I think the main reason they are touching his null zone over malefic visions is due to the fact malefic visions is pretty much the centerpiece of his kit. They don't want to hit him too hard but the deathfire touch mastery is giving him a lot of value on 3 abilities. null zone every time it tic does % health damage and procs a tic of deathfire, every time malefic visions tics the same thing, and the same with Nether grasp. The problem is that when you do his full combo you are getting several extra tics of deathfire on top of the fact that now you can build the less expencive big impact AP items with rylai's and liandry's to do a lot of damage and have good utility.

I honestly think it's because of his synergy with death fire touch. His w alongside his malefic visions apply a tic of the mastery every time they tic individually. Add in the fact they also both synergies well with the current cheaper ap build involving rylais and liandrys they wanted to reduce some of his power I'm guessing
: My problem with poppy is that the majority of her damage is very unreliable. Her only reliable damage is her Q. Too much power is put into her E if you smack them into terrain, it can do a pretty good amount of damage and CC, but her scaling is kind of lacking here and since its mostly unreliable and still has a lot of bugs that can sometimes save enemies when you use it. W is fine, good peel or offencive tool. Her ultimate is fine, it can be really good so i like it but i feel due to its strength you turned poppy into a tank rather than what she should have been which is a juggernaut. When I think of old poppy I think of a juggernaut, high damage, extremely tanky (I mean her passive was broken but still). This poppy being just a physical tank.... feels really bad as someone who enjoyed the old poppy.
actually the more i play her the more i feel her damage is fine, maybe just some QOL buffs to her shield making not seem like its going in a random direction. If i'm chasing someone having it go like 30 feet behind me feels a bit annoying.

"New active -- Harvesters of Sorrow: Mordekaiser and target ally champion" you must target an allied champion, they want to force morde into a duo lane so this ability will be useless in a solo lane unless your jungler is coming to gank for you.
