I agree; I was really excited to see Ashe getting the Championship skin this year but my hype went way down when I found out it wasn't 975 RP like the other Championship skins, especially since it seems on the same quality as the Zed skin from last year in terms of VFX. If SFX is the only thing bumping this skin up to 1350 RP, then I would honestly prefer the reduced price even if it meant no SFX.

We'd removed some harsher stars originally because they read as damage, but I agree we could amp up the trail, similar to other skins. I think the Homeguard animation would look cooler if Raka matched with the rest of the Star Guardian team in terms of her overlay. ^_^ But I don't play Soraka, so I may not be the best person to act.
: Hey! That's currently the plan, although it may release a tad later. I agree, I think it's a nice touch, and really ties the thematic together. ^-^ (Also, SG Janna is my favorite S1 Star Guardian!)

Yeah, I would second the Homeguard animation comment. Kind of weird that she isn't shiny like the rest of the skins but apart from that the particles on this skin are amazing! Oh and I also think that all of these skins would be pushed up another notch with the addition of some small music clips during their recalls similar to the skins from last year.

Will this new batch of skins have sound effects on their recalls similar to the Star Guardian skins from last year? I got the Janna skin from a chest and I honestly think the music that plays during her recall is the best part of the skin. It's super atmospheric and is something a lot of other skins don't get which is why I love it so much! ^_^
: Yup, that's the plan! This is our first test run of enabling map accents/skins on Ranked games. :) If this goes well, we may implement it for other Map Skins, such as Winter SR and Blood Moon! ^_^

I've been getting this on live servers also when I play Omega Squad Teemo recently.

I like the idea of map accents having a toggle! Out of curiosity, does this mean we will be able to toggle Arcade Rift on in ranked games finally? I mainly play ranked games, so I've been bummed out in the past when we get special map variants that are disabled in ranked.

I think they should also change the sound effect on his W. It's currently the same as the sound of Omega Squad Teemo's shrooms and kept making me think I was stepping on Teemo mushrooms when it was really just Twitch dropping a venom cask. EDIT: Nevermind, this was a bug and I have reported it.

: Make Maokai ult global?
That's a neat idea! I also feel Maokai's new ult feels weak. Don't get me wrong, it looks cool and is satisfying watching your roots travel but when they hit, the root time is almost non-existent. Either upping the root time with more skill points or increasing the ult range would help to make this ability feel better.

I agree, it's too hard to hear. Was kind of bummed that I couldn't hear it at all when I was in game.

I just tried the Maokai rework and I have to say I actually enjoy it as well. I love the idea of his ult, but I wish it felt more impactful. When it does hit, I think the root should last longer. Or maybe they could make it so the root lasts longer with more points put into his ult.
: tahm kench gains attack speed
I think this has to do with the new Relic Shield line and not Tahm himself. I just played as Maokai with Relic Shield and also got the same result. Seems to be that the attack speed is increased when attacking minions below the execute health. Not sure if this is intentional but I sure hope it is cause it feels cool as someone who constantly uses Relic Shield.
