: Yo! Unfortunate that this seems to have cropped up again. If you're willing to make a quick change to your game.cfg file, the client will generate a new type of performance log that will give us more insight into exactly what's going on. Koalifier wrote up a good post on how to do this in your last thread, but I'll post it again here: We have a tool that lets us get more detailed performance info from your games. If you add a setting to your game.cfg file. Cfg file is in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config You will need to add "LiveProfile=1" (without the quotes) under the [Performance] section. If you have that section included in your game.cfg, when you finish a game, it will generate a log that we can use to analyze the performance. You can find that log here: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\Performance Logs With a format like "2017-12-06T22-05-40_PerfDump.rpd" If you set up that LiveProfile setting and generate any logs like that, we will get a much better understanding of what's going on.
Need any log submissions still? My fps dropped down to 22 then 16 then 6 (teamfights 6) but everything else 15-16 rest of mid game. It's pretty frustrating to deal with.
: Hi friends, today (2/6) Rengar makes his glorious return to PBE. Oh boy. Here's what's changed since we last saw him (more to come over the next few days as we finish bug sweeps and iterate on art). As mentioned earlier, removed the AP buffs due to game health worries for that build (we're already buffing it with Q lich bane synergy) Felt like overall damage was too low compared to live with the removal of upfront damage on ult so increasing Q scaling. Experimenting with W buffs to give a healthier jungle clear and faster ferocity generation. Some concerns that this makes top-lane bruiser Rengar too strong so may need to revert. Target ship date is 8.4, so we've got one last week to iterate on feedback. Gonna spam bruiser reng and give thoughts. It was always a solid type of Rengar. Decent damage mid game, meh damage later, but high surviveability throughout the game.

Old but thresh doesn't roam top and can pop over a wall, hook in front of my face and pop out of the wall, THEN chunk me for half my hp. All under tower. Thresh couldn't force me from under tower in top lane either without his adc dying bot. I feel like you don't understand league. Guess what though. They nerfed her throwing it through walls! It's progress.

Assassin mains weren't the only ones complaining, but other roles were as well. You cannot ask for nerfs to not happen after the bullshit meta we just got through experiencing with heal/shield supports being spammed to gain elo. You must have no clue how hard it was killing adcs in that meta if their support was nearby. Also, god forbid you didn't ban lulu. Not banning lulu was practically a death sentence for a melee assassin. I never want to experience a meta like that again because it didn't feel as if I lost based on skill vs those supports.

Why is Zed blade still on skin? Will his hunting knife and dreads ever be added? So, when his Q is reverted, it won't look as if he's stabbing with the air. Skin needs to be brought on par with headhunter if you want old vets add it to our collection. As of now, I see no reason to pick this over headhunter. Nighthunter - Only used for AP Rengar Headhunter - hands down best skin for Rengar SSW - bought because it was a team skin that was temporarily on sale at time Mecha - No reasons to buy so far. The gfx in bush is not enough.

It's in turmoil for sure, but community has been one of best I've been part of in the good times. You'll never learn of the effort, struggle, nor bonding of true Rengar mains, so don't speak in areas where you don't have ground to speak on. We hate the skin because it's not what we want. You're right about that at least.

That blade isn't even supposed to be there. It is supposed to be a giant knife, not something Zed-like.

Don't have details of metal, bronze, it looks like a kind of ... strange color. Could you put more effects on your ultimate, or turn it into a car? :3 He does not have his dreadlocks. Please put them. From a minor makeover in the chromas, they do not look the same in the assent and in-game. Rawwr
No way that base skin is 'beautiful', lol. Better if they scrapped this idea and worked on a better skin line for Rengar. Cybernetic cat isn't going to turn out well for sales.

Late but cbf to place anymore type of effort into showing tank rengar/bruiser will be strong this season... Again. After all the effort I put in when they reworked him got ignored, cbf doing it again. Took them half way in the season to nerf bruiser, when many Rengar players warned them about it preseason.

Only thing I find appealing about this skin is the effects from sitting in a bush. Dislike the model of the skin greatly. Thought he was missing an arm when I first used in-game. The blades on his arms seem backwards/too Zed-like. Aa after Q is still clunky. W doesn't even feel as if it's there (blame hp bug mostly for this). E is alright I guess when it works. Ultimate, not wow'd by it. 975 skin at most. **@Riot KateyKhaos** - May I ask why was this skin created? Last thing Rengarmains community wanted was a mecha skin after this shitty season Riot's champ rework team put us through. Throwing this skin out at the end of the season is just a big smack in the face. Many times, we suggested other skins such as Omega Squad Rengar, Surprise Rengar, Tiger Reng, and more. Instead, this is the long awaited skin we get? Better to have made a Mecha Lee Sin or some bot lane skin because profit would have been better made there. Better yet, could have made a pool party Rengar skin. Least we could add that to the meme collection. Played skin 3 times and it will be the only 3 times I ever use that skin. Headhunter will always be the best skin at this rate. **P.S. I have so much hatred balled up since preseason that I downvoted this thread.**

Loading client to test, but feel this is a 975 skin at most. That's my most unbiased opinion. If I were to be biased, wouldn't bother buying the skin because the champ has died out. Logging in just to test, though.

: Why the Sejuani Rework is disappointing. Thoughts from a long time Sejuani Main.
Believe they missed the opportunity of making sej's ult have her dismount off Bristle and give a new set of abilities. While dismounted, ever her a different set of abilities that resolve around her using her flail (think of a female thor but with a flail instead of hammer) and sheer strength. Tank while on boar->bruiser while in ultimate (this would go with those ad ratios they added, correct me if I'm wrong) Ability ideas: Q - Swing's flail in front of her (google runescape verac's flail animation for mental picture + a short leap) that deals damage based off some balanced ad ratio and cripples the target's movement speed. W - Whistles Bristle on a target (bristle can be cc'd / scale Bristle's damage off Sej's health?) and each attack he does applies a stack of Frost. Target automatically frozen at max stacks. E - Whistles Bristle to knock a target to the side and slows them * No clue how strong this ability would be if the target is stuck on Bristle's tusks and Sej can whistle him to move in a direction limited on where the target was originally at (seems cool though) R - Go back to tank form and ultimate goes on cooldown - seconds left in bruiser form. 15 seconds in bruiser form too much? Just wanted to share an idea that allows for sej to get on the ground and become a physical fighter like her lore mentioned her fighting other warriors in her tribe, and allows for Bristle to become more interactive like you mentioned. Before, I mentioned Xayah but hovered over enemy Rakan and bug splatted at start. Got in and hovered camera over our Rakan and bug splatted instantly. Don't know if it's been mentioned, but his alpha client abilities showcase needs to be updated. The icons are updated, just not the media.
: Compare or find here the ideas of LCK is a bit wrong that is simply a strategic move to play Rengar Top to deny it to the other team in Jungle. This is basically to witness the future changes but not really taken into account to balance future champs, buff, items, mobs, etc.
Didn't compare it as if they looked on pbe boards to find it. I played Rengar top only and jungle/support Rengar whenever I was autofilled (mid was a bit too rough to be consistent). It's common sense, to me, that Rengar top would be picked up by someone seeing he's in the meta at the moment and can be played as a tank/bruiser. Stick potential, slow/root, aoe damage, 50-100% heals and pick potential. It's like a pie baked and just left out for someone to eat.
: I do not think this is a good idea. Exhaust like all the other summoner spells, are meant to be available for use by everyone. Limiting it to one role would remove some strategies that teams and players use. Removing exhaust from other roles besides support is like removing ignite from everyone except mid lane.
Other lanes still have the option to use teleport, exhaust, and smite as meta intends. Don't see the big issue tbh. If you need to reduce heals, exec calling/morelo still exist.

: I feel like this will make squishy mage supports act even less like supports and take a different summ spell since exhaust won't be doing as much to save them anymore. Or it will force a tank support meta and a good amount of champions will get pretty dusty.
I can't see the reason(s) this would make squishy mage supports act less like supports if this spell is reducing the damage dealt by the person they are exhausting to all of your allies, except you. This proposal will target the solo lanes taking exhaust (top/mid) for dueling.

: Don't put Ryze on Aatrox's level.
If they go through with this, could reward ryze's who land their Q without using W prior with increased root duration on targets hit by Q. Wondering what would happen if they turn it into a skillshot that is a cone projectile of a decent size, with a range a tad bit shorter than his Q, and leave the stun duration alone. Or turn it into a skillshot like brand's W, but seems too hard hitting. Prob best to target the cooldown on it like you mentioned.

: Can confirm, had multiple games playing ARURF multiple bugsplats each game. Tried fixing the client and got a bugsplat also, Only started after the patch today. Unknown if its only on the mac client or not. n
I was on mac too when it crashed. I have a windows pc, so I'll try it out later to see if I crash on it.

In internal games, I have seen a huge majority of the bonus go to under-leveled supports. (Admittedly small sample size, but we will be tracking closely) Junglers are rarely getting significant XP. Most of the controls in-place for how the exp is calculated mean that only "critically under-leveled" players get the exp.

Hmm, I believe this should be for supports only because a jungler falling behind is usually from bad decision making. There shouldn't be any further cushions in-game to get a free ride back into the game after playing horribly. If you played your hand wrong, you should expect to lose unless you can somehow drag the game out past 40 mins. Also, I would like to see this for supports only because of the experience they lose whilst roaming (helping other lanes, providing vision, and clearing vision).

Iv seen so many games where 4 of the enemy team players peel for their carry but rengar simply 1 shots them and walks out healing back to full hp due to his W. I've seen him even get double exhausted and still kill the carry, when he isn't even that fed. Old rengar had more counterplay than this guy, but they won't revert to that. What would you do this current kit to add counterplay/fairness?

: Glad you're enjoying it! I'm going to be nudging Game Length up a tad (350pts) and seeing where that settles, so should be on PBE with the next deploy. I think there's two separate feelings here: One is that the game length is just too short, and the other is that you don't get as far in your itemization as you'd like (Which are obviously related, but independently tunable if we want to). I (clearly :D) agree with the former: We do definitely want the game to be on the shorter side overall, but it's ending a tad fast right now, so going to nudge it and see where it settles. That said, we do like it on the shorter end. The item one we're being cautious on. I definitely agree that it feels good to hit that full build, but where we're ending your build normally is where assassins usually pick up a pure defensive item (GA, etc.) As the game goes longer, we already see time to kill drop (Pretty significantly, in some cases). I'm trying to make sure we don't end up in a game state where we hit "Consistently die instantly with no window for a response", as I think having those moments to respond, even if they are on the shorter side, are a lot of what makes the mode work.
Definitely do see games being dragged out to full build being 'who gets the first attack" and can understand reasons for keeping it on the shorter game length side. Appreciate bumping the total points up!
