Unsure if this is a bug but I'll post it here. If at Full Mana and you cast a 0 mana cost spell Manaflow band goes on cooldown. Additionally, it is consumed if it is up during Presence of Mind's Refund period. Now I accidentally while double checking Manaflow Band think I found a real bug? Its kinda random so I broke it down into two bullet points. 1. If Presence of Mind activates while Manaflow Band is ready, and you do not cast any spells, the mana bar returns to its normal color afterwards. Manaflow Band is still ready however. 2. If Presence of Mind activates AND you consume Manaflow Band at the same time it is possible that it forcefully changes that mana bar back to regular blue. I got like a 50% repro. Presence of Mind is still active and works while the mana bar is regular color.

Something I noticed while spectating Jhin matches was that his ult shoulder thingy only fires from the top canister instead of being each canister in a row for the animation. I'd say it isn't THAT important seeing as how I only saw it that way, but I would like it to "collapse" after each shot so you "use" each canister.

Animations are all on point sir. Jhin has way too much fun lol. I'd say the only problem I had with the character so far is firing the ult. I couldn't tell what button to press and canceled it out on accident the first time trying to use right click. Then I looked at the buttons and nothing showed a fire button, so I assumed it was only R. Could you make it so any button fired the bullets? EDIT: As for the zoom the only problem I felt I had with it was that it didn't go where I expected it. Sometimes it went over the target, sometimes it went over me. Consistency would be my first desire.

This rework gets my CertainlyT/10 Some problems I've seen is clarity issues. I'd like to know numbers for how fast I shoot, reload, how attack speed changes that. How much damage a base or a max shot has, including crits. How far Graves flys back since it isn't in the skillshot. Other then that i like it so far. though I expect heavy Q nerfs in the future tbh...

: You did not read his W change for Lucian correctly. Read it again. "Now gives movement speed when **Lucian OR his allies _damage_ a marked target**, instead of **only** Lucian." It is saying that Lucian can now get a movement speed boost when he or his allies attack a marked target from his W. ONLY Lucian will get the movement speed boost. The W change is the same as live, but his allies will now be able to proc it off for him.

I didn't even realize it was only Lucian until I saw they didn't change "Lucian gains movespeed." on the last leg of the tooltip. Seems like an unnecessary change they are just throwing out now. :/

Are you thinking about cleaning up his Q animation so if he is actually in basic attack range to cast it people don't get another half second to use thier escape? I get sick of casting Q on Rivens only to have them E at the last second making my entire effort to get in range null.

Don't leave us with nothing but silence and [sadness nachos](http://i.imgur.com/XZK3u7Y.gif). The kit looks... interesting. I know a ton of people are saying how awesome it's gonna be, and I agree that it's unique. Directional attacking in League is certainly an untapped field—{{champion:201}} and {{champion:35}} have one ability each involved with it, and there's not a lot of thinking involved in the latter. An entire kit based around directional attacking is gonna be tricky getting used to playing against, but hey, at least it's not just raw numbers this time (Aspect of the Duelist amarite). The main thing I'm worried about is tanky {{champion:114}} becoming a thing. League has enough beefcakes that build one or two damage items then stack resists and still one-shot you. With so much true damage in her kit, make sure she still has to _build_ damage to _do_ damage. Too often the "#LC$BIGPLAYS" champions get away with being able to take out the back line on base damages alone.

Tooltips are jank W also deals damage to monsters and minions but saying "First enemy champion" makes me believe it was only champions. Ult says "Duelist Dances's" when it should be "Duelist Dances' " That's all really.

Alright so you made his ult have the helicopter sounds but you still have the firing SFX sound like its coming from way way off screen. (more obvious with headphones) Is there anyway you could work on having it sound like it was coming from the location where he ults?

Have you thought about instead using the mercenary system on the dominion map? Seems like this would be something you could use to help put interest back into it.

One major problem with the Graves skin is where he places his second hand. The bottom portion of the cannon is missing the part common through all the others, a handle he uses for reloads. As is, his basic attack animation just pumps air (not even holding the cannon) Could just add the handle or change up that animation.

My Feedback Passive I like how he has to all in with E if he wants to get the proc off with a combo. That allows him to set up some plays with his W really well (Will they chase? Run?). What I don't understand is why it applies spell effect. Diana passive doesn't, why would this? Q Really well done overall. Multiple ways to reposition for it with E1 E2 and R. Glad we know to put the majority of it's damage on the back end. W My only problem with this is it feels too one point wonder to me. It shields for a shit ton at level 1 without really gaining much in the next ranks. I'd suggest pulling a Lucian on this and making the cost high early, but ranks up lower the cost. I feel like you're gonna get a ton of abuse cases where Ekko only places it for the shield to harass somebody and then runs out before they can actually damage him because of how large the shield is. I do like the addition of having him get extra damage at 30% just for the sheer fact of last hitting and giving him some sustained damage if he's got enough burst. E I really like the fact his mobility is really limited to offensive capabilities. Cost seems low early and I don't know why it applies spell effects as well. Dunno why it also hits towers. R I like everything about this aside from the Ghost animation. Watching it be so janky is just bleh. Overall I really like the champion aside from what I've said.
: It's how weird his right hand looks. The blade is supposed to be attached to the back of his wrist guard yet no matter what angle you view it his right hand looks so mangled. I imagine it's meant to look like the back of his hand is up against the blade or at least positioned that way but it just looks wrong.

Using W right on top of an ally doesn't count towards Shrine Cap. With 3 active, casting W on an ally does not remove one.

My opinions. 1 . You need to more clearly put what range will stop him from being able to use his soldiers. I cannot tell what range I need to be in for my commands to take action. I thought I only needed for them to be there, but I learned I had to also be in range. Convey that information. 2 . Why do they not work damage wise like Zed Shadows? It means that you limit them for 1 being bad, 2 being ok, and 3 or more being overpowered. 3 . Why not add CDR to his W? I mean Zyra has that as incentive for leveling it, but I guess having options outside of your plants makes that okay? 4 . Let me point out for the most part, Zyra works like him, but at the same time uses less mana. Just an opinion really. I like the idea and the design when it comes to alot of his skills, but it feels like they need alot more tweaks before I can say he works as an emperor commanding his armies.

Why isn't Phantom Karthus still referencing Phantom of the Opera? I really liked Phantom Karthus for that nod, and the new one doesn't even have the face mask. Why is that?
: I don't think his single target damage is that high to be honest. Sure his high damage spikes can be a bit overwhelming in early game but as the game progresses his damage quickly stops being relevant due to his lack of ratios and actual combat spells. 2 Of his skills are skills that focuses on providing artificial gold to either you or ally. And his Q is not really that spamable and his passive not only dealing pretty low damage from auto attacks also requires you to stick to the target, and he lacks free mobility to do so well. He has good damage in early game but lacks any kind of good ratios to multiply it later on. Which brings up the fact that you can't build him offensively (At least not in the useful way). Which locks him hard in pure support tank build, he can't build to murder people in any way. Leona can be AP one shooting machine, Thresh can be one-hit nuke ad carry, Soraka can be mage that has incredible late game power. Fun builds are impossible on Braum which is not a cool thing in my opinion.
Braum could probably work as a Triforce bruiser if you really wanted. His passive is alot of damage with the proc and even afterwards if you keep AA'ing. I've been building him with Frozen Gauntlet and it worked pretty well.
