I feel like this was a good time to sneak in something a little extra for the 1350 Warring Kingdoms Jarvan Skin, I feel like Jarvan gets the short end of the stick a lot with skins, his brother in arms Xin Zhao has like a thousand chromas on multiple skins, even on the Warring Kingdoms one for example.... :\ I dunno

Will I be able to select the original skin without that tiara? Riven doesn't strike me as a tiara type or am I going to be stuck with the enchanced version because I already own the skin? Basically, will the extra goodies Riven be a technically separate skin? EDIT: Nevermind, you answered this in the original post.. somehow I missed that one line. Thanks.

Well, Skins for IP. that's neat. I wonder how many I'll be able to get... Darn starting to use IP on completely pointless runes just to start completing everything LOL I shake my fist at you stupid runes... I don't even want to know how much IP I spent on the useless runes. I wouldn't be surprised if it was 100K IP on runes that are never good in any game. :(

Why can't we just have Multiple Triforces fuse a bunch of components to make a really cool random hybrid item, that doesn't have crazy high stats in anything.. This 40% attack speed and 20% CDR make it feel like it's trying to specialize in something... We could Limit the triforce purchases to 1 in this instance... We could have a Blue Triforce, a Red Triforce a Green Triforce, an Orange Triforce a Purple Triforce. (Someone else can figure out what triforces these would be named)

: Apologies. There's 400 posts and I must've missed it in the huge pile of posts. I am, charitably speaking, way more outnumbered here in terms of response effectiveness than I have been in the past. I definitely see them picking up in popularity if people feel like they need more Mana. In lane, I hope that Lost Chapter and the various Mana items will be sufficient for a lot of lane issues - as, even though they aren't infinite mana, 25% refund and restoring max Mana on level up are both pretty powerful. One of the reasons why I've decided to push for Max Mana is that all the surrounding systems (Pregame, objectives and other map buffs) interact much better with it. Blue Buff becomes more important. Certain things we're trying with objectives become more important - and the keystone mastery and rune system becomes a bit more flexible. With CDR - being kind of a threshold stat that is relatively hard to key off of (due to having a max) - this has been more confining. We've been doing our best to deprioritize CDR from the pre-game system unless it has relatively little effects on the item system.

Alright, my third post.. Many mages take CDR/level blues atm, You're taking away our mana regen and giving us a lot more CDR.. I know the Mana regen runes are kinda lame.. but do you see them becoming more popular? I mean I've used them as support... but I feel they might work in this new era...
: Apologies for the headache. TL;DR - Mana items are different. Spell Vamp is gone. There are some new active items - one is a slow, one is a dash. Poke is best supported by Tear. Burst/Trade patterns are best supported by Chapter. All out Brawl/Fight is best supported by Catalyst. Mana Regen is mainly for supportive mages now. Flat mana is more for selfish mages.
I think I'm starting to get it, I do have a worry though... With Archangel's probably rising in popularity... and the Hextech line... and Zhonya's... I'm worried that even though we're getting tons of options as mages... we're going to have to think a lot more than the marksman update... and I know that there's been occasions on support... I think specifically Morgana support.. where I confuse the hell out of myself cause I get myself too many activated items... So.. if it becomes the case that the best option is 3 activated items... that even makes the most basic mages like Annie go up in skill level... nevermind people like Azir, Cassiopeia, etc.. so my new worry after trying to wrap my head around this is... Possibly too many activated items? (and yes I know you'll probably only buy one hextech item) But you also have to think about possibly having this on top of Watching Luden's Echo build up.. using the new Athene's passive, and like someone mentioned earlier. perhaps even another active of Frost Queen's Claim for people that want to sacrifice AP for mana regen in the mid lane... Hmm...

Ow... My head.. I Guess I'll enjoy 40%(45%) CDR more often.. but oh god, there's so much change. Hire Faker and Faker's Analysts' to explain everything to us. lol
