Only problem I have with it is that the animation feels like old Renekton W: I feel like I get locked in place to do the double strike. Particle looks fine -Dazzle: Really good. I love how you can move around and attack while it's casting. The animation is also crystal clear. I'd like it more if it had more punch to it instead of the wimpy finger pointing -Cosmic Radiance: Seems like a potentially powerful ability when you get the timing right. The animation looks amazing (I'm really a fan of the flying Taric exposing his glorious torso to the stars) ________________________________________________________________________________ **MODEL: ** I think his hair could be a little bit wider and wilder on his model to match what we see in his splash. It looks too much like a compact mass and I don't like the gap it makes at his shoulder level. Does it have to be THAT long too? Face would look better with a little smirk, maybe a wider jawline and brighter/bigger eyes? It looks too neutral for the character I think. We are talking about Taric here! As for his outfit, I'd like to see **brighter gems**, especially the ones on his glove and belt. The cosmic ball thingy on his weapon might look better with a bright outline too. **VOICE: ** I miss the deeper voice he used to have. Taric has a gentle nature and a soft heart, but he's still a **bulky**, **manly** and **righteous** dude after all. The lines are okay, but the voice isn't Taric in my opinion. Overall, Taric feels good to play. He kept a lot of his old kit's playstyle while getting a very interesting mechanic with Bastion. His appearance only got better even though I'm not sure about that naked arm on the base skin (looks out of place but that might just be me). His personality and theme are both very likeable. : I'm confused as to what you mean by "1 essence and not 2" You can get them for each S rank, just have to be on different champions. They don't want them to be TOO easy to get.
i mean that there should be hextech essence and not champion and skin essence so you can't keep getting champions when you have them all or you get a streak of champions you have and 2 skins you want

I love the concept of hextech crafting but I see a few problems that could be easily fixed change champion and skin essence into one essence. doing so would save people from the bad luck of getting just enough essence for a champion the want then a string of skins that they can't buy randomly get chests for every 30 (nonconseutive) wins with the same champion that way it will be fun for someone who is playing support in bronze make a skip animation button for people who buy a lot at once. if you add these (along with fixing bugs it would probably be ready to launch)

oh god yes. 1 essence and not 2 would be good everything should give 100 more essence than currently i think you should make chests easier to get you should be able to get 1 for each s rank you get but you should get them every 10-15 wins and 1 for every mastered champion these changes would make the system perfect!
: Any plans to have different queue dodging penalties pre and post Draft phase? I'm someone who likes the idea of using dodges as an acceptable form of avoiding certain situations like being paired with someone you didn't get along with in a previous game or just not liking the lack of synergy of the intended picks. However, if you are going to dodge, it should be encouraged to do it earlier rather than waiting all the way till the last second of the draft phase. If dodge penalties were lower during during the intended pick phase, this effects of dodging get cut in half since only 1 team is affected. Not only that, but they also don't have to sit all the way through Draft phase and until the last second of the game to dodge. Similarly, this could lead to less people troll picking to force others to dodge. I think if you changed the penalties to: >**Dodge during intended pick phase:** >* 3 minute lockout for first dodge, 8 minutes for second, 15 minutes for third >* -0LP for first dodge, -3LP after that >**Dodge during draft phase:** >* 5 minute lockout for first dodge, 10 minutes for second, 25 minutes for third >* -3LP no matter what > Dodge counters would reset after playing 10 games or 48-hours has passed.

: Why don't u balance her E a bit better? I fear that it will force you to make all her other abilities horrible due to its functionality. Idea 1: Allow affected target to collect their 'souls' back. If it seems too easy to get their souls back you can either chain the soul to illaoi temporarily (follow speed decays until it is immobile) or maybe add some form of cc to it (i am pretty sure one will be shocked to have their souls taken) or make the soul be pulled behind illaoi instead of in front of her(kinda brings a cool thing of having to go through her to retrieve what is yours). Idea 2: Have transferred damage be low but scales with how far the unit is from their 'soul'. Idea 3: Switch with Ultimate(R) Idea 4: If Illaoi dies while the 'soul' is taken will return the soul and buff/heal the target. Idea 5: Lower damage, if person leaves range, they are dealt an extra damage with the slow(literally ripping the link between your body and soul) Idea 6: Make damage magic? Meaning Illaoi won't be able to effectively build penetration (makes sense, the pain of the soul is not a physical thing). Will also make building straight up armor less effective vs her.

Edit: honestly you should replace her E and make it so it only slows if you leave or you let the ghost take damage. second remove the spawn tentacle thing, that should be moved to your ultimate if you want to keep it. Third make is so you have a way of removing your sprite I.E. you have to touch it or something. If I throw a thresh hook you can't auto, Blitz pulls the enemy champ to you wrong pull and you can cost your team a fight, nautilus meets champs half way leaving openings to attack him. all PULL abilities have some sort of draw back where you leave yourself vulnerable in some way or there's a counter in the situation it is used. THIS NEEDS to be created with Illaoi's E. Edit 2: this is just an overall kit thing, all of her abilities involve using tentacles and smashing, so where and why are you pulling out their soul. I get it it's a cool mechanic but it really doesn't make sense with this champions kit. It would make sense on thresh just not this champ. honestly the E feels like an after thought which it shouldn't since it should be what the kit is designed around. But the passive/W is what it's designed around. Honestly consider Removing her E and giving it to a champ that is centered around that ability.

illaoi is an incredible design but i feel a few changes are in order based on what you have in mind for her, if you intend her to be a juggernaut you should increase her damage on her auto attacks, her Q and the initial hit of her W. if she is focused on her spirit grab you should improve the tentacle ai for the spirits and vessels, increase the spirit grab hitbox and decrease the cooldown by about 3-5 seconds. either way i believe that as a small quality of life improvement you should show a ring around her showing how far the tentacle needs to be from other tentacles and how far she needs to be to the wall for the tentacle to spawn

: For masteries, that have up to 5 points you can devide the points between both! So you could have like 1.6% attack speed and 1.2% spell damage.
for newer players it is confuseing and most builds only put 5 points in 1 thing or evenly spread them out
