I feel like his ult is very fancy and awesome at first glance, but in using it, it feels lackluster the slowness of the start of the ult with the range indicator for opponents makes it exceptionally hard to land not to mention how long of a delay is in between shots, it currently gives too much counterplay in experience and feels over bad in practicality. Same here, on the fourth bullet I was unable to cast W, or E, I haven't tried the rest. Repro instructions - 1. Enter game as Jhin level up W. 2. Auto attack 3 times. 3. Attempt to cast W nothing will happen. 4. Fire fourth shot and reload. 5. Cast W as per normal. W will not be able to cast until you have reloaded. Not sure if it's intended or not but if it is, graying out the ability icon should be added.

Really? I'm not testing it out of spite, but that seems interesting. Are they priced to be purchased in mass or is it something that's supposed to be a well worked for item? As in, if you put a lot of work into getting the chest + key thing, is the long animation a good payoff, or is it just a hassle due to the frequency of having to open these things?

Lol, but isn't having all champs and playing ARAM the true ARAM mode? Otherwise it's defiantly not All Random.

That's what I don't get, there were legacy skins that can't be purchased on PBE through the shop, why not just see if the loot system works on those? Another way Rito doesn't think things through.

I'm still so salty though. I understand PBE accounts are sort of a privilege, but man it would have been nice to actively have a choice of what you wanted. Why wouldn't they reset the skins isn't that part of the "loot system" as well?

This is the most infuriating thing they have done in a long time. Only ranked que brings out everyone that's toxic and it makes every game a try hard stomp that's a one sided victory. I mean seriously, how the hell do I get matched with a draven on the team that didn't buy boots, at 30 min, let alone just stand there and let the other team kill him. PBE is shit, they don't listen to us anyway. Why do we even play on it.

: Rageblade and Gunblade are the two important parts. I'm trying to figure out if I want or need a sheen item because trinity force didn't feel very good. I want to try Death's Dance to supplement all the healing. Nashors or Lich Bane could be good. The build feels a little wierd in that you don't do a lot of damage from any one source, but if you hit q's, autoattack, hit w, use E for damage, all continually, I think the damage output from this build is really high. It's also a good mix of physical and magical. It's a wierd set of items, but you end up proccing a bunch of stuff on your Q. Also having the aoe from the rageblade on Q's and AA's as Ezreal is pretty nice. The other important part is to take the Fervor mastery.
I'll test it out for a couple games and let you know if it feels better than the current ADC build.

After playing games as ezreal, it does not feel rewarding to have crit in your build at all, the main draw and the reason I main Ezreal is the ability to poke/burst champions instead of sustained DPS (unless you are a god of skillshots) it was his niche to be able to poke for lots of damage, they took that away and the build path feels awful, I'm severly dissapointed with the current play style push they are putting on EZ they are making him more bland and more like every other marksman, wasn't the intended purpose of these items and kit changes to allow strategic diversity? This completely missed the mark on what EZ was as a champion. This could all be alleviated if EZ's Q was allowed to crit for (20-50) X% bonus damage. It would make his whole build path and everything much more cohesive and bring back the poke/burst playstyle.

Yea that is pretty nasty, but not all that game breaking, his Q already did truckloads of damage if farmed correctly. should have prefaced with at least only counting minions, dealing that much damage to a group of champions is OP, but for farming purposes, I don't have an issue with that.
: It's hard to believe I was the first comment on this huge post. Anyway yeah. They need to buff Varus's playstyle a little bit and Ezreal in general, focusing around Ezreals W and Q. People are complaining that his Q doesn't crit but MF's ult does for a small amount. Which honestly doesn't sound that bad. Why not allow his Q to crit for like 40-50% bonus damage. I could so see a crit Ezreal build working tbh. It's kinda like playing lucian/vayne that way. Cause you jump in the middle and Q someone auto attack the others to death with your passive and crits along with sheen proc'd Q crits along with manamune ect. And with the crits Ezreal's Essence Reaver would sync with him and give him cdr and mana. ALL JUST BY GIVING HIS Q A CRIT DAMAGE MULTIPLIER! If that became possible you could literally play ez in all adc form builds. Crit/blue/glass/ap/standard/ect so many options. If all that were possible my new build for Ezreal would be something like this. {{item:3042}} {{item:3006}} {{item:3078}} {{item:3508}} {{item:3035}} {{item:3072}} I'd probably swap out the Bloodthirster for a BotRK if I need more percent damage versus tanks. This full build would give me. 50% attack speed (+BotRK's 40% if you get it) (Don't forget your passive) 270 attack damage 250 bonus health 1250 bonus mana 40% cooldown reduction 40% critical strike chance 20% life steal 45 flat move speed 5% move speed multiplier That was an estimate so if I got it wrong that's fine. Anyway the point of all of this is to say to a Rioter that we'd much rather see a crit on Q much more an effective buff rather than 1.1 ad ratio on q instead of 1.0 or the cd buff to his Q which allows his other abilities to get off cd faster which really isn't all that important to an adc. Crits are. Which by changing the items out like they are ezreal isn't gonna be picked often. Especially with his new core path being {{item:3042}} {{item:3006}} {{item:3078}} {{item:3508}} This holding true to Ezreal it just doesn't seem fair to him at all. In the next coming meta (I.E. ADC/Assassin meta) Ezreal isn't gonna be able to even hold against these adc's or foes. This just puts him forcefully into the mid lane as an AD caster mid laner. Cause he can't go ap cause he can't farm in ap as well. And if he goes bot lane he'll just get destroyed by all these new adc's. I strongly suggest the listed buff for Ezreal (tweak the numbers to your liking though. Q "Mystic Shot" Now has a 1.0 AD Ratio on his Q and no longer has the 0.5 bonus CD reduction on landing his Q on an enemy. *NEW* Ezreal's Q "Mystic Shot" can now crit for _(x)AmountOfBonusDamageHere_ bonus damage. (I was thinking around 50% or something but that's up to you.) ORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR THIS IDEA Q "Mystic Shot" Now has a 1.0 AD Ratio on his Q and no longer has the 0.5 bonus CD reduction on landing his Q on an enemy. *NEW* Ezreal's Q "Mystic Shot" can now crit for UP TO _(x)AmountOfBonusDamageHere_ bonus damage (I.E. Just like last time but this change is a bit more fair to the crit idea for Ezreal. As now with this one you have to stack up first to even get the chance to get crit damage.) In fact all these ideas you could alter it to where you make it where for however much crit you have the more damage your Q does for a CHANCE to deal that much crit damage over scaling or something. Please run this over to the team. I really don't see these as a bad ideas whatsoever. I don't even see how they could be in anyway possible. At least consider them.
That would be the best direction to take EZ with the current items, I never understood why {{champion:41}} parleying a barrel causes crits, but a mystic shot cannot?
: Yes, I understand that that bug is there. It's makes farming way too easy and hitting a group of enemy champions is like throwing bowling balls at them. Even so, however, I find it to be extremely powerful on him. If you're 1 v 1 with someone, the bug doesn't matter. You can kite people for days and that means TONS of survivability, especially now that it has SIXTY FIVE armor, PLUS cooldowns. I just find it to be a way better choice than Infinity Edge anyday.
Ohh I agree it is a powerful item, and it was the more powerful build on him at one point in time (Blue EZ,{{item:3042}} ,{{item:3025}} , {{item:3035}} , {{item:3153}} ), but with how long the preseason games are lasting (aprox 25-35min) you can barely finish off {{item:3042}} after a first purchase tear. The game is already over at that point. And if I had it my way, the bug is something that should probably stay atleast the minions full damage it brings EZ to a comparable power level to the other adcs, currently he feels weaker than every other adc. His poke playstyle feels lost and forced into an auto attacking playstyle.

But what if instead of dealing the normal crit percentage damage, it was treated as an always crit? kind of like ashes old passive. then essence reaver wouldn't feel terrible on him.

: Except, he's not bad. I can't really roll with the build I used to play him with, but getting {{item:3025}} is a tremendous boost on him if you're playing him as a Carry. I always get it first if I'm bot lane and the boost is ginormous. Seriously. People complain about Ezreal, but maybe, just MAYBE, you're not building him correctly ( {{item:3078}} )
Except, the current bug on Ezreals Q with {{item:3025}} makes it better then it is on live. (if you were wondering about the bug, the proc will hit all targets in the area with the full Q damage instead of the primary target hit getting Q damage plus Iceborn damage and the others in the AOE getting just iceborn splash damage.)

Same, was able to repro, the weird thing is, I think its what EZ needs to become an actual viable adc. it didn't feel OP, it just helped his wave clear, even if this wasn't intended I think it should stay.
: Marksmen casters want CDR and crit - since CDR helps with spell dps and crit amps your attacks since you are a ranged basic attacker hence being marksman between spell usage --- Varus is better as an AP marksman- go Nashor's Tooth, Gunblade (it gives sustain to on-hit magic damage and blight % damage now, biggest thing that was needed), and new Rageblade - you deal insane damage, you get Void Staff at some point with either sorcs or grieves your choice --- Teemo and Kog'Maw can do the same build too, note for Kog'Maw AP Marksman and Mage play out VERY differently But they may lower Essence Reaver's gold cost to 3200 gold because I am noticing champions that SHOULD be getting Essence Reaver over Infinity Edge are getting IE instead; so high chances that ER will get a buff
I understand where you are coming from, but the idea of an ad caster is that your spells are where most of your damage comes from, this is not the case with the current items, with the current items, it becomes a waste to use your damaging spells during a fight in the late game, it's better to just auto and get crits, the only reason the casters are using spells in late is for (additional range, utility, proc an item) it's like the {{champion:51}} syndrome, never Q in a fight late game, it deals less damage then your autos which is not the direction I think they were trying to take the AD casters.

I agree with this post, the new items put Ezreal in a very awkward postion build max cdr( and conciquently get lots of crit chance, or the traditional build of Muramana/TF feels much more lackluster due to the insanely slow power spike, also it feels like {{item:3078}} is dealing less damage than going straight essence reaver. it makes his whole playstyle feel lackluster.
