Tested it today and it still doesn't work, but CAN be activated for the size increase. Also, I don't know if this is any real concern, but it seems to increase the size of Cho'Gath past his stack limit. In fact, it increases his size past Cho'Gath with 10 stacks, Sterak's active, and Iron Skin Elixir active.

: Kled Gameplay Feedback Thread
A couple things: Passive - It's pretty good, but I feel like Skaarl is a little too big when Kled remounts (as in health). However, I do like the feeling of Kled wanting to never retreat due to his Passive. I just feel like the sudden burst of health can feel unfair to opponents since essentially interacting with Kled gives him Courage. Basically, the Passive feels perfect when playing as Kled, matching his thematic extremely well, but the sudden burst of health for just interacting with Kled can leave an opponent feeling like they don't have much of a chance when fighting Kled. Q and W - W feels a little too weak early game for me. In order for it to be a good spell at all early game, you have to max it, but this leaves you feeling like you are missing out on the great Q scaling. Basically, Kled is very conflicted on what to max between his Q and W, leaving him feeling like he is really missing out on the other spell. Ultimate - This spell is really, really fun to use, but that fun is really limited by the cool down. I'm pretty sure many would agree with me that we would be fine with the damage this ability gives being reduced for it to be able to be used more often. Also, an On the Way ping should be used on this spell like Teleport and other similar abilities.

Could we make Fiddle's Passive move up duration scale with R rank? It doesn't last very long at all right now and barely not long enough between W casts usually. Making it scale up like 1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds would help remove some of his clunkiness on his Drain later in the game when he begins to get 20-40% CDR since he will be using W after W within about 2.4-1.8 seconds of the last.

I heard they nerfed his W range, which I really disagree with. Kennen's W range being slightly out of most AA ranges is what gave him his own edge in Top Lane and a little in Middle Lane.

I think they need to buff it to something like: +50% Attack Speed +10% Life Steal UNIQUE Passive: Deal 3% of the target's max health (minimum of 25 bonus damage) as bonus physical damage. (Max of 100 physical damage versus monsters and minions) On-hit now contributes towards life steal. The attack speed is buffed, the life steal from the jungle item now also works on units other than monsters, the on-hit now deals minimum damage and more max damage vs. monsters, and the on-hit now contributes towards life steal healing.

Something I would like to note is that, when I first started playing him, I had no idea what exactly the direction I should be going was. What items maximize my damage? What is a good ability combo? What should I use my abilities for? The only thing I really got was to hit people with E and then W, or vice versa. His Q and R just seem kind of out of place, mainly his Q. I can somewhat see it, but at the same time I feel like his Q has a duel identity issue. A big delayed AoE silence, but also the reset option for E without using ultimate.

No, it would not unless the life steal is from Death's Dance or Hextech Gunblade.
: His CD on Live for W is 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds long which start at W cast. His W can last up to 5 seconds if it is not broken/cancelled. If you are able to always get the full drain duration off the CD is actually 5 / 4 / 3 / 2 / 1 seconds long. If broken/cancelled its would generally be on a longer cd if broken about before 3 seconds in of casting. Fiddlesticks is a stationary target where 2 of his most important damaging abilities are negated if he is CC'ed or channel is broken by what ever means.
With 20% CDR at Rank 5 Drain, Fiddlesticks can permadrain on Live. Here, he would have to wait 2.4 seconds to Drain again, a large amount of time in League of Legends. However, this now also starts at this time even if interrupted, so it makes CC counter Fiddle less.

I feel like this new Fiddlesticks is in the right direction, especially with the Drain change. However, I would just change the Drain change to be 3 seconds at all ranks. Another thing I might do to Fiddlesticks would be to make the mana cost of Drain happen over the duration, such as: 16/18/20/22/24 mana per second This way it also eliminates Fiddle's mana problem of "Drain, aw crap I got canceled. Drain, oh no another cancel." That is 240 mana out the window. This would be a lot better.

It hits more times, it's just the damage gets really low without AP and it can only apply the passive 3 times, instead of the 6 times it hits.
: I agree that the Q is not very satisfying. It also SUCK for chasing someone. It needs to ether give Shen a movement speed boost or He needs to be able to move it ahead of him like Azir's soldiers so he can get the slow off. As a team player what would be cool is if someone gets passed through the lower % health damage is for the the next 3 attacks from allies too. Also the shield from his passive is really slow. If you trigger it off your Q he only gains it when the sword reaches him but W and E he gets it right away. Having Q act differently then the others seems off and most of the time is too slow to stop damage you are reacting to.
I posted a suggestion that Shen, instead of slowing enemies, steals their movement speed with his Q to make him be able to position better and make it be better for chasing. Also, I agree on the Q thing. It's very annoying!

I feel like Xerath would zoom out WAY too far since his is a circle around him in a longer range rather than a cone in a shorter range. I agree overall with the Shen change however.

The real problem with his new kit is he isn't active enough with it. He has to wait on cool downs CONSTANTLY, which is way out of the usual design for an Energy champion who should be limited by Energy, not cool downs.

Yeah, I agree on this one. Plus, Mounting Dread I would say is more of a wolf ability since he delivers the blow. All Lamb does is say "That one!"

I would say them. However, I will most likely say she/her more since Lamb is the primary part of the champion overall (you control her). Wolf is more of a pet.
: The problem most people have with him I think is that he has an untargetable engage tool. You can't stop him from going in without long range, because he'll just Q through anything. I know this isn't a Yi thread, but why not make it so he has to auto or hit someone with Alpha Strike before he can target them with it. Maybe a 5 second cd on the (can target this person)?
I feel like that would actually be a huge nerf that would make him unplayable. Ganks pre-6 would be near impossible if Im reading that correctly. Anyways, Bruiser Yi is... kind of OP I guess. I mean, he isn't just incredibly OP. I think if they made his R cool down decrease on kill a flat amount of seconds instead of 70% reduction, then it would be better balanced. He should be able to kill one target usually, but then get shut down if he can't keep up with the enemy's crowd control and such. Right now he might have the same problem on the release of the rework due to Devourer where he is untargetable way too often since a Devourer strike makes him able to basically reset his Q cool down after getting a kill.

You seem to have forgotten {{champion:10}} I also don't find Yi to be a problem really, he isn't just a stomp. He needs a team with really good engage and most good engagers are Junglers so that restricts the champions he can be paired with without getting shut down by another carry. Xin might be a problem though since he has more healing in-combat and has crowd control. That's a personal champion problem however and not Devourer itself. Also, Vayne shouldn't be getting Devourer. That's too good if it ever became meta.

My thoughts? She is really good. If the Wolf Jungling bug is fixed, they will NEED to reduce the % health damage per stack and give it a cap against monsters. A full build Kindred can solo Baron within 15 seconds with 10 hunts, which would be easier to achieve once the Wolf bug is fixed. Past balance, there is some interesting builds for her... {{item:3931}} {{item:3006}} {{item:3153}} {{item:3085}} {{item:3035}} {{item:3071}} This is a pretty standard build for her in my eyes at the moment. It's her more sustained damage build that allows her to deal a lot of damage, especially against Tanks. I would always recommend getting Devourer and Bork by the way for the sheer synergy with her passive. {{item:3930}} {{item:3006}} {{item:3153}} {{item:3078}} {{item:3087}} {{item:3031}} This build is much burstier than the sustained damage build. It allows her to deal really great damage to squishy targets, synergizing with her W with Statikk and Trinity Force. {{item:3933}} {{item:3006}} {{item:3153}} {{item:3085}} {{item:3072}} {{item:3035}} This is the super farm build I came up with. The most notable strength of this build is it allows her to Solo Baron with ease and makes her become an objective queen (and king!).

I was listening to their VO and I thought of this. Make a marked target able to hear the echo in Kindred's voice as she walks, but only for move command lines and taunts. That way, it leaves a sense of fear in her target. As in, not the full line of speech, but just the ending echo after they finish talking.

What if they entirely moved Summoner Spells to boots and made you be able to duel enchant your boots for like 3000 gold. Then replace the current Summoner Spells with something new that isn't so... biased. Or just make it so every champion has Flash and only Flash then can get boot enchants. And before everyone says then every champion would get the flash enchantment, would you really? All the time? ON EVERY CHAMPION?

Isn't actually all that incredibly OP of an item compared to some other Black Market items and actually might help with Support diversity out of this game mode, although Thresh would still be prominent) **Boot Enchantment: Teleport** (Good for split pushers and such, especially Shen. Top Lane Teleport Tanks also like this, since they might be able to take another spell besides Teleport OR get double teleport and get double presence. I think this is mainly in this game mode since Brawlers will push the lanes so hard that being away from a tower too long is for sure a tower death, so it may be picked up by EVERYONE. I think his R shouldn't knock up enemies as he comes out, but instead root enemies in the indicator until he appears. That way it can be used, as you said, as initiation. Although, Im not too sure about this since he seems to be at a decent balance point.

If you have vision of an enemy as in ANY enemy champion, you will know it since it shows up on them as a buff and you could simply know by clicking on them and checking their buffs.

Its because he gains the highest mana regeneration per level, at a whopping 1 per 5 seconds, compared to the previous highest of 0.9. He also doesnt have the highest mana costs and his highest mana costing spell is on a 20-12 second cool down.
