This ishappeneing to me, even after closing and reopening, even after patching. Happened on Rammus, Blitzcrank, and Yasuo. Every game I played, both SR (vs people) and Blood Moon (also vs people).

I have also encountered this bug in One for All mode, it does even stranger things to Harbinger Kassadins blade, it becomes a huge block of light with blurry black markings around it all the time, awful to look at. Additionally, Final Boss Veigar's E is using Leprechaun Veigar's VFX. I can also confirm the E stun was not working for me. I kept it at L1, it was in a bot game.

I was looking at the in game model itself to see why the new splash art seems off, and I think it's in the eyes. The new splash art, as Valeska said the the comments, has so much more white in her eyes than the tristana in game. In Game, her irises seem to be so big I can barely see any white. I can't pin it down, but the Tristana in game also seems a bit stockier than the one in the splash art - though this could possibly be just because shes often more hunkered around her gun. : Alistar tramples onto the PBE!
I honestly really prefer Alistar as you've done him currently, without the nose ring or chains. The chains may have referenced his lore, but the Alistar we play is the one after the arena - the scars show that well enough and I enjoy the thought of him being completely free of chains. With the chains, it was like he had never escaped. I really do not want to see the nose ring come back on his base skin, but if thats not possible, maybe it could be removed from his unchained skin for the same reasons.
: FPS Drop
Same has been happening to me for a few days. About 10 minute in, my fps will drop into the single digits. Maybe 10 minutes after that it will return to normal (40s and 50s) before tanking again. Logging in and out does nothing, and neither has the last few pbe patches.
: End of Game Gifting on PBE
How are we meant to test the system if we have little to no RP left? I unfortunately joined PBE in the small time in between the end of the weekly RP income, and the start of all new PBE users getting 100,000 IP/RP up front. Besides that, I definitely support the idea of being able to gift portions of a mystery skin as well (because the whole thing for a stranger seems a bit constly), but just gifting full skins still seems like a cool idea so far. What was the reasoning for disabling it in custom games?

A question about exp - it was said the gold/exp may have been adjusted for hexakill, but how exactly? Is it still like SR where having two people in a lane gives ~1.5x exp overall, split between the two people, and more people than that just split that 1.5 exp more? It feels really easy to fall behind in levels for a long time.

Having the Q on auto smartcast took a little getting used to, but it was good - especially since the lines already show you the aoe. I wish the channel bar or something else let you know when you've passed the knock up threshold though. It wasnt clear what the numbers on the buff bar when you have the shield on meant, Im assuming it means the damage goes down as the shield is used up? I'm not sure. E and R have strange blue particles in place of their targeting lines. ON the subject of skins - Warmonger Sion looks a little off. : [CRITICAL] CLIENT FREEZING DURING LOADING
This has been happening to me since yesterday as well. I cannot get into normal or bot games without it freezing, then it locks my pointer into league's gauntlet so I have to restart my computer to use anything. I am also on Windows 8.
: Debonair Vi Bug
The same thing happened to me and someone else today. I saw it happen to someone else then tested it for myself. It seemed to happen anytime my passive shield went down, Vi would turn blackish and her textures would seem to change (to me it looked like a darkened warped version of Vi's original skin). This happened consistently throughout both games (For my ally, and for the game I played Vi, both on summoners rift (not updated) in bot games.
: [Lissandra Bug] - Root not working as intended
I have experienced the same bug in a normal 5v5 game and it was very frustrating. W applies damage, but absolutely no root. My enemies noted that it said 'snared!' on their screens but it did not affect their movement in any way whatsoever. I was also using the Blade Queen Lissandra skin, on Updated Summoners Rift, but it was PvP. The root worked on the wolf camp and minions, but not on champions.
: Intro Bots Enabled on PBE
Just played a game, did my best to play like I didnt know what I was doing and be guided. Something I did notice - there was a prompt about taking minion aggro, but there was no pop up about turrets. Sure you have the usual sound and radius, but something simple like (turrets attack minions first) would help. The stay behind friendly minions popup happened when I wasn't pushed up to the turret, so I didn't think it had anything directly to do with the turret. Maybe something about attacking champions under turret as well? The text in the shop saying (first buy this, then movement then advanced item) could definitely be a lot brighter, it very easy to miss with all those shiny items being there. As Diana, I Definitely would have bought a rod of ages then another catalyst because of this (I bought mana crystal and health crystal because I wanted more mana for spells, and blasting wand because it stood out. Then Rod of Ages, then Catalyst stood out the most.) I did wander into the jungle, but I understand why there aren't any prompts there. I didn't check Baron, but if it is there at least something about it being a dangerous monster far stronger than a turret would help keep people from just killing themselves on it I definitely like the highlighted mouse icon used for the walking and abilities, and the attack ranges on the enemy bots. Nicely done work, I'll see if i can get someone actually new to the game to get their opinion on it.

: One For All: Mirror Mode Enabled on PBE!
So far, the thing I love most about the mode is that the champion selection is percentile based and NOT majority based. If it was majority, and I had to play Braum/Ezreal every other game I would get quite tired of it. I havent seen any major problems with the mode so far, thought it was absolutely impossible to tell who was who and what I was doing in the middle of a Braum match even with the circle. I feel like I would prefer it on the rift, but Howling Abyss does lead to faster battles - its just a different experience, so I'm glad we'll have in on HA on this one since we've already some SR with regular one for all.

This happened to me the same today - Co Op vs. Ai as NightHunter Rengar, I was able to buy the Dominion Soul Anchor Bonetooth Necklace, and it allowed me a single revive, but did not seem to gain its extra revive charges at L9 and L14.
: New Audio Engine Activated On PBE - Round 2!
The sound of an Ashe Arrow hitting was absolutely explosive. It might be a bit on the loud side, especially compared to all of the other sounds, but it really gave some heavy weight to the animation. I'm definitely liking the sounds as of now. Are there other explosive sounds I should be on the lookout for? because so far the arrow really stood apart from everything else in sound level.
: 4.6 Patch Forecast-- Jungle Tank Feedback.
While I do think you make some good points, I feel some of the problems are with the champions themselves. Nautilus has Skarner's old problem - his attack and defensive buffs are wrapped in the same ability which is also a shield. Once the shield is gone, both Naut's early defensive and offensive capabilities are shot. Changing the Spirit items wouldn't help that much, because the main fear is being invaded/eaten by your own jungle in the early early game. Reverting random nerfs likely wouldnt do the same thing as solving current problems. The mana problems thing is known at least - these carry junglers get tons of mana back from the camps, and Kha/Elise/Lee Sin rarely have mana problems to begin with. The main problem as I see it is that those champs you mention can easily build damage early, kill 'tanks' with their base states alone early early, and still transition into tanks if need be. I still think Sejuani does well - she can still be a funn late game tank while having damage based on that tankiness. Maokai's has bad mana problems, but also has a targeted gap closer unlike some of these other junglers on both sides.

From reddit and other places, I've seen a lot of knee jerk responses to these tentative balance changes, but I wanted to point out what I liked about them. Passive Change - I'll have to try this one out to how much of a difference it makes, but 100% atk speed is nothing to overlook Q change - I never really liked characters having executes (missing health) on such short cooldowns and this is a good way to go about removing it while still making it a bit stronger the lower health your opponent it. Fighting Lee sin while you're both low is usually a death sentence simply because of his almost always on hand missing health execute. W change - Now like Shen, Kennen, Akali, and Jax, Lee Sin has to give up something (just a bit more energy in his case). It's still free mobility, and it doesn't mean he wont have energy to do anything else - if you need to Q to someone after, you're going to be on them and then you can easily hit them even once to restore energy. E change - I definitely like not having AD Lee Sin constantly spam magic damage at you. I like the total to bonus AD change. R change - might need more numbers, but I feel the idea is sound - actually giving you a reason to want to kick people into their own team more instead of leaving it unused if you cannot somehow get behind someone. In the end, people will still play Lee, and I feel that they've discounted the power of the free attack speed. OF course, he still has access to gigantic amounts of lifesteal and the even rarer spellvamp with his w.

When choosing a game mode, Co vs. Ai is unavailable. There is also a 2v2 option listed for summoners rift in PvP that returns you to the main menu, and dominion and Aram are unlisted.
: Xerath rework now back on PBE
I've just played a game as support Xerath and it is a wonderful thing. His passive makes poking a lot easier, and while landing his stun is about as difficult as landing a blitzcrank hook from positioning, the much shorter cooldown (compared to the hook) makes it quite useful. I was even able to finish off several fleeing people with my ult still. Support Xerath works far better in smaller fights than larger ones in my experience. On the Ult: Having been on the giving and recieving end, I feel the difficulty in dodging/aiming is in a good place. I feel that you're unlikely to land all 3 shots on someone intentionally evading, but I usually had no problem landing at least one or 2.

I can say that the same thing happened to me earlier today. I was playing Thresh in summoners rift and the ancient coin gave me no gold when lane minions were killed. Once I upgraded, it began to give me the normal 4 gold when lane minions were killed. I have no idea if the gold generation was working either.
: Skarner Rework Back on PBE
This is from a jungling perspective. In the early stages of the game, the mana problems were huge, even while making us of the jungling items. But with the addition of some mana items, come mid to late game those problems went away. However, I cant stress enough how huge the problems were in the beginning, often forcing me to back from lack of hp (from not being able to shield monster hits) and mana. Skarner's E, his only slow, didnt feel as rewarding to land compared to its cooldown and difficulty. I never really used it for damage, and after itemizing into an iceborn gauntlet for it's slow, really didnt use it at all. I love the AP ratio increased on the Shield, which allows Skarner to better tank while still dealing damage from his Q proc. With the mana problems mentioned early causing me to get a rod of ages, the better AP ratio's are welcome. Overall I liked everything while liking E the least. And is skarner meant to be able to act freely during his ult? I could use my Q, but I'm not sure if I could use my basic attacks.

I can comment from the side of playing Xerath. Visually, everything is amazing, I especially like the E and Ultimate. I cannot comment on sounds, as they were not working at the time. When I used the ultimate, I tended to fire them rapidly, as I was not always sure how long the ascension would last. With the change to E, I feel a lot safer than Xerath was before, and of course the passive is great for sustaining. In my experience so far, the W usually comes out too slow to be used for escaping, but thats what I use the E for mainly. I would love to try Xerath jungle with his passive, and support later on. I'll get back once i have done this. Overall, I'm quite happy with how he is right now, though I wish his passive clearly stated it does not work on towers/structures.

I still think that morello and executioners dont actually stop tanks all that well - other than mundo and perhaps Nasus, you're more worried about the huge amount of health and resistances the tanks already have, than their health regen. Additionally, by the time morello begins working (below 40% health) The perseverance and second wind masteries begin working overtime as well.

I'm of the opposite feeling. I love the visual element of the ultimate and most other skills, though I have no idea how it sounds (some bug removing sounds) so I dont know if that is affecting your opinion of it. The only thing I would want changed is the marker left on the ground when you use your Q. For the ults you mentioned, it's really the crunch of the arrow (Ashe) and the sound of the explosion (Jinx) that are half or more of the feel of the impact to me. How is the sound of Xerath's to you?

I think that having more people using it ( as it would be on live) would eliminate this problem. Additionally, moving people to different roles defeats the main purpose of team builder in my opinion: Being able to choose the role/champ you want and being assured a game as that champ in that role.

I think that the passive should specify that it does not activate on towers or other structures. I quite like the feel of the ultimate and the stun on E, which helps Xerath with his lack of escape before. The passive works wonderfully for staying in lane.

I feel the passive helps greatly during the early parts of the game, but falls off later (which makes it more okay to me). It's good for sustain, but there's also no way to lower it from its constant 12 second cooldown.
