Just played one game as Ryze top against a Vayne. Honestly, didn't felt any difference. Game didn't last long... but had same feel like live. just needed to manage my mana before my first back, then grab tear exactly like on live. honestly i need to test more, but pbe is too laggy to play skill "shot reliant" champ.

they're no reason to say its stupid. Adc can already go everywhere from top (quinn), jungle (Ez, kindred...), mid (lucian, supp (mf, ashe...).

: for phase rush im meaning in context to the damage im losing the movespeed isnt helping enough since quinn can already do that with her passives, since i have so little damage the movespeed just looks cool, i used to run stormraiders occassionally but runes compensated for not having the keystones damage since that was just an "extra" before. (not advocating that anything should be changed just cause quinn cant care about it as effectively as some others might but im mearly observing in this case) and in the case of going cosmic insight for 5% of the cd im losing more damage then (for not running a damage rune like dom tree etc) and not truely gaining anything when predator is still on cooldown for way too long as 5% doesnt change its eternal cooldown. also from eyeball collections tooltip atleast it is just giving adaptive ap / ad but i do see it being probably better but it does require 10 kills or 20 wards / something in between but it just seems like thats scaling instead of when quinn needs the snowball potential, thats post snowball, i just personally liked the zombie ward for keeping the river warded for a rediculous amount of time, like actually dumb :P . on the ingenious hunter thing i guess i just glossed over the fact that it was an active when i was reading making a page and was like Nah. i'd prolly run again to take a look at it but again losing the keystone for that period could lose out on potentially good ganks in that period would feel bad but i digress as it isnt nessessarily the point at hand.

No, when i adviced u to rush cosmic insight it was in case where u play with predator so lose nothing. Current Ardent gives stats that are only slightly better than a Recurve Bow for 1300 gold more, if you lose when the enemy team has Ardent and you don't, it's your fault for playing badly, not the item's fault for being too strong Ardent hasn't been OP since the first nerf, people are still just losing their shit about it because of the Worlds patch and forgetting that Ardent in its current state is pretty average. Many supports have always rushed other items before Sightstone because SS gives pretty average stats and in laning phase you don't need more than trinket wards + 2 control wards, so it's not like the fact that Ardent is rushed before sightstone means it's due to it being "OP" Anyone who thinks Ardent isn't a very average item now needs a serious reality check

No offense but its BS. On live lethality users start with 30 lethality (24 in runes & 6 on mastery tree). Sudden Impact give 10 eyeball collection give 10... if u success to kill ennemy and ward (not so strong) and riot buffed all lethality items with 2 point (so grant 6). potentialy u'll play with 26 at best... assassins will have access to 16 garanted lethality and ten conditionnaly Conclusion : Its a plain nerf for assassins. btw Fiora can rush tabi and rekt most assassins (if not all)

: I did a test with Talon and i noticed his early game is even stronger than its on live servers, BUT as the game goes on, he falls off WAY harder than he does on live servers. I eventually discovered the reason: on live servers we have a total of 84 lethality at level 18, but on pbe we got only 60. This may sound like a small difference, but considering the current meta where AD assassins already become useless late game because of crazy amounts of shields, healing and items (one armor or life item and you literally become useless), a nerf like this is going to be unacceptable fot those who play AD assassins like Zed, Talon, Rengar, Shaco, Kha'zix, Kayn etc...
