (5 seconds per unique spell hit?)

I disagree. That'd be far too strong on certain champs (Ryze). I like it the way it is. I just need some indication of when my full combo will be available or even just for timing my high-mana spells (don't want my Morg W on CD when Manaflow comes back, lest I risk end up wasting it on E or Q).

Nope. Ezreal's Q acts more like an AA than a spell, which is a big part of why he works the way he works. It applies on-hit effects (Blade of the Ruined King, Muramana, red buff, Ardent proc, etc.), but not spell effects.
: More the fact that in coloblind mode, the mana refund passive makes their mana bar appear empty and like 1/2 the healing/shielding effects I have seen today make the hp bar look like kled's in terms of being able to see how much they actually have.
Wait, there are different colors on the health bar? How does that work? 0.o With mana, I've had the same experience, more or less. Manaflow causes all sorts of weird color issues, and sometimes makes the bar disappear entirely.

At least in Colorblind mode, it sometimes disappears and sometimes turns bright. It seems pretty random which is which, though once it activates it stays consistent until you proc it and it activates again.

I just checked. Both Predator (boots = ghostblade keystone) and Magical Footwear are disabled for Cassiopeia, and they're automatically swapped for different runes in the same tier at the start of the game. Electrocute and Future's Market, respectively, for me. Edit: And a rioter responded while I was testing. Hi Sparkle. xD

1) 10 minutes - 30s per takedown 2) Time played, not time on the clock. So if the game started 10 minutes ago, even if it's been reset every time the clock hits 1 minute, you'll get the boots, since the game has existed for 10 minutes.
