This lets you keep your W active up indefinitely, increasing your DPS. Doing it only on drag is less efficient because the attack speed buff only lasts 5 seconds now. I don't see how giving it an internal cooldown would be a nerf overall if it is given a reasonable time. If anything, it would be a buff, as you are using it to poke and harass. Giving it a cooldown would therefore give you more opportunities to proc it without having to first hit something else.
Alright you got me there its possibly worth it to keep strut going but that's only a minuscule upgrade at best and very situational and is still only worth it with probably 4 levels in W otherwise its still not worth the dps loss from autoing something else unless you can Q from dragon to scuttle crab

This means if a minion wave is meeting yours at enemy turret, switching between the turret and your target enemy minions is an effective and satisfying. Taking objectives like Baron and Dragon is still awkward, though admittedly amusing, due to the aforementioned Crab >Baron/Drag>Crab trick. This however is much more situation than towers now, as minions will always be coming down lane, but Scuttler will not always be up. Even worse, in most situations people do Scuttler before Drag or Baron for the advantage when contesting them, meaning it probably isn't gonna be up or you probably don't want it to be up when doing those in a serious game. it also means the enemy can cut MF's power in this situation by killing it or by killing it while it is being used. I find the interaction between LoveTap and Scuttler>Drag/Baron interesting, so maybe it can be looked at when balancing in the future. I see that LoveTap doing less Damage to minions is more helpful to MF than hurtful, but maybe an increase per successful LoveTap and skewing the damage on initial LoveTap down slightly could be done, while having higher pay off after successful LoveTapping? Maybe that could allow her base growth to get a bit of help as well? 2 per level shouldn't be to unreasonable right? I think that is the best possible compromise at the moment, though it should be taken any cause cases with it being used on minions in lane. As stated before by others, giving it a debuff cooldown could be a good idea. though it changes the way LoveTap would have to work. This is a bit more complicated than i thought. Just throwing ideas around. It would make the juggling game more rewarding for successfully being done, and make playing against it more interesting. Second hit would effectively do the same damage as it does now, while the first hit would be weaker, and have it increase from there. Maybe even make the first and second hit weaker, to make MF need to kill bounce with Q more, making her laning less obnoxious. I also think this would allow LoveTap to be more easily balanced in the future. Making LoveTap benefit from LifeSteal is also very helpful, as it makes her dueling less one sided. She still isn't a reliable duelist anymore, but it isn't a wash. There are now situations that you can make where you can do so and it feels rewarding to put yourself in them for proper pay out, which I admittedly find makes sense with MF's overall play pattern. I think these would be nice compromises. ================== **Raise her base growth a by 1.** This just feels better at all points in the game. I don't think it is too much to ask. **I still think making Q a basic attack modifier(on hit effect) would be overall better in all cases and scenarios for both MF and the enemy playing against her.** (Make sure it doesn't work on Towers though. Think Vayne) **Q Prioritized previously LoveTapped enemy champion in a wider arc or even a full circle. Behaves as normal in all other situations** **Lowering LoveTaps damage while making it do more damage with successful LoveTaps** This would have to take into account the fact that she can hit minions with it, and the fact that LoveTap currently doesn't go away after having hit a target, otherwise, this would simply be giving free damage. : Prioritizing was changed with her VU. Q now prioritizes the target that stands exactly behind the minion ( if there are multiple targets , than the closest one will be chosen )

Now that impure shots is gone are you going to be changing the way her Q prioritizes? if not this is kind of a nerf to quite a few lane situations because before if you had impure on a champion Q would bounce to them over anything else in the cone so it was a great way to end a trade
