You're absolutely correct. It's a testing environment full of people who either troll, can't/don't want to properly play the game, or can't even load into the game at all giving everyone else an unfun "testing" experience. Oh, and speaking of testing, if we're to test skins Riot Games creates for testing and feedback purposes (Feedback threads, etc.), then why does nothing change? I only ask because I see you comment on PBE users posts a lot, and figure you might be a moderator of PBE forums with some much needed answers.

Imagine replying to multiple peoples comments about PFT and... telling them get fucked. What's the purpose of PBE if it isn't to test, gather feedback from results, and provide constructive criticism in order to better the outcome of something? If there's no purpose in "Please adjust this" Or "Please clean this up a bit" pleads from the community that's helped you turn into Riot GameS, then why bother with feedback threads? To pass the feedback down the line for.... who exactly? None of the feedback that has seemingly been passed along improved anything. 9.23 is an AAtrocious patch when it comes to skins. Justicar Debonair Aatrox for ranked gold+ players, and... the thing we shall not name + a prestige version of it. EDIT: Forgot to add that no one really likes Omnistone either. I agree klepto was a bit strong but not entirely too sure the new rune is what should've taken it's place

First note. It's actually a Gnar eternal mission and a Gragas eternal mission. Second note. With the amount of backlash from the community over eternals, I believe that these are put on the far back back burner. They don't even have images coordinated to the champion the eternal is for now.

People are probably thinking "Lol pbe isn't for free skins it's to test and track bugs, and leave feedback on what we like and what we don't before they hit live" Well graceful people of the PBE that think this way, you're absolutely correct! However, in order to test and leave feedback on skins and features, we actually have to have access to them first! I know! How shocking. Re-introducing the RP aspect into the PBE has been a straight-up buzzkill and restricts us from testing all new things added into the PBE. Sorry, but I personally don't want to grind for a set of skins in a TESTING ENVIRONMENT. Get it? Testing environment meaning environment to test new things before they are set to go to the live servers. Riot, if you're reading this, either remove the RP system for PBE and re-introduce BE pricing, increase the amount awarded through the mission, or decrease the time between each mission. 19 hours in-between RP awarded for what, 2 1350 RP skins and mayyybe a chroma or two? Absurd and too long if you're wanting us to test and give you feedback. Just IMO though. Take this with a grain of salt if you want. {{sticker:sg-ahri-2}}

Alright... lets start off with things that are done right with the skin. 1. The R2 vfx is actually really cool, and I enjoyed it. .... thats it. Lol. Tbh the skin gives me mad Headhunter Akali vibes, and the E and slightly the passive circle was taken from headhunter with slight alterations. What wasn't taken is the cool SFX you get with the passive ring on HH akali, the half decent vfx on shroud. (Rain?! Not glitched smoke or something more cyber-y? Maybe mix the two?) And yes, K/DA Akali with the dragon on her back was apart of the skin in more than just the model. But lets not bring it over to the project skin too. Couldn't a project icon be projected on her back with her color instead? Also, possible visual bug but maybe it's just the more robotic facial look. But she has a black line across her face in her joke animation. Feedback 1. Please give the skin a walk animation. Something of a similar walk to Jhin's. Something to make the player instantly tell he's a powerful person amongst the Project Universe. 2. Some possible cybernetic noises while he's in idle. 3. Could've used more intimidating taunt animation. Something like him holding the blade out that's transformed into the snake hissing at the other player. 4. Possibly a project coin icon for his "Your Cut" pop up image? 5. Perhaps a little more of a slithering animation from the snake on E before it returns back to Pyke? 6. Same idea that EquyNox had. Project border around the screen if Pyke gets a reset. 7. If at all possible (if it isn't implemented already with the chromas), please change the color accordingly to the chroma for the E snake and lashes from his R? 8. More fluorescent coloring on the tubing (Maybe just me nitpicking)
: Teamfight Tactics is coming to PBE for testing!
This is some of my personal experience from TFT (After the nearly day and a half wait time). I'm just going to narrow it down to pros, cons, and some feedback for the future of TFT. Pros: The loss streak system helps get you back into the game easier The investment system is easily notable with the (I'm going to call them) coin jars on the side of your board. Overall enjoyable experience. Something to play if you aren't wanting to play rift, tt, or aram. The little legends!! Adorable creatures. The design and art is smooth and pleasing to the eye. Cons (Will also add bugs here): (Bug, I think?) If your champion is too far away from an enemy, they will literally stop moving all-together. Unsure if it may just be a routing problem. Auto attack visual bug I ran across with lissandra. (Green squares appeared from her hands.) Unsure how to replicate No noting of where the elementalist buff (Daisy) will appear at the start of the battle. No information about carousel champions and what they do. No tutorial for beginners. (I know there's videos and stuff on youtube, but it doesn't necessarily translate itself well into the hands on experience.) Some parts of information need to be added for better strategies. (DPS chart, What items build into what (Something I can read without having to alt tab for Scarra's chart.) Percentage of each tier 1-5.) No marker for your legend in carousel making it hard to track where you are. Feedback: This is a very good game mode, and one I believe will stick around for a while due to what it is. It only relies on strategy and your own personal decision making. I will more than likely be playing this mode more frequently once it comes onto live servers. During my time playing the game and watching videos, there were times where through the first three battle phases, someone didn't get an item, and then there were some people that got full items before the 3 minion wave phases ended. I would think it'd be more fare to players if there was at least one item drop from each round, or at least 2/3 rounds containing some sort of an item drop to help better your chances of success during the first fights against actual people. Watching the game evolve in only a matter of the first few days is crazy, and I can't wait to see what other synergies players can come up with, but I also hope there will be no real established meta as it will only ruin the game mode just like it did with nexus blitz. I guess I do have a question though, if I were to suggest types, species, and ultimate's for champions that are not yet implemented into TFTactics, where do I do that? I have lots of ideas I'm willing to share.
: 2 questions. 1. Is it going to be a permanent game mode? 2. are the games going to last ~40 min? Any plan on reducing it?
1. They said it would all depend on the amount of playing with the new mode (Like nexus blitz) 2. Autochess games last from 30-40 minutes (Speaking from watching videos and experience myself). The only real way to reduce the time would be how much health you are given as everything else is done automatically (Fights, prep time, etc.) I know I'm not a rioter but I hope this sorta answers your questions.

Bug I have reported earlier but obviously not seen or maybe I'm not understanding kayle's new passive. Kayle transcends into her next form before the proper level on her passive if she puts an additional point from a skill elixir. In this custom game, the game is not recognizing that Kayle herself is not level 11, but that she has 11 points in her skills. So, she is in her ranged form a level earlier than what the passive states, which is level 11. She proceeds to evolve into her final form a level earlier also due to the skill elixir. The first time I tried I clicked skins, then chromas, (I've been on here for like 3 years so I have everything btw) to see if there was any update on the other two chroma sets, and it gave me a session expired screen. I reloaded the client, and I didn't even get to the skins tab without the screen.

Yeah I had one other rune pages when I created the second one, I didn't think it was with just the precision tree. I was messing around with runes when I ran into the bug so I didn't really know how to recreate the steps correctly seeing as I only experienced it on the Precision tree.
: RIot actually increased the number of rune pages allowed for the new runes. Before we were only allowed 2 pages. Now, we are allowed 3 pages. The increase wasn't forgotten. It was just a small bump of 1 page. Edit: 3 editiable pages.
I know but that was there before yesterday. That was there either last thursday or friday. If you see there [Runes reforged schedule](https://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/aKjTkBmH-runes-reforged-and-rune-page-limits-testing), it says that by 10/24, there would be no restrictions on your rune page building and it'd be the last time they rotate it with the old runes and masteries.

Yeah watching the chroma spotlight (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9tcPfmEhN8) when they did a run through of the Mecha Kha chromas felts kinda sad because you had Aatrox and Rengar have these cool backing animations while Kha was just in his idle animation looking around (For maybe his newly wanted recall animation?). No, I believe they made this change to prevent the store from being bombarded with new players buying everything, and by cycling 8000 RP and 5 BE every 24 hours it'll help test what you'd like to permanently. It's a restriction for what you want to play for the day, but maybe in the future they will potentially put the store prices back to normal and RP BE amounts back. Depends on how everything tests out for them.
