Wow, this looks really interesting and Will of the Ancients really needed that change. Hope to see Vladimir being played more.

I like the changes on the support items. The heal on Targon's line will make place for some really nice plays if done correctly, the additional damage on the Spellthief line is going to be good for some early harass and the fact that it doesn't go on cooldown when upgraded to Frost Queen's Claim is pretty neat (Still asking myself if there is going to be some visual effect like the one on Targon's line or some small buff icon to know when the Tribute passive is available), the change on Coin Line is the one I like the most and I agree that Nomad's Medaillon generates a little bit too much gold. The CDR boot changes are reasonable (RIP 30 sec Final Spark on ARAM, I'll most likely have to buy Frost Queen's Claim to get to 40% CDR) and the same goes for Mobility Boots, that's how roaming boots should be in my opinion. Concerning the 5% CDR, it can be added to Ruby Sightstone or Mikael's Crucible.

The only reason why I would find it funny for Vel'Koz to be female is because of his Battlecast Quote: "My eyes are up here" but I don't really see any other reason for him to be turned into a female. Just keep in mind that we could see Kassadin's daughter soon.

I've just played a 3v5 custom game and I've noticed a lot of changes: * They don't walk half way to their base anymore before they recall, instead they would do it a little bit behind their turret. * They either play super aggressive or start ignoring you even if you're next to them with low health. * The duo lanes dived a lot which a lowed my ally (Annie) who went legendary because she would just stun them the whole time under the turret. * After a while some of them just started walking past me ignoring me completely. * They sometimes stay still in front of the minions even if they're invading their base. * They've started to group up on other lanes first rather than prioritizing the mid lane. Some changes like the recall or walking to the lane right away are pretty good for a beginning and I would like to see them roam a little bit more before their first tower gets destroyed.
: This sounds great, but one thing I think we need is updated builds for bots too.
I agree with this, a lot of new players start building Tear of the Goddess on Miss Fortune or Zeke's Herald on Sivir because they've seen it on bots but I think the reason behind it is to not make the bots too strong.

: To max E is because he talks about proxy mumu, so he clears better. The spell has probably no effect on the bug.
No you actually need to max E so you'll get the Physical Damage Reduction in order for the minions to deal negative damage.
