Can confirm, I can see the same problem. It is also in the 5v5 section. Mine also has a visual bug where in the 5v5 section the ranked selection is kind of not fully visible and instead of 451 it's 450.

I think that is 'Star Guardian' ward and that's why it is invisible. They still need to add a picture to it. As far as how selectable it is i don't know. I used it once and it worked ok.

As many people play PBE from around the world and not everyone tunes-in when a bug is reported, thus several (or a bunch) of people tend to test the (or any) bug they hear or read once or twice. If one is to play Sivir (in this case) more than once (check their game history) or twice than yes we can say that they are exploiting the bug to get a higher ranking status. I believe that since people join or log-in into the PBE at different times from different regions there's the chance that they'll be wanting to test a bug, especially one beneficial to them, but if one is to exploit it (as i said testable by their match history), maybe a report might be worth it? But on the long run, this will be happening for merely 1-2 days before fix, so if you play ranked, just ban Sivir.

Jack in the box doesn't need 1 hit and it's down or 3. It has health like teemo showrooms. Point is that my q can immediately kill jack in the box, only if it dealt damage to it (which it doesn't), thus that 1 second delay allows the jack in the box to attack me at max 2 times and maybe kill me if i am against an AP shaco.

I have seen this bug too; it might be possibly related to the champions position. I saw this for the first time in the howling abyss and i noticed that it occurred each time the champion died ant it was having, after death, a mesh collision with either a tower or the maps exterior boundary.

Yes you might be right, but i find it a bit too odd that it can damage turrets and not other enemy structures. If i am right than it would mean that this is a bug, otherwise, you are the one who's being correct.
