Try just setting the Display Orientation to Portrait and letting it autorevert to Landscape. Try it a couple of times maybe.

Try going into Display Settings, switch to Portrait and then back to Landscape on Display Orientation. Worked for me.

Hi, so I had the issue that my client was smaller then the actual size. I messed with the display settings a bit and after turning the Display Orientation to Portrait then back to Landscape it fixed the issue for me. Hopefully this helps someone.

: With live I mean the "main" regions, the official regions. NA, EUW, EUNE, LAN/LAS, BR, KR, CN etc etc. You need such a main region account in order to create a PBE account, and the two will be linked together. If you make a ticket at Riot Support with the account of your "main" region and specify you're asking for help for your linked PBE account, they should be able to find it.

By live do you mean logging in my PBE account and clicking on the question mark sign at the top of the client? If so, I have tried that and also logged in in the browser and tried to submit it there. Both haven't worked so far.

Hi, yeah I'm having the same issue. Submitting a ticket in the Riot Support with my pbe account won't work either? Is there any other way to contact Riot about this?
: Go to Riot Support (bottom of every League page, or just google Riot Support), log in with the live account that your PBE account is linked to. Submit a ticket/request on “Account Management” or “Technical Issues.” Within the ticket, specify you're talking about a PBE account and explain your situation. Riot can look whether you have completed the low priority successfully and remove it from your account.
Hi, thanks for the response. I already tried to do that, but when I try to submit a ticket it won't let me for some reason. Sorry, I forgot to mention this before. It won't submit, I tried a lot of times. I even tried to report it as a bug in the Report a Bug screen in the pbe client. I didn't know what else to do. Is there any other way to contact Riot about this?
