: PBE Bugs & Feedback Thread: Shurelya's Reverie
I used to run Talisman of Ascension (same active) on champions like Taric,Rakan,Alistar, Janna or Sona to catch someone of or save a teammate with it, which was really cool and interactive! In terms of item competitiveness, I am in doubt. I stopped using talisman since shielding support items synergize very well with eachother. I get that you want Shurelias to be used by both ranged and tank supports, but the combination of quite low AP+HP may feel weird on some champions. I will write my thoughts on some of them. **Alistar:** seems not suitable for him due to AP being less effective and low survability. Would rather buy Locket/Redemption combo or Righteous Glory for engage. **Rakan**: the slighlty tanky ap combo seems like a good fit on him. Buying a redemption on him in combination with this item feels slightly bad to buy since there is no increased shielding % to boost redemption. Locket + shurelias feels better because of the health stat. **Taric:** his heals scale with health and AP, so the item stats feel good on him. Redemption and locket are imo too strong to pass, but Shurelias can fit into your build when more engaging or disengaging power is required. **Janna/Sona**: I know that health is a valuable stat on squishy champions but I alway feel bad when building tanky on them. I would much rather have much more powerful abilities and be slightly more tankier with my shields and heals instead of tankier by item resistances or health, but that is just my personal opinion on the fantasies of these champions. There is also no synergy with shielding% increasing items or mana regen for Athenes scaling which makes Shurelias less attractive on these champs for me. **TL/DR: ** I would defintely try it out on Rakan/Taric. Other tank supports have no synergy with the AP, so Righteous glory would be better for them. For the ranged supports I would much ratherbuy the shielding support items / Athenes due to their stat synergy. Buying Shurelias feels like breaking this synergy.
: There actullay are 3 runes in the tank thing, the one give u mr and the one armore and the third gives both and inreaces your armor after 10 min. I hope i could help you{{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}
Thank you for your suggestion. It certainly helps somehow in this situation.{{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}} Unfortunately, the 10 bonus armor / mr is not near the old mastery values in a burst situation but it is better for over the duration of the fight.

Why doesn't she fit into league? I think the battle between the variety of character types is what makes league interesting. I think a dreamy energetic child is a very interesting design space for a champion which is not explored in leagues universe. Probably especially younger people will love her.

Carries with Press the Attack even further disables divers in team fights, giving all teammates a damage boost towards the diver.
: Swain is who has no real good Keystone. He will not be played until his rework. There are others that use DFT and are just making Due with the Rune now.
The damage over time of the Q, E and ult also reduce the cooldown of the comet keystone. I think it is especially stronger early game in comparison to DFT, but in teamfights the AoE damage is slightly reduced. But I agree that overall Swain has no really fitting keystone.
: more defensive early game options
The inspiration tree has a couple of defensive options for early game. The early-game biscuits help you stay healthy for early game fights plus mana for poking. If you are really scared of getting all-inned early game you can get Celestial Body giving you health at the cost of early-game damage. The free stopwatch can help you out one time. I think that mages in general have less interesting options for keystones in comparison to the other roles.
: Get Rid of Dark Harvest
I have similar issues with dark harvest. Here are my thoughts on it: **_Dark harvest makes feast or famine champions even more feast or famine_.** Dark Harvest was made for people focused on creating a leads and using their advantage. The keystone is good for assassin-like champions. Inherently these champions already are very strong when they are ahead and very weak when behind. Dark Harvest amplifies the overpoweredness of assassins when ahead and amplifies the underpoweredness when behind. When you are playing with a snowball champion in your team (Yasuo, Riven, Talon) it feels like you are tossing a coin determining whether you win or lose a game. When ahead these champions kill squishy champions almost instantly. When behind these champions become a very heavy burden for your team since these champions are rarely useful when behind, even more so in traditional teamfights. These players also keep pressing /ff since they are very weak and feel like they can't do anything anymore in the game. Overall this snowball creates frustrating behavior during the game and Dark Harvest amplifies this behavior. On top of that, **_Dark Harvest is another source of instant frontloaded damage_**. Other keystones are tweaked to not provide instant damage. Electrocute for example is not instantly procabble anymore. Assassin champions using Dark Harvest commonly use duskblade as well. In combination with armor penetration amplifying DH and DB damage it feels like you have no counterplay since you get blown up in like 0.25 seconds. Even tanks use DH to burst squishies (Hecarim with DH + tank only items for example).
: So a one time delayed damage on a 20s CD is the replacment for DFT? Thats like saying a Row boat is the replacement for a 437.
The cooldown scales down to 8 seconds but the most relevant feature of the keystone is that the comet cooldown gets reduced each time you damage a champion. For example, when you are Ziggs and hit bombs when the comet is on cooldown, your comet is available sooner. Do you have a specific DFT champion in mind for which you do not have a valid replacement keystone?

We're looking into a kind of hybrid configuration that has position preference, no ban phase, and draft picks. It'll take us a little bit of time to figure out whether that will "just work" since we've never had a queue like that before. If it does, we'll look to roll it out ASAP.

Thank you, blind pick makes it very hard to experiment with the new runes which is the most important change currently. There is a mechanic in place already where champions which are not owned by the other team cannot be banned. Maybe something similar is possible for recently updated champions or champions with new skins? The champion bans can be re-enabled again late in the patch cycle to make it similar to the live experience.

If I start creating one, save it halfway done, pick/lock a champion, then open it again, I land on a preset page (most likely because my previous page was unfinished, and time was running out, so I got assigned a preset rather than an unfinished one? - Not sure if this happens only when everybody has locked in and 10s remain before the end of the select) If I lock my champion early, hoping to get plenty of time to get it done, I'm still at the mercy of the possibility of every other player locking in, starting the 10s delay until the champion select is done. It might be just because I play exclusively draft modes on live servers... But making a rune page in blind pick has been a nightmare for me. So... fine with me to keep blind (I'd prefer draft, but I can deal with blind) if a few QoL changes are made for runepage creation during blind picks.

I have the same issue regarding rune page creation during blind pick. The fighting over the roles takes half of your time giving you 20-30 seconds to quickly select runes with a lot of warning messages regarding unfinished pages stealing even more time. I agree that blind pick helps in testing out mirror matchups and updated champions being picked instead of banned. This happens when your rune page doesn't have a rune for every slot at the last 10 seconds. Very frustrating as I was selecting the last runes in the smaller tree in a hurry and suddenly the pages swapped.
: Why is the PBE suddenly full of People from South America?
Before the re-opening of the PBE registrations only US players were allowed to play on the PBE. The playerbase of South America is about the sime size as the playerbase of the US.
