I've got a few questions on what your/riot's intentions are with her: 1. I'm assuming she's supposed to be a fully fledged assassin now, right? That's what I've heard riot said they wanted her to be in the past. 2. I think part of the clunkiness of new eve is that you have no "hit this skill for speed", meaning the 700 range of your passive is basically impossible to close since you walk at the same speed as your enemy (until you get to them). She feels like she has far worse gap close than live. Is this intended? 3. I'm curious about your thoughts on her gameplay fantasy. To me, eve was always the assassin that lurked in the shadows, waiting for people on the outskirts to forget about her or misposition and then instantly picking them off, before fading back into the shadows waiting for her next victim. Kinda like the cartoons where people on the edges get kidnapped left and right until suddenly the last person realizes there's nobody left. It seems as though your visions are more of a diver who kills 1 person and then gets out. Don't you think that's a bit counterintuitive with the idea of permastealth? Thanks in advance.

I don't think the Fiora nerf will affect her as much as people think, it only really affects her ability to run away a lot. If you are procing the vitals, you'll be getting the movement speed anyway, so she didn't actually lose much

: You have to also remember that darkin kayn's Q has almost no base damage compared to the standard and the shadow assassin does increased damage for the first 3 seconds of combat. But I do agree some things need to be changed, my recommendation would be changing the darkin abilities to scale the ability rank to make them a bit weaker if kayne manages an early transformation
Actually Q has a 0.5 AD+5% max hp base damage, which is more than the base damage of assassin form (135) against a target with 2k hp. Also, if both of them have the same (AD) build, Darkin Kayn does more damage even DURING the 3 second period of assassin kayn's passive. And that's to a squishy. It's not even comparable vs a person who has over 2k hp.

But then they should increase the base damage and decrease the scaling, Darkin Kayn shouldn't get rewarded for building AD more than Assassin Kayn does.

The problem with this being that in practice, he will simply not build AP and heal for the base amount (see Tryndamere).
: You built all damage and did a bunch of damage, that hardly means the kit is overloaded. It could probably stand to lose a few % in the spell vamp passive, but otherwise it only looks overpowered because the assassin form doesn't give him enough tools to assassinate that well compared to riven/yasuo/etc
The problem is that at 500 AD he deals 120% of maximum hp with Q+R alone. No W, no auto attacks. And then he heals for 80% of that amount. Not to mention Q has a 3 second cooldown with CDR. The max hp scaling is definitely too high right now for the darkin version.

I don't think your 3rd point makes sense. From a gameplay point of view, there is absolutely no reason to not know something that important about your own character.

Yup, that wasn't in the notes when I saw it. Shouldn't be a significant difference though, but they did say on reddit that the Duskblade passive was likely going to be buffed as they think 150 damage is too low too.

I believe you can unlock whichever form you want after a certain time limit, but the form you transform into is permanent. Damaging melee champions reduces the time left to transform into darkin form, and damage ranged champions reduces the time left to transform into assassin form.

You realize that the only real change Maw got is the 20 AD on the passive, right? The rest has always been there. Maw has always been an overpowered item against magic damage.

Can Akali E get a small rework too please? Also Kha'Zix feels like complete crap unless the opponents are grouped. Before, his W was decent (although nerfed heavily) while the enemies were grouped. Now Q and W both got nerfed FURTHER against non-isolated targets, and buffed EVEN MORE against isolated targets. His Q already did INSANE damage on isolated targets, often over half their health. Now it's just if you're isolated, you're just instantly dead with no counterplay, and if you're not, Kha'Zix is completely and utterly useless. What's his fallback pattern supposed to be if the opponents aren't idiots?

Talon secondary main (Eve mid is my primary main) here, new talon feels fun, but also rather underpowered. His passive is cool as long as the auto attack reset on his Q stays as it is right now on PBE. Pre-rework, Talon sometimes had difficulties getting even a Q off with the Q auto reset in a teamfight, because of how little time an assassin on the backline has before he gets melted. Now, having to get an auto off AFTER using all your skills feels like it would be almost impossible in a coordinated teamfight if the Q auto attack reset is nerfed. His Q feels like a worse version of Irelia Q. Dash range is very short, damage is decent, auto attack reset is great. His W, while it has better waveclear and longer range, feels a lot less reliable, meaning ADC's can easily get out. His E, while fun as heck, doesn't seem as useful in combat, and his blink was honestly the second most iconic part of Talon's kit to me. His R damage got reduced, but the guaranteed invisibility is great. Overall, Talon feels like he's very very underpowered now, and not just because of a numbers issue. Having his blink removed and his W getting a delay, and his R damage nerfed, it feels like there's almost no guaranteed damage you can get against an ADC with Flash, even if you get the perfect flank. Also, playstyle (in combat or lane) feels much more straightforward without the blink to dodge skillshots and get behind the enemy. Before, if an Ahri used her EQ incorrectly while mispositioning, you could E to dodge them both by going behind her, then chunk her to punish for the trade. Now you have no real way to avoid things like that anymore. Other than the roaming, Talon feels more boring and much weaker now.

Just wanted to give a suggestion, since I've been repeatedly hearing that the new Q feels weird. I think it would be super cool if activating the Q did the little half circle effect and then empowered your next auto to do the line attack. That way you can still burst from bushes, but you lose a part of the damage, while it lets you land the arc damage in a different direction as the line, and it should feel less clunky and more familiar that way too.

You need to hit at least 1 vital for it to go off. Are you sure you did that?

It happens every time you flash+Q or teleport+Q really fast, it seems like the Q target becomes where your Q would have targeted before you flashed/teleported (I.E. if you flash+Q it targets where you're standing right now since flash and Q both have 400 range, and if you teleport+Q it aims back toward where you were standing before you teleported). EDIT: Tried it a 4th time, trying to flash and Q in different directions and it kinda worked. Didn't seem to go in the direction I was pointing though? Teleport+Q also seems to have homeguard particles? (The particles around your feet that you get when you're running fast from homeguard) Try Flash+Qing at nearly the same time in the same direction.
: Upvoted, noticed the same thing right away, It also applies the crit dmg to the towers, normally you aren't supposed to be able to crit towers. Not even ashe can crit towers and she always crits on the 2+ atks.
I think that one is intentional, since Ashe only crits things that are slowed and she can't slow towers, and no other champion has a guaranteed crit on an ability
