There's 4 of these chromas in the updated crafting 'pool': This Blitz one, Ruby Beemo, a Suprise Party Amumu chroma, and a 'Prestige Snowdown Master Yi' (Yi is the only one you can't use and only shows up in purchase history, might be a placeholder?)

Riot's done a big update to PBE Hextech Crafting. Every skin that isn't limited edition (i.e. the really old skins like Black Alistar/UFO Corki, or the Victorious skins) is now available through Hextech Crafting, and you can even get permanent champion shards. These blank 'skins' are actually chromas. I got some of these and after unlocking them I got chromas for Suprise Party Amumu, Beemo, and Battle Boss Blitzcrank. I was able to confirm this by looking at purchase history, which will record anything you unlock from Hextech crafting as a 0 RP purchase. I've only found 3 so far (There might be a 4th that has an 'Epic' rarity), but they're very common as shown in your post. I'm in a similar situation to you, I owned all the skins except the S8 skins that were missing from PBE. Since this patch, I've now started to earn the S8 skins from rerolling skin shards, but 50% of the time I get one of these blank chromas instead. At first, I unlocked them because I didn't own them, but now I just get them as already-owned permanents instead

: I am sure they are doing there testing as well as playing "ARURF". I mean you have to PLAY to find those bugs. {{sticker:galio-happy}}
And 90% of the time every day, the server is up for everyone to play and test ARURF. It's just a 1-2 hour delay, it's not hurting the testing time needed to find those bugs at all compared to the 22-23 hours it's up for each day

Bug/Problem report 29/08: Varus Q has a 4 second cooldown at lvl 1, but the CD is still partially refunded when used to around half of the cooldown that's displayed. This doesn't happen (or the refund difference is negligible) once you max Q, so is it possible that Q has rank 5 CD at all ranks? **Eternals**: Right now, if you have an eternal for a champion, you can see your progress in game for that game and even reach milestones within the match, but once the game ends all gains are lost and does not contribute to your overall Eternals progress. Now I can already see the Riot reply/thoughts in response; "We want Eternals to be serious, ARAM/URF/RGMs would ruin the system as it's too easy to earn progress, etc.". Please reconsider this. I doubt the community cares strongly about someone having a higher than usual kill/damage score on an Eternal for their champion because they played a few URF games. It's bad enough that Eternals are behind a paywall, now they're possibly restricted to SR only (if they're available on ARAM, then there's no excuse for URF/RGMs being excluded)? Non-SR players already have to deal with the news of much less/no more RGMs and TT being removed. Don't restrict their options further by removing Eternals for ARAM/URF

Whilst you can see Eternals progress for a single URF game you play, the final figures are not added to your Eternals' overall progress. I agree that this needs to be changed and Eternals should work and gain progression from playing URF games

Bugs/Problems so far: * Garen one-shots at lvl 1 with E. Can also solo and kill Baron/Elder within seconds becuase of E stacking. : This is an experiment we're running, giving chromas for skins with strong VFX colours. I too was skeptical at first, but playing with them in game I think they actually work well. We're prepared to iterate based on how they're received though :)
I think the reason they feel different is because the chromas changed the colours of the whole skin. Looking at previous skins, they all follow the same theme of a "greyscale" body/armor made mostly from black/white/grey, and then hints of a chosen colour to match their weapon colour (e.g. Ashe's chosen colour is blue, green for Ekko, pink for Katarina). Most of the chromas here remove the greyscale body and give it a completely different colour. For some skin lines, like Pool Party or Odyssey, what colours the skin uses isn't the first thing that come to mind, but when I think of PROJECT, as well as they futuristic tech theme, the colour scheme is also important. Maybe this is also because the greyscale/hints-of-colour theme used by PROJECT is what is needed to distinguish between PROJECT skins and Mecha skins. Mecha skins use whatever colours they want for the body, even for the base skins, whereas PROJECT doesn't. It means that some of these chromas look like they could be for Mecha skins instead (especially Warwick). I think PROJECT chromas could work, but only by changing the weapon colour and hence the any hints of that colour used on the body (e.g. anything that is green on PROJECT: Ekko changes to another colour like red or blue). The pearl chroma for Akali comes the closest to what I'm talking about.

Another bug: If a champion you picked off the carousel immediately combines with others to form 2-star/3-star, the item that came with the carousel champion doesn't combine, and is lost instead Example: Two 1-star Elises already, one with {{item:3070}} active on the board. I get another Elise from carousel with {{item:1043}}, and the Elises combine into a 2-star Elise, but the {{item:1043}} does not combine with {{item:3070}} to form a {{item:3087}} and just dissapears. The 2-star Elise is left with a {{item:3070}} only

When starting a game, my client doesn't load the first carousel round in time, forcing me to be automatically assigned a champion instead My chat window has also been placed in the top left corner, and the bar needed to select and move it is off screen, so I can't move the window

: PBE Bugs & Feedback Thread: Golden Conqueror / Challenger Chromas!
Assuming the MSI event follows the same format as all previous events that released golden chromas, with tokens obtained from missions/capsules/event passes: For the amount of tokens needed to obtain a golden chroma, will we be able to get all the required tokens from completing all missions or will we need to additionally buy capsules/chests etc. to reach the required number?

: The idea of a darker thematic for Ivern is just not feasible. People should have never gotten their hopes up in the first place. Thanks to Ivern’s lines and animations, a darker themed skin would have to be Legendary tier in order to bring in new voice work to fit a darker thematic. And for Ivern, being a champion with such a low play rate, a skin of that effort is just not a good investment financially. There’s just no way Ivern was ever going to get a Legendary skin as his first.
A champion's voice over does not need to match the skin's thematic for the champion to get that skin (e.g. Reaper Soraka, SG Syndra, Iron Inquisitor Kayle as opposites, both Kai'Sa skins don't use a living exosuit)
: Experimental ARAM Changes on PBE
Great to see map-specific balancing, poke reduction, and ban phase added to ARAM. A request for skin boosts, could you do something to prevent last second boosts? This ends up swapping everyone's current skin to the new skin granted by the boost without time to swap back, and sometimes the skins can be a downgrade if you already had a skin, or the previous skin you had was your preferred one (For example, I had a game with Pulsefire Ezreal equipped, last second boost swaps it to Frosted and I don't have the time to swap back). New items/changes look good, but I'd like to see Barrier remain as the 'absorb more burst damage' option versus Heal's less power but permanent HP. Also, is Mariner's Vengeance meant to interact with revive effects the way it does? It appears to proc anytime a champion takes lethal damage but the revive effect will proc after, keeping the champion alive. For example, if Aatrox takes lethal damage whilst using his ultimate, Mariner's Vengeance will proc first and the ult passive will proc afterwards, keeping Aatrox alive.

The only thing I can see is the store is despite owning all the champions, they're all back in the store to be bought. I can still use collections tab though, just not the skins, icons, chromas, or wards tabs EDIT: I have slowly progressed through start menu to lobby and am now playing again EDIT 2: And it's stopped working again

: ARURF Skin Boost
The problem is allies getting boosts with 1-2 seconds to go. Your suggestion would need to make sure it only applies if the player has already selected a skin otherwise some players would remain with the base skin if they can't change in time. Would be nice to give us time to chose our skin if we have some before the boost, I was going to use golden chroma J4 skin for one game but my team boosts at last second and I end up having to play with Commando J4 cause I can't swap
