How to reproduce it : - full stack frost (easiest way : Q+ auto-hit + W) - press E - auto-hit your target - press R - auto-hit your target again 30-50% max health added to your burst based on Sejuani level. That's far too high.

: Having played as and against her I don't feel her ultimate is overbearing at all. She is a champion that is incredibly hard to duel, but it isn't because of her ultimate. It's the feather mechanic. Between her passive, and Bladecaller every single auto-attack has ~1.5 AD scaling which is a trait only shared by Draven. The tradeoff that Draven has to make for such high damage is an inability to ever stand still. Not only can Xayah get away with not moving around a lot, but she actually does more damage if she doesn't. Playing against her the most frustrating thing that has happened is watching her kite you like pre-nerf Kalista because she just has so much utility built into her kit that you can never catch her alone. Perhaps it is a necessary strength to have that utility, but not paired with such high damage just from auto-attacking. Xayah is outputting 6-item Caitlyn levels of damage at only 3-4 items. She truly puts every single other ADC to shame, and that's ok as long as she doesn't turn into the aforementioned Fizz, and Fiora who require the entire enemy team to take down.

If Randuin was so effective versus crit user, that's because without this item (and it will not change next patch) you can't tank even correctly lategame. Most armor item are cheap comparing AD items. But their stats scale not so well + tanks have less gold than farmers. ADC can't have both : high duel potential, high mobility or safeness, superior damage than anyone in 2017. Top : you can play tanks, duellist, bruiser, AP Mid you can play assassin, mage Jungle you can play assassin, tank, duellist, bruiser Support you can play tank, mage, support (healer / shielders) And ADC : ADC. that's the MAIN problem in this game since some years compare other moba and Riot try sometimes to change that PS : Yes, for exemple Varus and Tristana are very different ADC but the difference between the 2 is not the same as a Talon vs Lux mid or as a Tryndamere versus Cassiopeia top PS2 : Also, if you look at ADC, so much of them are VERY similar (just look at the number of global ult / AS boost u_u ...), an original ADC probably need more work than any other class of champion (Jhin for exemple, his scaling system is way more complex than it look).

: I posted a vid with a full AD build in bots. 2200 true damage crits but people saying it doesn't count in bots. True damage is constant throughout any of the games, and a 2200 true damage crit will do the same amount of damage regardless of whether it was bots or challenger.
Let them think that she is ok. That's in fact the strongest champion ever designed. And a fun fact is that she is so strong that i use the second Q true damage only versus tanks. Squishy are OS anyways. That's a sort of Elise 2.0 with a Jarvan 2.0 ult and a easier version of Darius ult with less conditions and ... oh yes, almost no CD :).

The fact that Yorick kills riven in the time of her cd window is what i am trying to emphasize in this video. I'd like to see a clip of Garen 1v1-ing Yorick xD. Out of Tyrnd/Jax/Olaf/Swain/Yasuo, so far on the PBE i've played vs all except swain and olaf. I have 1v1d Yas and Trynd at all stages of the game. Any top champ can 1v1 Trynd, Yas by building randuins thornmail. Jax is a completley different story. I think Jax and Fiora have the best lvl 18s in the game and can 1v1 any champ if they play it correctly.

Also, Renekton have his dash for AoE, his ult too and betetr Cd than Yorick early / mid. A good Riven, will never use all CD before she can be sure to all-in you. That type of Riven, in your video is silver-gold. Also, say that anyone can 1vs1 tryndamere and state that thornmail is an actual worth stuff vs that sort of champion prove your lack of exeperience at higher level. Thornmail is a trash tier item atm. You will see, same as "Kled is OP", Yorick will have very low winrate and will not be played at diamond 4 and more (diamond 5 is a trash tier).

With the maiden at his side he can take any and every champ in the game (unless enemy is 20/0 ofc). The maiden by itself is very easy to deal with, so maybe uncapping(or increasing the cap) the amount of ghouls she can have while SOLO might actually make it a threat. Again, so far i love the interaction between player and understanding the AI and i hope this feedback can be useful

Most toplaners naturally counterhim. Your exemple with Riven is bad because she use all abilities to harass you when it was obvious she had to conserve her shield to go out from your W. Hydras, Stattik and sunfire are too strong vs Yorick. Renekton / Riven / Malphite / Nautilus AoE are too strong vs Yorick Even the worst toplaner of the moment, Garen 1vs1 Yorick easily Tryndamere / Jax / Olaf / Swain / Yasuo outscale him from level 1 to level 18 Malzahar is the high winrate version of Yorick. Just play versus Yorick and you will see that it is something really, really easy. Also, for a guy who can only afk top, he fall-off too hard even when he have a lot of gold advantage. A tryndamere splitpush with 0/4 will be able to 1vs1 Yorick and one shot his entire wave of ghouls for exemple. Yorick E is bad, very bad, Yorick passive is bad, Yorick Q is very strong early, bad late. Yorick R is correct, Yorick W is good but need to be grounded.

: Yorick's ghouls actually deal a lot of damage if your opponent isn't paying attention. Hit a good E, W combo and watch their health drop. I wouldn't say he's countered by most top laners at all, as that remains to be seen. I can already think of several ways to outplay opponents utilizing him.
To use ghouls wells you need to have them : - that's situational for you and predictable for your opponent Also, to deal damage with them, you need to use a E+W combo. 2 spells hard to place : - that's again situational to use them well Even when you do it, your opponent can oneshot them : - Renekton AoE - Sunfire + a medium AoE - Titanic Hydra active - Garen E - Riven AoE - champions with Stattik (one shot :/) - Vlad E - Jax E - etc ... They need some AoE damage reduction, armor or something like that. Also, the one shot by towers punish Yorick too much.
: I agree with your points except for two. Like you said, Yorick ghouls are too weak and they should spawn a bit faster. E is a bit hard to land I guess. He will be easily counterable early and not that good in teamfights. But I can't agree about the damage part. His Q deals tons of damage even if building tank (it heals few hp though), you can deal damage and still 1v1 without ghouls if not too behind. And speaking about the ultimate, if you are near the Maiden you can sorta control him with E. They made it so you can't properly control it because it would be too strong then, because it can't despawn if not killed. Imagine it. Yorick hits level 6 and send the Maiden doing the whole jungle, then he makes it walk to base and regen hp, then jungle again... That would be overpowered as heck!
Yorick Q deal similar damage as Garen Q, that's good but it fall-off quickly since you will not be able to build massive AD items outside of BC. Even with his high base AD, the ability look good early / mid, and average late. If Q spell is his only reliable and non-situational spell, it should deal hard damage. E damage are pretty bad, the slow is also VERY bad (30% when most low tier slow have at least 40% for the same or higher duration), that's more than difficult to use and the ghouls never react well to it (4 sec debuff, in fact, look like 2 sec). I just think that if Yorick is unable to do anything else than splitpush, he should be the best splitpusher in the game.

1) AI Walkers are predictable, but they follow pretty well. Maiden AI is in fact ... more dumb than walkers. That's a very frustrant ultimate to use since she is not reactive at all to your E and can only afk push the lane :/ 2) Clarity It can sometimes be hard to see where are our walkers but that's usefull to see how many walkers remain on the passive icon. 3) Bugs Pantheon is immune to ghouls when his passive is active o_O. 4) Balance Related How strong does he feel in a split push vs teamfight? - His splitpush is correct, but for a champion who can only do that, it don't look like so good. Why take Yorick when you can Tryndamere for exemple ? Q spell should be able to work on towers. - Yorick can't really play outside of his lane, his walkers will die, then never appear again and you will be condamned to spam Q, Q, Q, Q. Yorick W is cool, but outside of that, he can't do anything. How strong does he feel 1v1 against certain champions? - Pretty unbalanced 1v1 : very strong versus immobile champions (outside of champions with a very strong cleave), useless versus DPS / ranged. I think that walkers are too weak, a single cleave spell or an Hydra counter Yorick as hell. - Unlike other juggernaut, Yorick fall-off very hard lategame (even versus immobiles champions). - I think that his E is the hardest skillshot to land in the game and that's vital to touch with or Yorick will instantly lose the trade without his ultimate (and will still lose it if the ennemy can cleave) - Even if you are ahead / better, that's impossible to play versus champions like : Jax, Tryndamere, Fiora, Riven, Renekton, Illaoi, Garen, Sion, Singed, GP. Do you find the Maiden split (sending her alone) useful at all ? Easy/hard to defend against ? That's a good idee, that's pretty easy to defend against her : she have a very high CD and she don't represent a threat alone. Also, towers destroy her very fast. ------ ------ Conclusion : + awesome design + skilled juggernaut + awesome ultimate for duels + feel very unique + Q spell animation + W is a very good ability - the worst toplaner for teamfights ? - E is too hard to land - ghouls react too slowly when you hit with E - fall-off too hard - R is very frustrant to use / "control" - ghouls are too weak - Yorick can only spam Q spell outside of a lane - Q spell heal is good only for laning, it's useless for duel and non-impactful at all lategame - can't take Rilay as Malzahar / Annie to have a viable passive

As a diamond player, i can tell you that Taliyah is the top 1 AP midlaner. Her roaming, AoE damage and controls are too strongs overall. But Lissandra ... that's a joke to nerf her.

PBE level is very low, and Pants is a challenger man. He can wreck people faces with Sona full AD too, it will not prove that it is viable. And Riot Harrow say that Kled have to be builded as Fiora (2 items lifesteal, 2 items arpen, one GA)

Horrible changes i think : First, stop with the stacking of courage in jungle, this limitation is intentional and with his kit, if he become viable jungle, he will finish to be overnerfed as Jarvan or Xin and will be over as a toplaner, for entire years. His kit will be to strong as a jungler and it will reduce his early game weaknesses, that's the worst idee possible. His gank potentials will not be decent lol, just overpowered. ------ ------ Make W usable when you want will again remove some early weaknesses and will transform the spell into the strongest steroid in the game. That's a perfect spell in that case with some weaknesses and a very strong usage anyway. ----- ----- Make E bypass wall is an idee, but it's important to see if the champion need it or not before. I think he should not. Most toplaners strong as jungler finish to be hard-nerfed and lose any form of viability toplane : Xin, Jarvan, etc ... If Kled Q spell deal more damage on creeps but not monsters, that's because it's intentional. If Kled E don't go through walls, that's because it's intentional. If Kled can't stack courage in jungle, that's because it's intentional AND will be unbalancable. His kit will be to strong as a jungler. Don't give him a good early here is a perfect idee. Jungle is still playable, but not toxic as it will be if Kled can have a better clean and his mount early game.

Hi Harrow ! I'm glad that you create an insane yordle DPS bruiser with a funny and quite ridiculous mount ! I really like that ! Also the multiples sound when you use ultimate or remount Skaarl ... <3 _____ _____ Skaarl have a kit who make him viable with a very little amount of defensive items but still have exploitable weaknesses. I can find different builds for him who exploit his kit differently : - AD / Arpen / CDR (BC + Yuumu core) - on-hit / tank (Titanic Hydra + BotrK + 3 items tank) - tank (with maybe a BC or an Iceborn first) => unkillable but very low damage output and less reliable than other tank to control ennemies I still don't try the splitpusher duellist build but i think it can also be viable (you know, this Yordle Tryndamere :D). Every build have his own amount of strenghs and weaknesses. Their is a single thing that i fear about Kled : his synergy with Sterak's Gage ! ----- ----- About jungle : please, don't make it possible for Kled to recover Skaarl in jungle. If you do that, he will pass from bad (and i think that's intentional) to overpowered as a jungler. But any nerfs to Kled jungle can also destroy Kled toplane.

: After a much too long lasting game in ALL4One against Ekko, I can confirm: Even though Vlad should be the King of Sustain, I got in a 3vs 1 fight against an 30%HP Ekko and he straight out survived and killed all of us... Something is really off with Vlad. I'm most concerned about the low base healing on Q and the High Cooldowns on both Q and W.
The base healing on Q is horrible but even with better healing, he will not have any way to 1vs1 his opponent without 40% CDR and level 13.

Swain receive HUGE ratios AP buffs and his ultimate send 5 crows ... instead of 3. That's veeeeery strong. And Riot don't nerf him last PBE patch for nothing xD !

His early game got much stronger and he has windows of being op now to burst someone, a good vlad will be able to exploit this aspect to perfection and its imbalanced as it currently is. I assure you he is not nerfed, but massively buffed, the new mechanic is very strong it is op cause his numbers need tuned. He will be permaban in no time if he went live like this. Your math can't take into account the power he gained early game with the new mechanic and how it allows him to breeze into his late game godlike state where he can 1v5. I have seen enough of vlad now that i will never allow him in my games, he is my number 1 ban with this mymu patch hands down. I even had one reverse a winning game on me just because once he gets a certain power lvl hes unstoppable with anything less than 4-5 people.

Teach us how it can be even possible to touch an opponent in lane with empowered Q and E if he know Vladimir new kit. This ne Vlad is weak as the reworked Darius was before he receive very very strong buffs (and then, become balanced / not excellent with a little heal nerf). Teach us how it can be a good idee to use E versus a tank too ? When you deal similar / higher damage to yourself than you deal to your opponent. New Vladimir is a noob stomper but will be unplayable at correct level.
: I don't think there was ever really any question about whether Q would be nerfed. Vlad players were braced for that. I think the issue is that the Q nerf combined with the E nerf and spell vamp removal is a step further than we were expecting. Previously Vlad could reliably reach a critical mass after which he was essentially self-sustaining (due to having net gain in health on his E inside a wave), and that's no longer the case. The result is that Vlad is disproportionately nerfed compared to the mage update in general. This is ostensibly to fix the issue that he was previously unfun to play against in lane despite having a critically poor lane performance (true), and I feel like we're currently looking at a situation where Riot has cut off Vlad's nose to spite his face, so to speak. I can't say conclusively that the changes don't make him a healthier champ--they certainly do, to be sure--but I think he definitely needs his levers looked at. Personally, I would be looking for a much longer window for the empowered Q--something like 3 seconds--and better scaling across the board to compensate for the fact that his base damages have been nerfed and he was previously balanced as a carry.

Yeah ... Swain receive base damage nerf ... but a HUGE ratio buff for exemple (and an ult buff who give him both higher damage, dps and healing than Vlad).

The fact it is a skillshot or not is not a problem. Their is a difference between : * Add counterplay * Make the lane impossible if the opponent play right even if you play right too Because a player in lane can avoid 100% of your E and 100% of your empowered Q. And without many efforts.

Since when a main damage spell is the easiest to avoid of the entire game ? Since when it deal more damage to yourself than opponents with high magic resist ? Vlad concept was a fail. An imitation of Darius, without the damages.
