: I Doubt That Riot Uses Player Feedback For Champion Balance - Even Though I Quite Agree That Aatrox's Reworked W's Unit Collision And Short Range Isn't Acceptable At All , But If You Analyze The Ability More Carefully You Can Realize That It's Meant To Keep Enemies From Escaping And It's The Reason That Getting Out Of His W Is Far Easier When Moving Toward Aatrox Or Where He Has Cast The Ability - So If You Mean To Use It As An Ability To Do A Large Amount Of Damage Then You Are Mistaken Because As Far As I Have Noticed It's Meant For Keeping Enemies At Bay For When Aatrox Uses Ult Or So . And Yes Riot Please Check Aatrox's W Again And See Whether It Has The Appropriate Range Or Not

For example, in team fights, using his range to harass and staying by the ADC ulting anyone away from them? Don't get me wrong, losing that identity must be shit, but is this an option?
They buffed his E (Dash) Damage and his early Ult Damage. So i think they want us to spam soldiers and then Shurima Shuffle enemies into them. The W-E-Q-R Combo is called "Shurima Shuffle", just for clarification.
: So let me say this, I absolutely suck with azir, never been able to play him well...just not my thing I guess. On paper these look like really heavy buffs, especially with more sand soldier up time and damage buffs on his Q. Seems almost like a shift from "throw up soldiers and auto attack crazy fast" to "throw up soldiers launch your Q at the champion for harass" with the sand soldier uptime increase, then you can be more mobile and poke at them when they get too close. Again, like i said, I don't really play him though... Can you help me understand what the problem is in layman's terms?
The problem is that Azir will hit the 35% Winrate if this goes live. Any mage will outscale him. Like... ANY Mage. For this Azir to dish out some dmg on lvl 18 he needs atleast 3 Secs to set up soldiers to get the same dmg Live Azir deals with 1 Solider on lvl 18. But in 3 secs ANYONE will kill you twice over. THATS the problem Azir always was a EarlyGame Chicken and a LateGame GOD! Now hes a Earlygame Monster, but a LateGame Chicken. His mains always loved the overpowered feeling in teh Lategame, and thats what he always was supposed to be: A lategame Monster! The problem they have with Azir is his Waveclear and the Skill-Gap between Pros and Casuals. While hes completely broken in Proplay, hes useless in SoloQ He just zones you, while he pokes you and at the same time he farms. Thats what makes him so oppressive. Pros abuse that HARD!

: This is a super good idea actually o: it will focus more on him being the late game dps that riot still accept him as! because if hes literally anything else hes mildly good at they're gonna nerf it so they should go with this idea !
