Hey Repertoir! I play Quinn a lot on live(She's my second highest in terms of champ points), and while I'm disappointed that she lost her blind and Valor form, I'm trying to look at this Rework with enthusiasm. Here's my feedback: Passive: The damage difference isn't that dramatic, but I can see why people complain about it. The movespeed provided now however is nothing to scoff at. Q: As said, I'm disappointed in the fact that it no longer blinds, but I can see it's use as a split pushing tool. Essence reaver is good on her in the sense that it allows her Q more up time(made even more effective by it's cd refund), and thus allows her push waves twice as fast. I feel it is a decent skill against champions as it's damage becomes noticeable as their hp falls, but it's a real shame that your tuning it down. It's damage without the execute is really, really pitiful and in nerfing it you're making it's only purpose split pushing, which is really dull. The follow up changes you proposed certainly sound interesting, but I'm not sure it will work cohesively with the rest of the kit already made, like her Valor form worked with the teemo-type blind for duels. W: Pretty much only improvements here. The movespeed it gives harrier is great, and giving each champion hit by it the "revealed" status helps clarity for enemy team. E: I have a few complains here. I feel it's faster, and I have yet to be sent [flying off their back to my doom](http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/08iUwRKR-so-i-was-just-playing-as-quinn), but it's left me right in front of the enemy I used it on many times in my games. I can't really reproduce it well, but maybe it doesn't jump back over walls as easily as it could before? R: Yes, it hurts to see Valor relegated to a mount. But I can see the power in this skill. I have to say however, it's first rank feels awful. It's third feels super efficient, and 'Sanic' like, but at level 6 it feels pretty dull from what you would expect from an ultimate. From you 11/3 thoughts, you seem to think it might be overtuned, which is fair, but if your going to nerf it keep in mind how lame it feels early. I'm not really sure why you felt you still needed skystrike, but it's a nice memory of the past I guess. I'll miss the assassination pattern is provided pre-rework, though I think this kit does have some potential for picking off people as well. It is effective in chasing down low hp opponents who narrowly got out of the fight. Quinn is one of my favorite champions, I got my first every Penta kill on Quinn and the only reason I don't play her more on live is because my teamates shit on me for playing her. Your 11/3 day review got me a little worried about the flimsy status of each of these skills, but I understand the need to keep her from becoming another Skarner.

I think I'll definitely have to see this one to believe it. Just a question though, do you still plan for Graves to be taken bot lane? Or are you pushing for him to go top, similar to the push for Quinn to go mid, or Morde bot? Regardless, I really love the thematics for this rework.

I have to very strongly disagree. Too many times have I attacked a vulnerable target and seen the projectile launch, then moved and watched it disappear or just do nothing.

Here's a question, you say specifically that Tag-team does not have any combat spells or auto attacks, and that trying to auto attack will end it. But what about being auto attacked? Can it run past a Caitlyn through the lane without being stopped by an auto attack?

Just about the first point, has there been any update towards champions like singed, volibear and udyr who have a point click disable and there interaction with vault? Quinns vault had always ignored Volibears toss, while inconsistently being stunned by Singed toss and Udyrs stun mid jump.
