: Xayah and Rakan Feedback Thread
Every single champion to date has had their own feedback thread on the boards. Releasing two champions at one time does not, like, mitigate that. You are still releasing two champions. You designed two kits, two characters, two personalities, and hundreds of chances for bugs. You should have two feedback threads. The problems I might have with Rakan do not relate to Xayah, and vice versa, and it just seems like poor decision-making.

I feel like Riot forgot what a 975 skin is ("regular" skins used to be 975 and were really good. Now the good skins are 1350 and riot doesn't put effort into 975 skins)

smh. Riot's running around making crazy decisions and trying to explain why/how this works... Why is Armor Penetration becoming a new stat, and Magic penetration is exactly as it is? And why do you really think some things need to scale with this "lethality" stat?

It saddens me to see that Riot intends to move forward with these plants. I truly do hope for League's sake that the jungle isn't reworked every season, because that would get incredibly old and very quick (it already has). I do not approve of the complete jungle rework you're trying to push. Hopefully these changes do not push people away.
: Plant Spawn Full System Design
I've played around on the PBE with these plants a bit, and this is what I've learned: Blast cones add a strange feel to the game that I do not enjoy, I do not enjoy them enough to tell you as plainly as I can that I do not like them. Playing my jungle character shouldn't be based around where in League of Legends I can jump around walls, and the ones that literally push people into lanes feel too strange and too powerful. **I do not like the Blast cones added to the jungle and I do not believe their fantasy or gameplay match the goals Riot had set for them.** The plants you attack that give you vision are kind of cool. **I personally don't believe League of Legends should be changed to revolve around the plants you've added**, but it is **fun and interesting** to be able to send a wave of vision across the map. (**I've never been able to use the vision effectively**) Overall, I believe these plants make League of Legends feel cluttered and off putting. These changes are simply far too drastic. I don't enjoy having to play in the jungle around where these plants spawn and what effects they give me. These plants don't seem to add interesting or important changes.

: BTW, the management of Daisy(R), its very annoying, I suggest that she should change to smartcast, and upgrade her to Yorick R, Tibbers level of response, cause its very easy to misclick and she stand still even while Ivern is attacked until she got the Agro orders. also her spawning from back of Ivern is bad, cause if the cursor marks that you can throw her in front/far away from Ivern and she doesnt end up there is a bit confusing,as if you failed a Tibbers throw. Also, some sort of Mov.spd boost on daisy, maybe while E on herself is casted, would work, cause the R is kinda clunky, one can easily escape from Ivern just walking away, more when the ult have those strange patterns which only benefits enemies threatened by Daisy.
I find it very annoying how often Daisy stands still or gets confused tbh. I like it bit I'm pretty fine at managing it.

: Dragon, Baron, and Rift Herald are jungle monsters, yet his passive doesn't work on them. His passive cleary states, "**_Clicking on a jungle monster_** creates a grove which grows over X seconds." It's a major issue. Even the League Of legends wiki say they're jungle monsters. What gives?
Ivern's passive **very specifically** states it only works on non-epic monsters.

The top rated comment on Poppy's feedback thread is how Poppy's facial features, namely her eyes, make her feel less like a Yordle. I'm more than one-hundred percent sure this won't be fixed.

: Poppy's Passive
The shield is actually intended to drop **near the enemy**! I haven't actually played Poppy on the PBE just yet, but as far as flying in odd directions goes, I think that's going to stay. If it's free damage off on your opponent, though, you could ignore picking it up altogether. The extra damage you get from attacking so far away and the little bonus magic damage should feel pretty rewarding.
Poppy's "low health" voice over lines were definitely a cool idea, but I think maybe they aren't working the way Riot intended.

: Kindred Official Feedback Thread
All I can say is that Lamb and Wolf can be a very fun and interest champion to play, Riot, **if you listen to all of this devoted feedback** and do something about it. Kindred feels off in a lot of places and you can clearly tell that so many players just want them to be the best they can be. I really hope some of these major changes go through. I really, really do.
: Kindred not what I expected
While I also believe that Yin and Yang definitely could have been hit better with Kindred's design, **a form swapping ultimate would not have worked either.** Too many champions who **do not represent Yin and Yang** already have abilities that cause them to change forms. Almost everyone I've talked to seems to have been set on them having two forms, and I still do not fully see why. Having another champion with two sets of abilities just would not have been an exciting idea for me. The idea with this champion, however, was that two distinct characters come together to form a single functioning League of Legends champions, **which is an incredible idea and only doesn't work because it can still be improved upon.** I still think Kindred can be fixed, but I also still don't believe form swapping would have worked :(

The icons for their W and E are very similar and neither really properly portrays the abilities' effects. They should be changed to more accurately display how the abilities work. Also the 3 auto attack thing is overplayed. I'm done with it. Everyone is done with it. Please change the way their E ability works.

She says it when you input a movement command. It is randomly chosen out of the rest of her voiceover lines.
: I need to spam the emotes more I guess then to find out I haven't heard new quotes yet. Edit: I found this video The new quote is "Let them eat swords"? I don't think I have heard that one before in game. Other than that I have no idea what the new lines could be.

Lucian's smiley face was changed to fit the PROJECT theme. I think it's fair for Fiora's to have a little bit more work.

I don't know if this is related to the skin, but I just played a game and Zed had a permanent shadow in the mid lane just shooting out shurikens..

Alright, I played around with the skin and I found a few things: * Her passive sometimes gets applied in weird, stretched shapes. * Her grey skin feels out of place. I would prefer a normal skin tone, like Leona. * The yellow passive indicators take away from the mono-chromatic theme. Nothing about her is yellow except her oddly misshaped passive. * Really wish her joke wasn't a recolored Teemo face. Or, at least that it was a little bit more animated. (I might not mind the recolor if it also had pink cyber-particles or blue static) Fiora doesn't have a lot of visual effects to begin with, so adding in new ones where it feels right to create a skin in this tier is important. The trail on her Q feels nice, but the lack of noticeable visuals on her E doesn't. Overall, I really like the skin. I really like the new Fiora. I think a few changes need to go through, but I'm definitely looking forward to adding this skin to my collection. EDIT: Added more constructive feedback. DOUBLE EDIT: I don't know how I didn't see it before, but pink hightlights in Fiora's hair seem almost necessary.

At first, all I could this about was how much this guy felt like Riven. Then I heard his voiceover. The fact that this guy is going to scale with ability power makes all of those insane overpowered abilities seem completely reasonable, now. I'm excited to see exactly how he looks in-game. He'll make for some interesting gameplay.

I don't know if this was intended, but Bard's portal can be placed along the wall from the base leading to the top/bottom lane. If you angle it properly, you can get the portal to go from the fountain to the inhibitor. I think it's the longest portal you can make on the map.

I don't understand the design choice for her Concussive model to have a full-face helmet while Kinetic and Ethereal seem to share one.
: We sure can. :) There are actually *already* some changes in place to discourage dodgers, but they aren't testable on the PBE environment, which is why I didn't detail them above. As many people have brought up dodging in Nemesis Draft though, let's get into them right now. 1) Dramatically **increased dodge penalties of up to 2 hours for recurring dodges**. We can also change these numbers on the fly once live, and we'll be keeping an eye on them. As many players here have pointed out, Nemesis Draft is an opt-in experience, so there should be no surprises in champ select. 2) In the spirit of rewarding good behaviour, we also have **a special reward icon planned for players who don't leave or dodge any games of Nemesis Draft** throughout the mode's run. There will be a low minimum game requirement, but the goal is to give players who loved Nemesis Draft a badge of honour to display afterwards. This reward will be delivered after the game mode has ended. For anyone curious on the detection of AFKs, leaving, etc, this recent LeaverBuster FAQ has all the details.
This is **not okay**. As someone who very frequently disconnects from League of Legends matches from sources I cannot control (this dinosaur internet connection), rewarding players who **are able to play League of Legends without lag** is not the way to go. This will discourage people from playing fairly more than anything, especially since they know they "won't be getting the special reward anyway." Please find a way to reward good behavior without discouraging playing the game overall. I know that having an unreliable internet connection is somewhere against the rules from ages ago, but that seriously isn't a very good ground for fair rulings. EDIT: I forgot to mention that I sometimes disconnect from my internet connection **while in champion selection**, and I end up "dodging" the queue because of it.

This is necessary. This is more useful than some of the pings already in the game.

I never noticed that. Considering the very recent work on Vayne (being her texture rebalance), this is something that needs to be fixed ASAP.

: I realize it adds a chunk of texture work, but it'll be kinda disappointing if every Jinx skin keeps skimping on the tats just for the sake of time. :-/ The way I see it, Jinx's asymmetry and tattoos are arguably a major part of her theme (visually); so to keep losing them on skins will be kind of a let down. Don't get me wrong, I actually LIKE Mafia Jinx, but one would hope she'd be the exception tattoo-wise. Personally, I vote **JADE DRAGON TATTOO**! A long swirly dragon tat that wraps around her arms and legs. It would fit the theme of the skin without breaking the cloud-like ascetics of her original tats!
: Tristana jumps into action!
I think this kind of update is what **all** of the original League of Legends characters need! I understand Soraka and Sion are, for the most part, where you want them to be as characters. And this Tristana update *definitely* puts her right up there with them! This gets me excited for all updates I hope to see in 2015, but sticking to Tristana, I'll answer the questions you've asked: * **Does this still read as Tristana to you?** Tristana, from what *I* felt when I played with her, was always itching to get in the battle and start a good fight. Or, as she said herself, she "wanted to shoot something!" This update captures that essence 100%, and she looks absolutely adorable, too! * **Is there a particular skin that stands out to you?** Riot Girl Tristana! The company logo on the back of her hoodie is an incredibly nice touch, and I'm ***SOOOO*** glad that such an iconic skin now has its own personality! * **Do all of her VFX still convey the same effects, or better?** If anything, her Rocket jump always felt like an instantaneous "here-to-there" rather than a jump enabled by rockets, and it still kind of seems to do the same. While the animations for it are stunning, I'm not so sure it feels like it was probably intended. * **How does the new Explosive Charge feel? Did you find it fun to use?** Unfortunately, she's still disabled, but I wanted to get my opinions out as soon as possible. While I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet, it does seem to really solidify what kind of strengths Tristana should have. * **How do you feel about these proportions? With respect to their appropriate characters, how do you feel Lulu and Poppy would be with them?** This is without a doubt in my mind the **BEST** representation of a Yordle Riot has done yet. She's much taller than the Yordles already in-game, allowing for freer and more natural movements, and this feels like an accurate representation of what they were always meant to be as a people. I would **LOVE** to see Poppy, Lulu, Ziggs, Rumble, even Teemo in this style! They would look absolutely amazing with more flushed out animations (and slightly bigger heights). * **Do you feel we missed anything important in this update?** Story. This new Tristana definitely fits the bill on how we wanted her to **feel**, but if she's not "the Megling Gunner", then what happened to the rest of the megling commandos? That seems like an important part of Bandle city that might still need to be worked out. --- Overall, I think you guys did a good job on fixing her up. I'm excited to see how this Explosive Charge plays out when she hits live servers. More than anything, though, I'm actually starting to imagine the rest of our favorite yordles in this style. I'm lovin' it.

: New tristana update skin color vs splash art
Tristana's new splash heavily resembles her old model more than her new one. Her new model must not have been in production when her splash art was released - sounds pretty sketchy, to me.
: About the Vel'Koz Skin
All of Vel'Koz's skins change the sound filter over his voice. It isn't necessarily a very difficult process, so I don't think the sound effects would warrant a higher tiered skin.
