The true damage needs to scale per level and should actually cap at 10% to 15%. Feel as though it was supposed to be a way to deal with tanks as well to push bruisers more into a less damage dependent type of play style, but yeah... LOL we know that isn't true.

It's usually just the younger players around 10-14 that are very, very toxic. Just be glad you don't have to deal with children from multiple regions at once that are just as toxic as one another. I've dealt with this and boy it is not fun.

Should actually go to 15g on {{item:3301}} to 25g on {{item:3096}} {{item:3069}} . 25g is way too rewarding early game and being able to obtain Nomad's early for the 40g is even worse. I wouldn't mind if it actually required the quest to upgrade to 40g and the 8% movement speed was instead put onto Talisman itself. They could even just remove the passive gold generation of the {{item:3301}} line while buffing the gold generation of the other 2 support items. Put {{item:3302}} {{item:3303}} passive gold to 5 and {{item:3097}} {{item:3098}} passive gold to 10, so that they can compensate with the gold difference mid to late game.

Eve pre-6 with stealth and charm is just a recipe for disaster. This would be old Eve all over again when she could stun you. The insane power spike of you hitting level 2 is beyond absurd if she had pre-6 stealth. You'd just 1 camp and then gank or counter jungle. Your pathing would always be that to match the enemy jungler so you can counter them at their second camp and/or gank the opposing lane. If they start red you start red and counter their blue. If they start blue you start blue and counter them at their red. You'd have no need to clear your own jungle because you'd get all your exp from ganking and counter jungling. Your level 2 ganks will most likely not fail and even if they do you lose nothing. You'd force them to waste summoner spells just due to your charm. You would most likely hit level 6 by the time everyone else hits level 4 if all your moves are successful. To basically sum it up the enemy team would be playing around you. They can't make any proactive moves unless it's far ahead of your own moves or at the same time you make a move. Their only calls are to track you to try to counter you, play safely until they believe they can do something, or just ignore your moves and try to create a situation in which they have a better lead.

Glacial's AA slow goes from 6s down to 3s. The cool down is also limited to each target meaning you can AA multiple champions for slows. The second effect can fire up to 3 rays depending on how many champions you hit. Overall it's great defensively and offensively just due to the large amount of slows that you can stack. 40% slow Ranged AA 50% slow Second effect {{item:3030}} 65% slow {{item:3116}} 20% slow

: Glacial you have to AA if I remember. And It's hard for malz to proc either electrocute or phase because it has to be 3 UNIQUE spells or attacks, and malz tends to only land 2 spells, rarely 3 (Before E counted as 2 different hits, and Ulti could solo proc TLD)
Glacial slows on AA and fires a beam when you slow with an active item.

Making them give increased resistance after taking damage would be much better than when you heal off pots. They should also give more than Conditioning but with restrictions to the amount ranged champions get.

If you run conditioning you get their effects + more all game after 10 minutes. They are barely viable outside of just taking like 5 less damage.

: Her early game presence ??? She was oppresive early because she was invisible , other than that she was much weaker than any other early jungle. Now that her stealth is only available at lvl 6 it changes everything for her early game.
If you think her losing stealth pre-6 is detrimental then that's you. I personally don't believe it's a hard hit. Sure at first I did as well, but after actually looking at it more it's not a huge hit. Yes, her early game has become much weaker, but her jungle clear has become much better allowing her to hit 6 easier. Yes, she can no longer have easy early level ganks, but level 6 and beyond she has a much better time due to her kit changing. To add more onto her kit changes her ganks are not all dead pre-6 given favorable conditions just like a lot of non-stealth junglers who gank pre-6.

Every once in a while they will change server location to give better ping to all players and not just some. Before the NA server changed location I would get 100-150 ping every game, but after they moved it my ping went down to 50-55. I believe they've moved the PBE once before as well.

If you're having difficulty laning against ranged champs in top lane that's just an issue on you. Majority of top laners can easily deal with and out damage ranged champions.

There is an indicator on her R if it can execute. It appears as a large X on the enemy.

Losing her mana regen was a big hit, but I guess they had to do it to reduce her early game presence. The new Q is actually more mana efficient as well does more damage if you use all 4 casts for the Q. Her E does feel really weak, but is sort of okay in the sense that it let's you gap close. The reason it might also feel weak may be due to a bug because a player had posted a video showing that the E wasn't properly scaling. New Eve does feel somewhat weak on ganks, but does rather well when ganking lower HP enemies. You do have burst, but just not enough for solo kills in the early game.
: Overheal not interacting with Dr Mundo's kit feels wrong.
Overheal only works off excess healing through abilities/items. Mundo's R only increases his regen it does not directly heal him. The same can be said about Volibear's passive which only causes him to regen not heal.

You always tech into: Boots or Future's Market. -These give early to mid game power because you save gold You tech into: Hextech Flash/Stopwatch/CDR -Hextech is for simply roaming purposes and can come in handy here and there -Stopwatch is for defensive play -CDR is usually for support, but if you want that 5% off summoners/items/total/free cdr you take it Dematerializer is trash. Cosmic Body or w/e it is is also trash. Biscuits are trash, but it's decent in certain matchups and I would only imagine would be taken on {{champion:27}} in terms of pure necessity because it makes his sustain that much better.

GA is unaffected by active CDR. Active CDR only affects items that can be activated manually. ALso where are you getting this extra 15% active CDR from? {{item:2045}} = 20% Cosmic Insight = 5% Ingenious Hunter = 1% + 30% ??? = 15%

The effect does not stack on itself. For some reason as of right now it only works while you have consumables active (pots). It's pretty much a useless mastery when compared to Conditioning which gives a permanent 5% + 6 extra to both resistances.

In the words of Trick2G, "Melee form." Jokes aside this is rather annoying if you have to back off of a fight and can't re-use Aery until she slowly crawls back to you. Hopefully they do fix it by making Aery faster over a short duration or just straight up TP to you if you are X units away.

On average you will usually only reach 3.0-3.5 exceeding to 6.0+ is impossible in a real game.

: Yes I noticed the same thing. My usual pathing for Riven is Red, Chickens, Wolves, Blue, Gromp, Skuttle and I still came up level 3 almost level 4. I hope this is accidental because Krugs is usually the last camp to take and the reason being because it takes far too long and costs too much health to clear.
I hope this is accidental because jungle has been hit so many times and for no reason. It's almost to a point where jungling is a role you want to skip. Even duo top seems more viable at this point.
