Saw this bug on wingsofdeath's stream. It's quite hillarious.

Well the new Ashe is practically beta, her dynamics are pretty different from other ADC's, that info doesn't have to apply to new Ashe. IE indeed gives +50% damage rather than multiplying crit damage but it works a bit differently on the new Ashe. It multiplies Ashe's crit chance by 1.5. So, you have 40% crit chance from runes, you get IE and you immidiately have 90%( [20+40]*1.5) crit damage.

What I meant was this: Crit runes amp your overall crit damage (not entirely sure about this). So, IE multiplies the crit damage by 1.5 and than your runes by 1.45. In the end, they're not calculated additively (i.e. 1.95) but rather multiplicatively (1.5*1.45=2.175). Again, this was just a theory, I'm not sure this is the case.

I've run another test and found this: IE multiplies all your crit chance by 1.5; every 1 crit chance you build after you buy IE gives your 1.5 crit chance with a hard cap of 150. Plus this: it's not in the tooltip but her W procs her crits, if you W before you AA, your first AA will crit.

I think it's because it's multiplicative and not additive.
: So Im thinking it is +25% of your bonus Crit chance. IE gives 250 crits instead of 200 so that would be a extra 25% (250/200) So take your crit chance and * 1.25 and that is what you get extra on Ash
