Kayle's E when not active deals 10/15/20/25/30 + 15% AP bonus magic damage ONHIT. I know this works, but when you activate it, as you said, no splash from secondary targets. And no bonus dmg on seconds (as far as I know)

Hurricane doesnt work with Kayle E. I guess they use the same basics.

Shadow Attack doesnt interact with Azir Soldiers in any way, what do you mean here? (It cant crit btw, only applies on-hits, like the base 60 dmg, Nashor's dmg, Iceborn Gauntlet, etc.)

Adding to the scoreboard tearing, opening and closing rapidly the champion stats causes it to tear too. (Not exactly sure that this was the cause, but it happened multiple times when I was messing around with that function)

Every shadow attack applies your normal basic attack. It doesnt interact with the soldiers. (If the enemy is out of range, your basic attack wont even work, but the soldiers work normally)

I think the video does a poor job of highlighting what's happening due to both how fed you are and how laggy the footage is. Azir is applying on-hit effects once every 2 attacks to his target **only**, and only if they are in his standard attack range. This isn't abusive, in my opinion. It's no different to Rat-a-tat-tat (sp?) firing two "standard" attacks with Runaan's Hurricane, rather than two piercing skill shots. The item just creates a phantom that attacks your target on every second attack - the phantom doesn't do anything fancy, just performs a normal attack. The only real bug is that the phantom is using the "command" attack animation instead of the "laser whip" animation (but since all ranged champions currently lack a projectile and how briefly the phantom lasts: it's hard to tell).

Every single one, it is with the item. After that you can even buy other jungle items again, but if you buy a devourer, it wont stack. (It will be a basic devourer)

: Adding a little bit, it seems to me (although I haven't tested it more than once) if you swap the bugged item with devourer in your inventory, both disappear and the sated buff remains on the champion.
The Sated buff always stays (even if you willingly sell the item). On an other note, I tried swapping, what happens is that after having the sated devouer, your inventory and the "shop inventory" will become out of sync, but selling only works on the slots that are occupied in your normal inventory.

Can you buy an other item in it's place? Or it stays in the inventory? (on the shop screen) This item seems to mess with that too. Edit: If you move something in your inventory, it wont move in your shop screen.
