: Swain Bug Thread
I would just like to repost this bug in case you thought you had squashed it. Swain Ultimate Hat Bug I've been playing a number of custom games with bots and the ultimate hat rune doesn't reduce Swain's ult cooldown. I also tested it in practice tool. Steps to reproduce: 1) Host a custom game or practice tool with a bot. 2) start game, select swain 3) pick the ultimate hat rune 4) Level to 6, get a soul fragment, and press R. Observe that the CD timer starts at 120 seconds instead of 115. Further casts of the ultimate continue to be completely ineffective in reducing the CD.
: Kogmaw Dark Harvest
Yeah, as of today this bug still exists. Here are the steps to reproduce it: 1. Make a rune page with dark harvest. 2. Start a summoner's rift or practice tool lobby, it happens in both. 3. Add Kog'Maw bot as an opponent. 4. Pick a champion for yourself, I tested it with Eve and Quinn. 3. Kill Kog'Maw, he won't drop a soul.

I haven't tested the others but Nidalee can actually proc this. I don't think it's terribly useful though.
: Gathering Storm wrong tooltip values
I can confirm and reproduce this bug. Here is how I reproduced: 1) I created a runepage, domination primary and sorcery secondary, picking the gathering storm rune. 2) I loaded up the practice tool with Shyvanna, picking the new rune page. 3) I waited 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the rune panel showed 5 AD instead of the 6 described on the tooltip, after 20 minutes I got 14 AD instead of 17, and after 30 minutes I got 29 AD instead of 34. 4) Since I picked domination and had some stats from the eyeball talent I made sure that the runes panel was accurately telling me the bonus AD I was receiving. Adding up all the numbers showed no problems there, so gathering storm is simply not giving the correct amount of AD. Thanks!

Hey, I've had a little more time to experiment and I'm a little confused on how the keystone Precision runes are supposed to interact with Azir's soldier attacks. They all use the same vague "attack" wording. This is how they work right now: Fleet Footwork: Soldier attacks will help build Energy stacks but you need a regular AA to proc the heal and movespeed bonus. This is a little weird but if you are familiar with Azir and how he works with rapidfire cannon it seems normal, although the description just says "your next attack is Energized". Lethal Tempo: As of the bugfix today soldier attacks will proc the increased duration just like a basic AA. "Attacking a champion increases the duration to 6 seconds". Press The Attack: Soldier attacks do not count for this mastery at all, but the description just says "Attacking the same champion..." To improve the wording I would refer to previous precedent established by rapidfire cannon and runaan's hurricane. Rapidfire cannon explicitly says that "attacking" builds stacks and that "Firecannon" boosts your next "basic attack", which from how it works in-game suggests that soldier attacks count as an "attack" but not a "basic attack". Runaan's Hurricane doesn't work with Azir soldiers and but only says it enhances "basic attacks." So we have the language to clarify the keystones here, it's just a matter of how they're supposed to behave. I'm not sure if champions other than Azir are really affected by the attack/basic attack distinction but they're probably around.

: Evelynn Update - Questions, concerns and overall comments!
I miss blue tango eve. I thought when you updated it you'd find some kind of compromise between the full blue and going as caucasian as the splash. Full blue like the old skin might have been overdoing it but I think some kind of unusual color is actually necessary on Tango Eve. She doesn't have the crazy large headgear/hairstyles that the other skins do to help communicate that it's really Eve. It's not like you removed shadow's headpiece when people said they hated it. But without either big headgear *or* an unusual skin color Tango looks like a random blonde chick with Eve's animations. I still can't believe it's actually Eve. It's just eye candy now. Shyvanna's non-base skins all have normal skin tones but they at least take the other characteristics (equipment, silhouette) seriously.

I agree, I feel like they screwed up the splash art and then bowed to player pressure, and now the *only* eve with a weird skin tone is the base skin, which has the super doofy hair I dislike. I know flesh toned skins sell better but I really liked how the blue and red went together on tango both before the rework and before the texture tweak. Tango Eve doesn't even look anything like eve anymore, just a random blonde. The only hope for the ol' style blue evelynn now is a new skin, please consider it in the future.
