: Listen to how the LCS Casters talk about Nidalee - She's a problem
The biggest problems are that 1.The act of nailing a long range skillshot is extremely rewarding 2.The act of saving someone with a strong heal is considered clutch and very nice for the healed teammate and Nidalee. It's entirely on Nidalee for those things to be fun. For the enemy team it's just "well I guess I just have to deal with it" which is about as fun as taking a Nunu snowball to the face at 40% CDR. You have to dodge them all. There's no "I'll dodge it and open up a chance for some counterplay," it's just "I guess we have to dodge them all." This isn't even getting started on the cougar form problems or even the invisible bugs.

: thanks for the report - sent this to gragas team!
: I absolutely love this new rework. I've actually been hitting a slump where new things in League just weren't making me laugh out loud like they usually do, but for some reason this rework makes me happy to contribute. So I shall contribute! I'd love to talk directly and spend some free time helping out if that's any help at all! My only credentials are that I love redheads, AD Carries, and I'm Plat 2. But more importantly, the individual spells: Strut- A good indicator. I get why you guys don't want to give her free movespeed in trades even behind minions as that would be overbearing, and making that her strength would be a reason to pick her that would be a huge pain... but it still comes at the cost of many MF fans hating it with a passion. My suggestion would be to give her the Pantheon treatment: only allow impressive damage from monsters and minions to hurt the passive. That way rogue damage late game doesn't ruin her buzz, but early game she gets haggled by the ranged minion as she tries to trade in lane. If I'm wrong about this whole thing then have at, but if not, there's what I would say. Double Up - 3 SECONDS. It's *satisfying* at this tempo, please don't change this. It even makes it noticeable to get CDR now. Might be dangerous to have a 1.8 second Q with such high damage, though! It still procs on-hits and Impure Shots, however. Don't know if that's intended... but dang it hurts. Between this and her new E, she has the chutzpah to take on some of the strongest lanes in the current meta even with the lack of a gap closer. Impure Shots - Build AD to do magic damage. Theorycrafters drool. I love how it rewards you for attacking first and then ulting, by dealing maxed out damage with your ult from the start. I love how you can ult first and then deal maxed out damage with your autoattacks from the start. By late game you're doing 50% of your AD in magic damage, basically Lucian but with 2/3s physical and 1/3 magical. The fact that she's also a dual gunner makes this so thematically perfect it hurts. Might even be too strong, but I'd love for this to be a major part of her kit at the cost of other things. My one gripe is I have no idea how much damage I'm doing at the moment. This is fun and exciting when I'm not sure whether I can kill my target or not and I manage to win, but... also not fun when I have no idea whether I can kill my opponent or not and I manage to lose. An indicator, something minute that tells me how many stacks I have on the enemy, would be great. Doesn't have to be as extreme and vital as Twitch stacks, but something small would be nice. If there already is something, I didn't even notice. Make it Rain - VIABILITY! The fact that W no longer crucially needs to be leveled (the moment it didn't increase in damage I switched to E) means I max this second or first, and it works for me. Increased slow is *incredibly* strong, she might not even need it to be overpowered with her new damage, but I wouldn't mind it being a focus point for her strengths. Its only weakness is the short range. That and her lack of gap closer are her two weaknesses in versatility, but that's always been around. Up to you guys. Ultimate - The fact that you build AD to do more magic damage and AP to do more physical damage might wow everyone or it might make everyone mad and demand that it's bad. I love it, but I'm mostly a "Johnny" when it comes to MTG classification, so I won't say that I know what others think. As intended, it does poor damage at the start and impressive damage the more stacks you have. The AP Ratio could be a *tad* higher, but this is already a very powerful kit, statwise, so making the ultimate stronger should come at some costs. All together, Miss Fortune - EXTREMELY powerful in lane. With reduced cooldown on Q, maxing it means the auto+Q is overwhelming not only in trades, but in big fights, AND in snowballing/poking. It doesn't look fun to play against, sadly. However, I'm not playing against people who are not actively trying to counter that.
(continued) HOWEVER, I can also choose to max E, giving my support a 3 second massive slow that deals impressive damage to anyone who dares try to dive, like Thresh or Leona. The amount of power and flexibility she has in bot lane is unreal. No gap closer, capable of outdamaging Jinx and Thresh or Lucian and Thresh, the two highest damage bot lanes atm. It's insane and very refreshing, though I don't know if I'm enjoying the overpoweredness of it or not. Either way, she will step into the circle of currently used ADCs with this monstrous kit. Later in game however, when teams rely on not only the ADC damage but their utility and specialties, MF's is an AoE spam that warms up her autoattacks. Does it do the job? For the autoattacks, yes. And that might be all that an ADC cares about. My first impression is that the ultimate is very rewarding to ME, when it stacks up, but against the entire team it wont kill them. Which might be just what you're going for. Keep in mind however that a maxed E + ult will at the current moment oneshot any ADC, especially if you have some iteration of Triforce or Magic Pen or Last Whisper. That's a forced gap closer, as the slow means there is no escape. She doesn't deal any more damage in Ultimate-only AoE than a Jinx ult at around 1/2 hp, which sounds okay for a 5 person AoE that empowers autoattacks. I'm down with it. Her typical weakness, the lack of gap closer and passive shutdown, is still nice and destructive, and will always hurt her dearly. Triforce and Fury helps this immensely now, but it will still make her very reliant on the enemy teamcomp to be picked. You DID make her a bot lane destructive force, however! Does this change the meta? A champion who commands the bot lane, and who can manipulate an entire teamfight the way she wants it with a superpowered slow, a ridiculous amount of movespeed, and an AoE that now makes her ADC capabilities incredibly powerful? Yes to the bot lane metagame because at the moment she destroys Jinx, her counterpart as a fellow girl without a gap closer, but while Jinx has a hard cc and global AoE, MF has a cone AoE and a slow. If you want her to be this strong it will change up things and make more tourney games take a gamble with teamcomps. But late game she will require specialized teamcomps and strategy to keep her afloat. Is that okay? Who knows, I'm not in charge of any pro teams. But the damage is real. The possibility is there and I love it.

: [Hopefully 4.5] Gragas Rework Feedback Thread
After playing him a few times, there is a LOT I like, and a lot I dislike from the enemy's viewpoint. But I don't have enough tact to say it quickly without making a long long essay. Is it possible to talk to someone directly?
: >But having an item with 15% CDR was so convenient for some builds. :( Not sure how you will address that missing 5% now, adding it to niche items doesn't seem like it would help if you wouldn't buy those items anyways. True - that's the current problem with lucidity, it's the 15% niche item. Scattering 5%'s around might be a messy but more functional solution. It's something that we'll definitely have to address in the long run but honestly, lucidity wasn't really solving the problem currently. :x
You're not seeing the scope of Lucidity boots at the moment, I think. The reason Lucidity is not often picked is because it does not directly influence the offense/defense balance of a champion. Tanks who could really gun for CDR boots are going to go after Ninja/Mercs, while carries and mages who rely on damage go for Zerks or Sorcs. The reason it's a "niche" is because CDR is itself a niche, one that has many influences like Blue Buff and Elixir and other scattered places. But those that DID use CDR as a direct aid to their combat would get Ionian boots and use them well. The problem with moving that 5% from Ionian is that if you do, people will just use the Masteries + "other5%CDRitem" to get their 10%, and then because Ionian Boots do not directly affect their output, they will just use Sorc Shoes / Defense boots like always. So the champs who had never used Ionian boots will just be buffed randomly by 5% CDR, while those who used Ionian Boots as their niche pick, like Blue Ezreal and other big changers, will disregard Ionian now that it only gives 10%. If you zoom out, you have to realize you're asking people to buy a 10% CDR item as their boots, compared to Spell Pen or Armor or Tenacity. If you MUST nerf it down, which personally I don't think is necessary at the moment as the Ionian boots are one of the few wildcards left for pros to theorycraft in, then it doesn't need a price decrease to solidify it as a non-legendary choice, but it needs something more to make it worth being bought instead of ignored.

: Yasuo Turret-Blocking: Good or Bad?
Broken. It's just far too easy to use at the moment. Maybe with a reduced uptime so it blocks one turret shot at most it would be balanced, but at the moment it's far too easy to control turret dives for it to be considered as a point of balance.
